Wing is a stereotypical pacifist, which was a cause of her parent's overshadowed upbringing. Not that it was in bad terms; actually, it was out of habit. Wing's father and mother were known for their mellow nature and her, growing up quiet, wasn't much of a surprise at that point. As a child, she was seen as a charming little Talnime daughter who inherited her mother's out-going care and calmness and her father's composed way of over thinking things.
But Wing was still human, not a machine that was always a boring goody-two-shoe, so she had her misses. One problem was Wing's habit of being very blunt. Her parent's thought it was out of her innocence and curiosity. Yet over time they noticed that her too-honest comments were beginning to start on a daily basis. Reprimands here and there, and in a few months of being 6 she was able to ease her straightforwardness, just a little bit. In a way, she wasn't as direct as she was before.
Related to her candid way of showing her opinion, Wing also developed a nosy behavior. She had a knack for barging in on other people's business, whether they happened to like her advice or not. Wing at an early age became surprisingly witty, her parent's and sibling were happy with this, sure, but they noticed that she became too witty to a point that she was getting a bit too meddlesome. Mostly in her mother's talks with some of her nearby friends -who would often speak of a little girl who looked 6 but shoved her face in their gossip like she was 20 years older.
Her mother and father never really paid much attention to that, but fallowing her mother's disappearance, her father started to get slightly stricter with Wing. She was taught elegance, more grace, more manners and favorable behaviors. Her father's gentle strictness can be considered both good and bad, since Wing learned the meaning of aspirations, discovery and knowledge. In essence, Wing turned fragile, more distant and shy.
But perhaps the greatest change that became of Wing was when her father passed away due to his reoccurring, incurable disease. New aspirations wormed its way into her mind and it created determination for her. The girl was still Talnime’s child who loved the stars and had a habit of drinking hot tea outside on a cold snowy day, but Wing grew up stronger, more aware of her dreams, more cautious and considerate. She had a way of finishing things, firm with decisions and being more critical; a natural at solving things, regardless of remaining a bit frank and nosy.
Basically, Wing is your stereotypical, mellow-minded pacifist. Smart, caring, and a lover for anything new -who was never oblivious at anything to begin with, at least, enough to not consider her an airhead. But she was still that blunt and extremely snoopy girl the old ladies who shared tea with her mom labeled 20 years older from her age.
Likes:
- Close-knit Relationships
- 'It's a natural hunger in humans to live for a life linked with another with ribbons and strong, sturdy chains.' - A common philosophical idea brought about her father once during his lifetime, and Wing found it the most heart-warming truth considerable. It labels itself a prominent thing in her mind, one she'll forever be fond of. - Stars
- It's easy to comprehend that growing up in a family with two enthusiastic star gazing hearts as parents creates four equally bubbly children with equal interests. Wing loves the stars as much as the family did, for memories of happy days taking turns on your father's telescope often clings more than needed. - Discovery
- In everything thing she does, in every passing day and hour and second, she makes sure she has something new occupying the vacant spaces in her head. She likes learning and it doesn't take much less than a tip on how to blink properly to please her. - Cats
- There isn't really any long hypothesis explaining her love on cats -it's just that, love for all the innocent fluffy things. She likes animals, sure, but cats seem more dominating in her long list of likable animals. - Turtles
- She'd tell you, "A remnant of my childhood, my older brother once got hit on the head with it when Echo accidentally picked it up instead of the ball, out of her anger. I sorta came to like them for their hard resolve being carried on her backs." ...Call her weird, but it's nothing other than reality of her liking. - Any shade of blue
- Her sister once told her that blue suited her as much as pink did, and remembers the house garden dyed in a striking blue color from her mother's tulip plantation. - Books
- Thanks to her liking for learning, Wing developed a love for books. You could almost consider that her liking for both things is surprisingly equal. - Cooking
- An accident happened when she was three, back at their kitchen, her siblings almost boiled her alive (the pot was big enough to hide her entirely) if it weren't for the cook who had come in, having sensed a disturbance in his kitchen. Though from then on, regardless of being slightly traumatized, Wing developed a love for cooking after feeding her curiosity of how everything worked in the kitchen. She's considerably skilled it in, actually. - Snow
- For as long as her memory serves her, winter was her favorite season. She liked watching the snow falling off the window panes, how everything looked so white and puffy and silent after it fell. And best of all, inside the house, when winter came and when their nana had brought in enough charcoal, the building grew even more cozier than usual. It always smelled of burning wood, hot tea and petty bed time stories back in the day -snow, now, is a primary source of weary nostalgia. - Hot tea
- Elegantly served in a nice silver tray or battered into a plain cup, tea is the essence of serenity for Wing. Thanks to her devotion, she's quite experienced in determining the quality of the tea, needless to say. - Music
- After the untimely disappearance of her mother, Wing's father took the initiative of teaching each child a music profession. Wing was taught the piano, and in all honesty it was one of the most favorable 'strict teachings' her father implemented, at least in her standards. Being able to read sheet music, how the notes dance on her eyes and to be able produce something from just flexing her fingers over the keys was something that made her happy. She always has an open ear to any music that comes her way, though her skills may have faded through the course of her training under Altair. - Happiness
- Simply that, a word and an emotion she came to love dearly. Happiness is the embodiment of all the good things, the after taste of timeless events. It's a smile after receiving a gift, gaining a friend, being in the comfort of a loved one -it's love in the purest form for every person.
