LOUIE CALVIN KLEIN
401 WORDS @aeluri @Tuesday + BG MUSIC Cling cling to your escapes from reality Become a loser and roar roar Throw throw out your ideals Dappou Rock by Neru | Somewhere down a wealthy avenue in Capital Crocus, there is a highly esteemed cafe in an easily recognizable cobblestone building. Le Trésor, or "the treasure", was nothing short of fine dining in the world of coffee and a luxury for those who could afford it. There was no dress code, but everyone who lounged inside wore expensive clothing or looked of a superior class. Light, playful acoustic guitar music frolicked in the background as sunlight flooded into the cafe through its large, transparent windows that lined the front. Sitting alone at a table placed furthest from the door but closest to these windows was Louie Calvin Klein, his neck, wrists, and earlobes adorned with golden jewelry and his clothes (albeit casual for someone of his tastes) making him fit in with everyone else there. Louie has been able to indulge in many other luxuries aside from Le Trésor because of his abundant wealth from Napedia. When impulsively deciding to leave home for Fiore, the only thing he brought with him was a portion of his riches, which roughly translated to much less from traditional Napedian coin to jewels. Regardless, it still summed to much more than what an average Fiorean citizen could ever acquire. Alone at his table, Louie held a small porcelain mug with a dark roast filling it. He held it, but didn't drink it. Instead, his pretty ruby eyes were fixed on a thick, regal letter in front of him. It was a letter from a man whose name Louie had never heard of until now. Julian Wagner—a Count of some faraway land who claims to have fraternized with his mother and estranged father. Although his familial matters were of great import, it was hard to draw any sort of urgency from a letter written by a stranger. In fact, Louie was inclined to dismiss the matter altogether! He'd be a dullard and a dunce for trusting a letter so sincerely! But after reading it time and time again, he couldn't help but find himself here in Le Trésor, waiting impatiently for someone to arrive. Louie was there to satisfy his own curiosity, and although arriving only ten minutes earlier, felt as though he were being stood up by a stranger! "What is taking them so long? What idiocy. Tch." Louie complained to himself, raising the dark roast to his lips to sip in some sort of fit. |
