Mechanical heart
Description & Appearance:
The Time's heart is an extremely impressive piece of machinery that works with magic instead of any other energy. The true origin of these is not known, but they are quite rare and very useful to those that wish to always have time on their side. Very difficult to make and powerful, they are not exactly common and give the one who holds it partial control over time itself. Or so it seems, at least. Many started to believe that the heart does not actually stop time, but instead accelerate brain of the user, or even forms an illusion inside of their brain. Whichever one of these is the truth, the results cannot be argued with regardless.
Strengths:- Provides a powerful time-stopping ability to whoever holds the heart in their hand
- Due to the nature of time stop, no one can notice this ability being actually used
Weaknesses:- Activation of the heart requires to user to hold it in their hands, exposing it to the enemy
- While the item can be used in combat, its ability won't actually allow the user to completely dominate the battlefield
- Due to the heart's power, it can only be used once per thread
Abilities:
Name: Everlasting world
Rank: User's Rank
Duration: 1 post
Cooldown: Once per thread
Description: If one holds the mechanical heart in their hand and squeezes it, the mechanism inside will start working and activate a powerful spell. This spell can only be used once per thread, but it will completely stop time of the entire world. The user will appear outside of their own frozen body as a ghost and will be able to walk around in the maximal burst range for the spell's rank. While in this form, they cannot interact with anything, nor can they use any of their other abilities and spells, but are free to observe the stopped world in any way they wish. At the end of the user's post, the ability ends and time starts running again, forcing the user back into their body. Everyone else will not notice this ability, however. - Provides a powerful time-stopping ability to whoever holds the heart in their hand

When she was born she was sent away to a secluded temple high in the mountains, where she never learned of her parents or the village she was born in. Even there she was treated differently from the others and the others took to bullying her as she was favoured by the priest and priestesses within the temple. She tried not to hate those her age but it was hard, eventually losing her temper, getting herself into trouble before being reminded that behaviour like this didn't befit someone like her.
She naturally kept this in mind, thus keeping all the anguish and pain from what the others would do to her locked inside. Though it didn't stop there, eventually escalating. One winters night under the full moon she was lured out of the temple and locked out. She banged on the door begging and pleading for them to let her in but all she heard was the chuckling of her fellow shrine maidens growing more and fainter. When the morning came her frozen body was found holding a lantern, covered in butterflies, frozen tears running down her face. It was at this point those within the temple realised what they had done to the innocent girl and prayed for her to find peace, however that might be.

Name:
Soaring Whim
Rank:

Type:
Sky Lantern
Description & Appearance:
A carefully crafted anomaly, the Soaring Whim is a sky lantern that carries the wishes of an individual, the flames rising it into the heavens simply for the hopes of having a good year. However, the exceedingly rare magic-endued lantern also allows its user to use it as a passage of sorts, essentially teleporting them the lantern’s own faraway location.
Abilities:
Name: Greetings from the Farthest Shore
Rank: User Rank (Caps at C)
Type: Passive
Description:
To use this ability, all one has to do is send their lantern somewhere by writing the location onto it. A Soaring Whim allows for someone to essentially teleport to it from however far away they desire, whether it be across the globe or two blocks away. However, when one does teleport to Lantern they can’t interact with anything and nothing notices them, only allowing simple observations. Also, they can only stray a maximum of user burst range from their lantern before making it move more or just returning back to their original location.

Description & Appearance:
What new year would be complete without a fireworks display? But then again ... why only have it once per year? Fireworks bring happiness and joy to any who see them and can often take your mind off of more pressing matters. This little crystal allows you to keep the celebrations all year round ... and who knows, you might even find it helpful in a pinch.
Abilities:
Name: A Colourful Display
Description: Fireworks are fun to watch but these can be used in a more practical manner. When activated the crystal will release a firework in whatever colour or shape the wielder wants, allowing short messages to be sent or even acting like a flare. This ability can be toggled on and off at the user's will.
Name: Unexploded Firework

Still, there is always someone that does and ends up with the firework blowing up in their face. - Charm Grenade:
Name:
Charm Grenade
Rank:
Weak
Type:
Item
Description:
Innocent enough, this grenade you picked up is heart-shaped and smells like the most decadent chocolate-covered strawberries! Being a grenade, it is made for the pin to be pulled and tossed at people, and once you do so, a lovely red mist will billow out. People who inhale the haze might find themselves inexplicably charmed by you! How handy when things are getting a bit too hostile! Just make sure you keep the pin and retrieve the grenade afterward. It produces its own contents once the pin is reinserted, so in time it can be used again.
Be wary, though! Should you also breathe the harmless fumes, you may find yourself rather charmed as well!
Abilities:
Name: Parfum!
Description: The lovely scented gas that spreads within a 15-meter area will disarm even the most disagreeable of shop owners, making haggling much easier once they actually like you. Of course, this works on more than just greedy businessmen, and the whole point is no matter how brutish or hideous you are, suddenly those affected by the grenade will find you charming and could grow quite affectionate!
Warning: Those affected by this might also become inexplicably charmed by anything around them, from every person in the vicinity to every inanimate object. It can get very weird.