Dislikes
- Betrayals
- If its one thing to love a friendship, being betrayed is another. It's pure contradictory to her ideas when betrayal is involved, that's why she despises it -making it a core reason for her careful choices and organized thinking over her words and actions in an attempt to prevent it so. - Crying
- It's the tears that stand as a testimony of woe, or perhaps even happiness, yet Wing doesn't really enjoy crying as it gives a sense of weakness. It was her master who had reprimanded her of the significance of tears, that sometimes weeping isn't supposed to be a habit, and it was to be done sparingly for the 'best' situations. 'I'll tell you something. When in the face of woe, where crying wasn't meant to be shown and where it has to be stopped for the good of your resolve, put on a little make-up.' Her master once told her, 'Make-up isn't just for hiding the circles under your eyes, or to put up a fake idea of being alright, it's for you to know that you shouldn't cry. Tears will make your make-up run, and will ruin your poise. Make sure to remind yourself of it.' - Sunflowers
- She has a natural dislike for sunflowers particularly because of her allergies. - Wearing Corsets
- It's those times where you were a dress, and you have to elegant and in comes the 'ideal' of being needed to wear the stupidest undergarment just to look slimmer than usual. Wing couldn't really understand the women who even approve the idea of having something suffocating you for the sake of beauty. Much less why someone even considered inventing the horrid thing in the first place. - The sound of glass shattering
- Its the sharp sensations of hearing it fall into pieces that makes her cringe -either a prelude to a fit between people, an accident or a sign from the heavens. It was something she gravely decided not to open her ears to. - Untimely disappearances
- Probably out of the fact that her mother just faded away -poof! Nothing was heard of her again. She most likely hated it since it ultimately stops all interaction with a person you cherish.
Motivations:
- The memory of her family gazing at one night sky
- Wing heavily relies on strong sensations of nostalgia to keep her happy when in a state of depression. And usually her memory would reverberate to her childhood star gazing moments in hopes of a better end to her sadness -as it is, perhaps, her most treasured memories. - Her deceased father's last words
- 'I hope there'll be a chance for all of us to meet again -all of you with a myriad of stories for me, and me and your mother with eager hearts to come greet you.' Its an ever occurring thought that processes itself automatically in her brain, and with it Wing is able to find even the slightest push to experience. Those final words drive her to do things she wouldn't normally do, all but in an act to fulfill a promise she vowed never to break. - Her older siblings' inevitable success as mages
- Her older siblings have been quite busy, or so she's been hearing, and it served as a well-bound strength to create her own overlaying prints on history. It may seem pretty far-fetched, but Wing deemed it possible through her self-found confidence.
Fears:
- Death
-Wing was never a stranger to the concept of loss. Death was an ever-occurring process for humans, and yet, it scarred her. Death was not picky and it happens to everyone, and this part made her shiver in fear. Not for her death, but for the loss of people being held so close to heart. The very thought of that made her break down. She could never gain comfort from it, no matter how normal it may seem to be scarred of death. - Getting lost in dim-lit places
- Obviously someone with a low tolerance for disappearances and death and and a mild case of the I-have-no-sense-of-direction syndrome gets frightened easily at the thought of it. - Graves
-Relevant to Wing's fear of death, she also shows signs of mild fright against graves. Almost as if both are exactly the same thing and Wing wouldn't dare lay a footstep on a cemetery. She dreads the day though, that she'll be forced into one due to a dear friend losing to death. Wing can only hope that she won't be visiting a grave, not right now in her youth as she vows to prevent death from clawing down the people she loves. Graves give a sense of passing, peaceful rest after all the troubling things, but Wing couldn't seem to think of it that way, no matter how hard she concentrates. All there is is death, a hard slap to the face.

Eyes: [Light to dark blue] Wide, circular eyes that have a great taste for learning, books, observation and star gazing. They're only barely covered by her bangs.
Skin Tone: Just a normal light white, nothing special.
Appearance:
A small, 15 year old girl with light skin, blue eyes and soft white hair. Wing, by far, in the whole family is the only child who isn't fidgety in short skirts. The Talnime's are known for their ball-ready way of clothing, and ao for their impeccable style when it comes to elegance. In the same way, they are known for their picky choices when it comes lengths and accessories . Wing seems comfortable wearing short lengths, boots and stockings, capes and hats and all the other things her siblings and parents wouldn't dare touch. There really is no reason behind this, nor any problem with it, under the eyes of her parents. Since Wing hasn't abandoned her grace in her choice of clothes, they still appear fixed, sophisticated and stylish(sometimes, though, she's forced to wear something else as a necessity.)
Most of her clothing has a neat and elegant swirl to it -with an otherworldly feel. She has a taste for boots and having a thick layer of thin clothing. On all of her outfits, the same style can be deduced
- Complex designs like swirls and pins, v-slits, linings, light-weight ornaments, ribbons and small accessories. Perhaps out of muse, she also favors sporting decorated blue stockings. And as a mage who's magic depends on a specific outfit, she never forgets to wear them underneath all the other stuff. On a side note, Wing has a habit of naming her outfits, since she classifies them into pairs and never jumbles their categories.
