She could see that this massive behemoth was still very much an active volcano, which in turn Miku believed attracted her current target. Her theory was that either this demented horror was searching for a habitable climate, her mother abandoned it in a climate where it cannot stand a chance, or it was just happenstance it wound up in this area. Miku pulled out a small device from her pocket, she would open it revealing a compass with a red crystal needle that seemed to glow faintly and point towards the volcano.
"I will cleanse this world of her works..." Miku reminded herself of her resolve as she continued her journey throughout the lands. She devoted her life to undoing the retched creatures and demons that were birthed from the wickedness of her mother's cruelty, which always in some way played into how each abomination came into existence. If there was one thing she hated she learned from her mother, it was how to manipulate perception and exploit vagueness of terms in agreements against others. Miku had to kill lovers brought back from death, young adventurers who wanted power that ultimately broke their souls and overwhelmed them, and stories that go similar. As the distance was closing, Miku began to prepare herself as her outfit of a shirt, slacks, and running shoes disappeared in a red light before the light reformed along her body seamlessly turning into her black and white Clock Dress, her steps flowing naturally as sneakers were changed into a pair of heeled, thigh high leather boots. She always felt a tad uncomfortable with the design, however she always assumed that was what her mother wanted, and it turned into a vice that she would have to live with at times. Each of her gunblades strapped to her sides, she would take a deep breath as her red eyes would gaze into the distance. If there was one thing she appreciated about the cursed dress, it was suitable for heat based environments like the volcano.
"With any luck the demon isn't a giant cave worm that'll collapse the whole tunnel network..." The Chronomancer hoped out lout as she mentally prepared herself for the challenges ahead. "Just hope no one else knows there could be a dangerous demon here... I don't want yet another fool to become a victim of my mother by proxy." She sighed before grabbing a small water bottle strapped to left thigh beneath her gunblade and took a sip. She knew once she got inside she would most likely need to call upon Neri, the Lava Mermaid to take her form to avoid getting heat stroke, dried out, or a bunch of other risky conditions. However she wanted to wait till it was necessary considering the window was a limited time.