Description:
We won’t say what kind of person invented his peculiar item, but the woman who picked it up one day to defend herself against some thugs found it was not a typical weapon. Instead of snapping flesh and choking to inflict pain or even death, it had her enemies giggling and writhing on the floor in bliss! The poor woman was able to escape, but that was decidedly not what she’d had in mind for her attackers. But she was an enterprising woman, so soon she managed to mass-produce the anti-weapon for the public’s general enjoyment and struck it filthy rich!
Abilities:
Name: Excite Me
Description: Whipping people usually hurts, right? Well, if you’re into pain, this whip is not for you! Tickle Tease does the opposite! Depending on the person, this rose-tipped whip can only make people feel good! It can either tickle or inflict pleasure, depending on the person and their feelings toward the user. Not useful in a fight at all, but it can certainly be fun in other scenarios.

Fragment of the Otherworld - Purchase Post - Approval - 2019
- Fragment of the Otherworld:
Name:
Fragment of the Otherworld
Rank:
Weak
Type:
Wand
Description & Appearance:
Wands, at some point in the past, were a major approach to channeling magic. However, nowadays use of such things is just a drop in the various ways of harnessing magic, but once in a while, one may come across a Fragment of the Otherworld. It is a long, thin piece of ash wood, the color darkening to nearly black at its base. The wand could be regarded simply as a relic from the past, but as the name suggests they are not of this world. Instead, the Fragments were crafted in a land called Tír na nÓg, although most may just refer to it as the Otherworld. It was said to be a paradise of everlasting youth and vitality, and the wands are reflections of this.
Abilities:
Applied Sorcery Wands are innately magical items, and the Fragment is able to apply a variety of charms and enchantments. This allows the user to add such things to any non-magical inanimate object. These may range from allowing items to float in midair, changing their color, and altering their size. There seems to be no limit to how many enchantments may be cast and they last however long the user wishes them to.
Enchanted Link The Otherworld is said to be a land full of immortals, all of which are free to enjoy the fruits of their home as they wish. However, due to the wand's connection to such a world, a few properties of it still carry over. And thus the Fragment carries an innate ability to decrease the age of that it is applied to, may it be an object of another person (needs OOC permission for player characters, player-owned NPCs and Event NPCs). This could turn back the clock as few as 2 seconds or as many as 50 years, whatever the user chooses. The effect lasts only for max user normal spell duration before wearing off and allowing the target to return to its original age.
- Invisus:
Name:
Invisus
Rank:
Weak Item
Type:
Ring
Description:
A man of dubious morals once commissioned a mage specializing in magic item creation for several rings. He never specified what he wanted them for, but it appears he’s given them out at some point over the years. Invisibility is granted to whoever places this ring on their finger, but like all things, there’s a price to be paid. The man altered the rings, corrupting them for reasons unknown. With extended use, the wearer is haunted by a shadowy spirit while going unseen. The spirit slowly encroaches with each passing moment until they can touch the wearer.
Should this happen, a purple symbol will appear on the wearer, and once they become visible again, their personality will twist drastically for the worst. Some even become violent, but thankfully the effects are temporary. A small price to pay for a backup escape plan, right?
Abilities:
Name: Caecus Corrumpere
Description: Giving the ring a twist on the finger will activate the purple stone, igniting ancient runes carved into the band and releasing a dark aura. The user and one other person, should they be touching someone, will slip immediately out of sight. As long as neither person uses even a shred of their magic power, they will remain completely imperceptible to other beings, though not invulnerable. If used for longer than sixty seconds, the shadowy creature only seen while invisible will touch the user and temporarily corrupt their personality. [The user must have OOC permission to use this ability on or against a player character, a player-owned NPC or an Event NPC]

