Unfortunately, it seems that I must deny this. I am assuming that this is a C to B rank examination, though the ranks you listed are wrong and you are missing the link to your previous exam, which, if you are requesting a promotion from C Rank to B Rank, you should be able to link. The day was peaceful at the beginning, but during mandatory patrols, small bombs are set off inside a few private business buildings in Era, creating small fires and panic within the bystanders. The criminal responsible has run off, and it is your job to stop the fires and pursue the criminal. It is critical that you evacuate all of the buildings successfully, minimize the damage, and successfully apprehend the person responsible for this chaos.
