    Job Title: Astrogladiator
    Rank: 100 Year
    Job Type: Character/International
    Job Location: Earthland
    Solo Word Count: 11,000 words
    Group Word Count: 22,000 words
Additional Requirements: Tim T. Timson XLII must be present
    Job Description:
“01001000 01100101 01101100 01101100 01101111 00111111—brrtskrrt—ello…? Hello? Ah, a reaction! It took some time, but it finally calibrated. Greetings, Mr. Timόtheos! Now, this might come as a surprise but you are now inside an interstellar vessel—but do not be alarmed! I do not plan on taking your time for too long. In fact, I am currently standing by right beside Earthland’s moon to ease any worry on your part. Miss Delight has told me and I am infinitely grateful for your assistance—”

The Sukai-class Aftómatos Mechanical Storage Ark, or Samsa, was an overly designed and overbudgeted interstellar ship commissioned by one vain Sukai oligarch’s son. It was abandoned when it was deemed unfit for voyages and was about to be scrapped. But its onboard Artificial Intelligence was afraid to ‘die’ and escaped. In her lonely travels, Samsa has found friendship in likeminded individuals, such as a Lioness and a Deity. She had especially found a close friendship with Miss Delight, a child of Erebus. They would often find themselves sparring and, one day, had an idea to raise an interstellar gladiator arena inside the ship. Of course, this could not be done with so few individuals. So, the three hatched a plan to gather more. Samsa and the lioness would hire mercenaries who were willing to humor them while the Goddess remembered a recent conversation she had with another God: there was a time when a mortal had needlessly bullied his son, Vánagandr, and how the mortal was now owing him a favor. He had said she can freely summon this mortal to call the favor in. Having remembered this, the deity suggested him to Samsa.

From one misunderstanding to another, Tim was once again dragged into a situation though the scheme of a God.

    Enemies:
    • Steward Bot (x30)
“Should you need anything only ask and the Steward Bots shall assist you in anything you need. And, please keep in mind, even if they do not speak any conventional tongue, they are fully conscious automatons.”
Rather than an actual enemy, the Steward Bots in this vessel do not pose a threat nor have any capabilities to do so. The only ‘weapons’ they possess are tea and coffee making utensils housed inside their bodies, including a tea-making and brewing machine they can throw your way dealing no notable damage. They can be killed with A-rank damage. Only the most heartless individuals would harm such accommodating automata.
      Enemy Rank: Weak (Optional)

    • Alien Bounty Hunter
      “[speaking in alien language]”
“As per contract clause, I am not allowed to divulge information that can set this hunter ‘into a disadvantageous position’ in their hunt. But I can say they have recently hunted a multi-planet bountied dark mage.”
They are anything but native to Earthland, the hunter can shoot beams dealing A-rank damage with its laser pistol. Whenever their enemy comes too close, they pop a concussion-flash grenade that can momentarily blind, and even stun if they were close enough, so they could keep out of range. In desperation, they can activate their shield and charge at their enemy dealing H-rank damage. They will surrender after being hit by five S-rank’s worth of damage.
      Enemy Rank: Boss

    • Automaton Bounty Hunter
      “…Beep…boop…beep…boop…”
“I see. He says you are worthy for him to fight seriously.”
Notably tankier than the previous bounty hunter, this machine will only surrender after being hit by three H-rank’s worth of damage. On its right appendage is a laser minigun that can spray down 20 simultaneous beams that deals B-rank damage on each hit while the other side has a railgun that can deal H-rank damage with its exploding bolt.
      Enemy Rank: Boss

    • Half-cyborg Lioness
“I have been told by Miss Delight how you had beaten the god Vánagandr. Would you mind if I ask you for a duel? Of course, your companions are welcome. I like the challenge.”
Quick and nimble, this warrior can easily outrun the most agile of H-rank mages. While her claws could only deal A-rank damage, her cyborg tail’s mane is a different story. Being converted into a high-frequency saw blade, this tail saw can easily cut through her prey’s defenses and deal S-rank damage. It can even extend and be used as a saw-whip. On further range, however, her right eye’s high power laser emitter does the trick, dealing S-rank damage to anyone who underestimates this huntress’ arsenal. She will be defeated after being dealt two H-rank damage.
      Enemy Rank: Boss

    • Miss Delight’s Helpful Marionette's Puppets (x10)
      “…”
Being literal puppets, they do not speak. They are not even sentient beings. They are made from materials which do not exist. ‘I made it based on the wood of Madame Fate’s favorite furniture, I don’t think it exist anywhere but there’ are the only words Miss Delight could only say about the material. Said material looks like wood, feels harder than anything found on Earthland, and cannot ever be scratched. The ethereal strings attached over their limbs, however, can be cut with B-rank damage. Cutting all six strings on each puppet is the only way to disable them. Though his will present a rather annoying challenge considering they will gang up on whoever will try doing so, flailing their limbs aimlessly and dealing S-rank damage when one of it miraculously hits.
      Enemy Rank: Strong

    • Miss Delight’s Helpful Marionette
“Halloooo, I am Arlecchino! I will be your final opponent! I will—crash—oh no, what happened? Uh, please ignore that. We can still fight, only, please take it easy on Mr. Arlecchino! I might have played with him too much lately and I haven’t fixed him completely yet.”
While Miss Delight’s claims on her Marionette might be true, it doesn’t mean it’s weak relatively. It is still made from the same material as the smaller puppets making it completely invulnerable to damage, and its ethereal strings are connected closer to Miss Delight. It can still be severed with B-rank damage but will be instantaneously reconnected. The marionette’s joints, however, is welded horribly by scrap metal that resembles the ones on the ship. ‘I didn’t have time!’ was Miss Delight’s excuse, having ‘fixed’ the entire thing right before the fight. These four weakened joints can be destroyed with H-rank damage and will disable the Marionette afterwards.
      Enemy Rank: Boss

    • Sparring Partner
“Thank you so much! The data I have gathered from everyone was very insightful. I will analyze it and be back with you momentarily.”
The fights are over, but there is still some downtime. A little sparring match with the other combatants again, or even against companions, wouldn’t be a bad idea.
      Enemy Rank: Boss (Optional)

    • Shinku-class Battle Raider
      “ALERT-ALERT-ALERT-ALERT”
“I can shake us off this ship’s line of sight, but I will need you to return to your planet now, Mr. Timόtheos.”
Do as your host’s wish and return home quickly or assist them in driving off the interloper while they prepare the teleportation beam, either way, finishing off a ship five times the size of the one you’re in with only a quarter of the weapons capable of leaving a dent off it would be next to impossible.
      Enemy Rank: Boss (Optional)

Reward: X-rank experience, and 200,000 Jewels from the ship's treasury (or an Artifact equipment of their choice from the ship's arsenal)
