FRANCIS D. TEACH
Name: Francis D. Teach "Blackbeard"
Age: 38
Gender: Male
Birthday: Nov, 22
Sexuality: Asexual
PERSONALITY
"Stop your blabbering about good and evil, because no matter where you look in this world, you won't find a answer."
The man known as Francis D. Teach is extremely complicated person to piece together and understand. This is mostly because Francis wears various different masks to hide his true motives and nature. Mainly, Francis likes to play the fool in order to deceive others into underestimating him. First impression usually leaves off the idea that he is nothing more than a carefree and clumsy fool too prone to brash decisions. He is usually rather boisterous and carefree, speaking whatever comes to mind with little regret. Under his idiot persona Francis loves to make cheesy and cringe worthy jokes just to annoy people to hell. He tends to be very politely sarcastic and mocking towards others. Even with his mask off, Francis likes to pretend to be smug or selfish, just to upset people and rile them up with humor, and he does enjoy pointing out other people flaws just to irritating them. Francis also tends to be an odd combination of cowardly and courageous, and the former only seems to occur when death is unavoidable or when the cards are stacked against him and it would be illogical to engage in a fight or risk his life. Francis also enjoys competitions and risky behaviors like gambling and whatnot.
Whatever the case, this carefree and clumsy attitude is simply a mask to hide his malevolent nature. Despite that the mask shares some characteristics of his true personality, what is missing is his amoral attitude which is grounded in his deep belief of dreams and fate. Francis believes that there is no such thing as good or evil and would mock others who genuinely believe in those concepts. Likewise, Francis is not afraid to betray someone in order to gain more power or to achieve his ambitions. With that being said, Francis does express remorse when he is forced to betray a comrade or friend, as he does show genuine affection and compassion towards them, until at least they get in his way. Francis is also incredibly overconfident in his abilities, and he does have a slight superiority complex about him. However, despite this superiority complex Francis does not let that interfere with his decision making. Speak of decision making, Francis is actually incredibly intelligent and cunning, and deceptive.
Francis holds a obsession with collecting magic objects and artifacts that may aid him in a quest for power, and he has a magpie like tendency to collect unique artifacts; even hoarding them. He holds a strong belief in fate and the dreams of men, encouraging everyone to live out their dreams to the best of their abilities, and this does include his enemies. Likewise, Francis has a journal of legends and stories of mythical artifacts and objects that he believes are real, and this journal is filled with notes about how they could help him or where they maybe. A firm example of his intelligence and careful planning is clearly stated in his journal writings, as they contain detailed and methodical notes and plans for the future. In battle, Francis tends to be a little clumsy at times unless of course he knows that he is up against a clearly more powerful opponent. When faced against stronger opponents, Francis tends to be a bit more cautious, and probes his enemy’s capabilities before fully attacking them. However, in both situations he is known to talk too much or boast too much which occasionally leaves him open for attacks.
- Likes:
- Alcohol- There is nothing better than a nice afternoon of rum or another strong beverage. Teach is known to drink a lot, especially, when he can't seem to sleep or if he has a lot on his mind. For the most part, its a coping mechanism to help soothe his nerves and make him feel good.
- Parties- Everyone needs a little down time to let loose and have some fun, Francis is no different. When he was younger, Francis used to host miraculous parties, that would put modern frat parties in shame. But unfortunately, he no longer does.
- Sugar- Since he was younger, Francis has had an addiction to sweet things. You can almost always find him eating something sweet, usually a cookie or a pie or whatever he can find to shove in his mouth while having one hand free.

- Dislikes:
- Righteousness- Francis finds people who believe that they are righteous to be phonies and nothing more than liars and imbeciles. He can help but mock and insult people who believe that they are so righteous and right. This is mostly due to the fact, that he doesn't believe there is good or evil.
- Weaknesses/lings- People who cannot find the will to make a name for themselves do not deserve to live, they are pathetic parasites that deserve their position in society. They are made for people like Francis to take advantage of.
- Peace- Peace is absolutely boring and it breeds weakness. In Francis's opinion, peace promotes stagnation and stagnation prevents change. During times of peace great heroes fall, and nations wain in power and strength. Peace is evil

- Motivation:
- Power- To become the most powerful man in the entire world, and to taste the fountain of power and status that a god would possess. That is what the man known as Francis D. Teach seeks to achieve, absolute power, endless and never ending power.
- Immortality- Francis is not as young as he used to be and each day he is growing older, and older. He admittedly fears death and therefore wishes to discover the secrets of immortality, just so that he can conquer death and live forever.
- The New Age- What the new age is exactly, Francis doesn't know what it is or what it would look like. All he knows is that it will come, one day, and he wants to be the one to usher it in. A new age born out of violence and blood.

- Fears:
- Death- What happens when you die? No one knows. But whatever happens, he hasn't completed is dreams to gain power and usher in a new age. And with each passing day he is growing older, and he simply can't afford to die.
- Failure- Failing to attain his dreams would mean that Francis is weak, and people who are weak deserve to be taken advantage of. It should be noted that Francis is not scared of failing simple things, but more so, he fears that he would fail achieving his dream and his ambitions.
- Spiders- They are creepy, they unnatural, and terrible little rodents. And Francis for the most part, becomes either a fumbling fool around them or a maniacal maniac.