- A Bunny's Fashionable Bag:
Name:
A Bunny’s Fashionable Bag
Rank:
Weak Item
Type:
Backpack
Description:
Being a mythical creature that leaves exquisitely decorated eggy surprises for countless kids is exhausting when using only an outdated, poorly made wicker basket. Eggs were always falling out as he ran as fast as he could, breaking and entering homes and littering meadows and parks with colorful treats. Worse yet, the basket couldn’t hold too many, so the return trip to replenish the egg supply was horribly inefficient! What was a bunny to do?
Make a better carrier, of course!
Using the help of some fairies in his realm that helped a certain fat man in a red suit, Long Ears came up with a fashionable backpack that could hold endless amounts of eggs. Never would he have to hop back at lightspeed to pick up more! It contained a pocket realm that would never fill up, no matter how many things were put into it. Plus, it was hands-free. And heck if it wasn’t cute to boot!
Abilities:
Name: Cottontail Cache
Rank: Up to C
Type: Passive
Description: Just because he used it for eggs doesn’t mean you have to. While there are still an obscene amount of adorably painted eggs filled with surprises in there that you will never be able to eradicate from it, you can also store whatever you need in there. It usually knows what you’re looking for when you reach in, though don’t expect it to come without at least an egg or two with it. Because you can store literally everything in it without it adding any weight to the bag, you become lighter yourself, gaining a speed buff [D-40%, C-45%].

Type:
Glasses
Description:
Smart Holographic Glasses - Model 4 are special glasses, powered by a complex computer made of magical lacrimas. They need to work with the Ilac, available in the Neutral Zone, to unlock its full potential. This nifty device can be used to call the contacts from your Ilac, it has a built-in microphone and earphone. It can also take pictures and film what you are looking at through powerful cameras in the frame of the glasses. The most amazing feature of this device must be its holographic projection on the glasses themselves, which can play back videos or enable you to look at pictures with ease. It can also be used to highlight objects or even people. This makes it easier to find your keys or it can aid in combat by using the markers.
Abilities:
Name: HUD
Description: The built-in computer has the capability to assess the strength and health of opponents, showing both as bars above their heads. This works on non-essential NPCs, and, with OOC permission, on Players, player-owned NPCs, or Event NPCs. If permission is denied it would show an error message.
Name: Advanced Targeting
Description: The SHG-IV can analyze opponents and find weak spots in their armor and defenses. The wearer can exploit this by hitting these spots to bring down the opponent quicker. This can only be used in PvP or against Players, player-owned NPCs, and Event NPCs when OOC permission has been given.
- IIC:
Name:
IIC
Rank:
Weak Item
Type:
Watch
Description:
IIC stands for Infinite Improbability Chronometer. A guy was just handing these out at a sci-fi convention in Magnolia Town, claiming each one would "get anyone who wound it into their own space station somewhere out in the universe". It was a very specific way he always said it, and he had a reason. The person using an IIC never actually physically moves. The universe around them does, and the person simultaneously exists in every location in every dimension of the universe for just a moment before they suddenly only exist in one place again: the space station. Other than that, the man couldn't- or wouldn't- explain why several IICs existed, why the space stations were just empty and floating around, or why he didn't have the actual coordinates to any of them, or anything even near them. Each IIC he handed out looked identical, but they always led to their individual designated stations. There was no more information than that. Eerie, right? Still, what harm can there be in investigating? Maybe the mystery as to why they were abandoned can be solved ... for better or for worse. Might at least be a nice place to hide yourself or your stuff ...
Abilities:
Name: So Long!
Description: By winding the watch exactly forty-two times, the user and anything they touch will be zapped out of Earthland and immediately into their own personal space station. Asking the watch "What's the ultimate question?" will send the user back to the exact spot they warped from. Whether any time passes on Earthland while they are gone depends on if the user lets the watch tick on while on the station or not. Also, when they first arrive either in the space station or back in Earthland, the user could experience some infinitely improbable side effects which might either temporarily change the environment around them or their own physical selves. There's also a surprisingly high improbable probability of a giant whale keeping you company for at least thirty seconds. He can talk, but he's quite baffled by his sudden pop into existence, doesn't know he's a whale, and is gone before he can get used to it all. The user must have OOC permission to use this ability on a player character, a player-owned NPC or an Event NPC.

