Description: Normally, primal matter looks like powder, off-white powder with the constituency of pulverized chalk. However, to make her usage of the primal matter quicker and more effective, Beira has shaped the primal matter into what looks like, for all intents and purposes, a potion bag, which appears to be a leather bag attached to Beira’s right thigh. It is full of glass vials containing all sorts of substances with varying degrees of fullness, colors, tastes, smells and constituencies. On the pouch’s exterior are two glass flasks, one containing a black liquid (called Negative Essence), and the other a white powder (known as Positive Essence). On her belt are four vials, one containing a dirty green-colored powder (Essence of Earth), another containing a blue liquid (Essence of Water), the third containing a red gas (Essence of Air; trivia: red because air and blood were considered to be related in Greek classical element concepts), and the last containing a glowing yellow substance floating in it (Essence of Fire). Yes, you guessed it, they are all made of primal matter. Note that the substances in Beira’s potion bag vials are referred to as essences. There are two types of essences, as far as this magic item is concerned: elemental essences, which are the named ones listed above, and curious essences, which have rather varying looks, properties, and effects. Curious essences are placed within Beira’s potion bag, while the elemental essences are more within reach.
