♤ Awoken to the sensation of a stag beetle running across her face and the squealing of a polypore nature spirit, the royal healer would slowly float upwards into a ball, placing the beetle inside of her hair next to a small mushroom. It was about two in the afternoon within the town of Oak, which served as a magical stopping resting point for the pair of magical intentions; finding themselves wandering southwest, the two had stumbled upon a small grotto within the forest surrounding the ancient establishment of artifacts and magic the night prior. Demetria chose to sleep upon the grassy plains rather than her bed within the traveling cart due to the need of replenishing the magical energy that she had utilized the night before while healing an injured mage, which put a small strain on her mycelian grove.
"wake up! ✧ wake up !! ✧✩" the nature spirit of the Wyvernwood would squeal loudly, slamming their thick mushroom cap upon the side of the cart, "why would you skip chapter four inside this book?! this is the most important part, mush mush! i knew i needed to still proofread after you, i'm fyooming. r a g i n g!" Upon stumbling upon the library of Oshibana and the injured mage and matron, the princess found an ancient book referred to as 'ANCIENT DRACONIC LINEAGES OF ISHGAR', a seemingly magical tome that entailed legendary draconic creatures and their entire family trees up to the date of publication; it was as if she meaningfully skipped the fourth chapter of the book due to a strange looking art of its first page, which made her feel tired upon first gaze. "✧✩* wakE UP!!!! ☼✩!" Isidore would squeal one last time before sitting down next to the green-haired princess as she seemingly could not seem to wake up, "i know you are listening to me so i'm just going to read it to you."
"♤ chapter four section seventy-three: the wyvern of the serene cliff
(...) Within the southeast mountainous range of Fiore lies a known landmark called the 'Serene Cliff', which has been known to be the resting place of the ancient wyvern of mist, Névoa. Succumbing to a fatal fall from the sky thousands of years ago, it is said that her spirit lives on within the morning dewdrops and mist falling from the sky. Not much is known about her origins within the magical cross of Ishgar."
"and also! ✧ according to my map the serene cliff is very close to us right now!" slamming the book shut and slipping it into a small crevice in the outside of the magical cart, the fairy girl would quickly get up and pull all of her robes together as the nature spirit would hop on the traveling cart's roof, "we should go mush mu- ✧✩!" Interrupted by the healer of Wyvernwood's sprinting into the forest per the direction of the south-east with a pipe in hand, Isidore would squeal and morph the cart into a magical mushroom charm, running behind her as quick as they possibly could.
"✧ wait for me plee ✧✩!", they would shout while thumping through the treetops to catch up, dropping onto the head of Demetria- this would cause her to fall over into the brush beside her. Unsealing a magical charm, a flash of bright light would pop like a bubble and form what appeared to be a brown sack, sealed with leaves tied like a rope. Upon further inspection, this bag appeared to be filled with artifacts that would net the duo a pretty penny if sold; the nature spirit would explain to their accomplice that they found it inside of a tree stump during the sunrise. With joy and laughter, the princess would hug the spirit and toss them onto her shoulder, allowing them to ride along during their travels to their next destination- the serene cliff.