Star Vial
Description:
Since the beginning of time, the twinkling balls of gas hanging above in the mysterious, inky blue have been a symbol of hope to the humans down below. Constellations told stories and predicted disasters and miracles alike. Stars presented invitations to voyage out into space, no matter how long it took to do so. They’d be there patiently waiting. Humans made their careers around the study of the cosmos, some civilizations calling them gods while the others dreamed of worlds filled with life without the troubles of Earthland getting in the way. They were revered. They told time. They were the great beyond to be respected and feared!
Time passed and humans will be humans. In modern days, people have taken to purchasing the far off celestial bodies, as if anyone could possibly own them without ever stepping foot on them. They even boasted so far as to name them after loved ones without ever taking the time to travel and find out the real name of the world so frivolously bartered for easy jewel. If that wasn’t bad enough, one mage went so far as to scoop up their essences and trap them in a jar like victimized fireflies. These shrunken stars were enchanted by the mage to do one task ... deliver messages. They would not go gently into this good night.
Abilities:
Name: Howler Shower
Description: The stars contained can find any person it’s being sent to, no matter where they are, and falls down on them. It screams whatever the message is out loud and is quite scary, like a mini meteor shower though it causes no damage. Rank:

Type:
Flask of Desierto Sand
Description:
It’s a common practice for those that visit lovely beaches to collect the sands in a jar as a memento, taking a piece of the beach home along with their fond memories. Someone somewhere, who was possibly suffering heat stroke, decided to do that to the sands of Desierto, near a magical oasis that may or may not have actually been there. The enchanted sands captured seemed normal, though looking into the glass flask didn’t give the impression of a collection of sand so much as seeming like a large, shrunken desert contained within.
Intent on adding the sand to an existing Zen garden back home, imagine the surprise when the cork was removed and massive amounts of sand burst forth, turning the whole area into that horribly hot Desierto desert! Even worse, all the beautiful designs in the Zen garden were lost, sucked back in with the other sand when the cork was replaced. That’s not very Zen!
Abilities:
Name: Sandocalypse
Range: 100 m
Description: Pop the cork, and instantly the area for as far as the eye can see turns into a desert complete with sand and is hot as heck. Though there might be a mysterious oasis every now and then, it’s not very pleasant. Why would anyone want this?!

When she was born she was sent away to a secluded temple in the middle of the desert and knew nothing of the place she was born in or the fact that she even had a twin sister, who like her, had been sent away from the place of their birth to be taught what was set as their paths. While there she found she was treated differently than the others without ever understanding why. Her teachers were stricter and pushed her harder than they would any other apprentice in their care. Many times she was hurt badly in the combat training or even collapsed because she was pushed more before she could take a break, she tried to complain about how she was treated but it always fell on deaf ears or she was told that the sun wouldn't give up until its job was done for the day no matter how hard it was.
She was a girl who was once passionate, that just wanted a peaceful life that would allow her to settle down and have a family she could raise. Everyone and everything, however, has a breaking point and one day her's was found. She had been meeting a priest of the moon in secret, having been treated so differently their entire lives quickly they found comfort in the other and got married away from the eyes of their respective temples. They were betrayed by the priest of the water who had married them and so they had been separated once more. The desire for vengeance ate at both herself and her husband, little did she know that he had poisoned everyone in his temple before making his way to her. She was so happy to see him and never wished to part from him again. She used her own flames to set the silks of the temple on fire, swearing that even if the sun and moon could never be allowed to be together in this lifetime they would never be parted again. It was because of her last words that she would never truly find peace like her husband had, instead she uses her training to be the one who brings vengeance to those who like her had been wronged.

Want to use the train rails on your own time for free? Absolutely. Want to race across all the lands, on and off-road? Gotcha. Have a remote island in mind but no cash for a boat ride? Yup! Does it even fly?!
...Kinda. I wouldn’t push it.
Abilities:
Name: Locopunk
Description: SPATE is your go-to vehicle for land and sea travel of all sorts. It’s large enough to comfortably fit several people for multiple days in its housing part and has plenty of deck space for sight seeing. One perk is that it is powered by steam and not magic or lacrima, so it will function just fine even in the Neutral Zone. Despite being made of very sturdy metal, it won’t stand up to any battles, so it’s best to leave it out of combat. It might not be the speediest contraption, but it’ll get you there!
Caution! It’s important to note that the vehicle runs on combustible material to create steam in the boiler, so make sure to have enough on hand to get where you’re going and back. The boiler is a little finicky since it’s hodgepodged together, so keep tools on hand and allow for extra time for travel just in case. Sometimes a hardy knock with a wrench will put it in a better mood. Also, while it can technically fly, it is not very dexterous in the air and it also tends to lurch and shake, which could loosen some nuts and bolts midair...it’s not recommended, but it’s possible for short distances... [The user must have OOC permission to use this ability on a player character, a player-owned NPC or an Event NPC ]
