Kuma scoured through Magnolia as he was looking for the renowned guild Fairy Tail. Even though the guild is huge, he is as blind as a bat when it comes to looking for stuff. Kuma asked the citizens of Magnolia for the guild location, but all they gave him was the Are you stupid? face. He stopped asking because he then realized why they gave him the stupid face. It was right in front of him. “Oh! There it is!” He said as he walked towards the doors of the guild. Instead of knocking, he pushed the doors of the guild wide open and shouted, “HELLLLOOOO FAIRY TAIIILLLL!!!”

Man, sometimes, man… sleeping on the benches and chairs of the large, cozy guild hall was a blessing in disguise. It looked uncomfortable, but there was just something about it that was so pleasing and relaxing. Maybe it was the realization that it was alright for him to nap there, and that the freedom that he possessed generated this relaxation, but the shaman couldn’t put his finger on it just yet. What he could, though, was confirming that he was often found sleeping in on one of these comfortable benches or sofas. And the regular visitors and guild members often never batted an eye.

This was his domain, his Paradise… okay, maybe not exactly, but pretty darn close if you asked him.

That was why, when a random, raven-haired lad pushed the doors open and proclaimed his arrival with such a high decibel, that Mura jolted up in the air and ended up facing the floor a moment after.

“Hurgh… w-what the hell…?”

“New guy!”
“New guy over there…”

“Oh…” Mura coughed a little to clear his throat, then raised his hand to grab the attention of all the drinkers in the hall at the moment, “Everyone, give him a warm welcome!”

The visitors and members all lifted their mugs, and in merry union, they shouted back:

“AND HELLO, YOUNG LAD!!!”

That should do for some hospitality.

The stranger was quite direct in his approach and expression. He didn't seem to have anything to hide, and his first question kind of made things less unexpected. Was he a potential client who needed help with a case or with enemies? Or was he an aspiring, young wizard wanting to hit the jackpot? Only the near future would tell, and Mura would make sure to draw that future in.

Clearly, he hadn’t read the Sorceror’s Magazine.

“Uh, that would be me,” Mura responded rather lax, resting a hand on his hip, “You’re not from around here. Where are you from, exactly? You look Midian to me, but…” Mura’s eyes squinted at the newcomer as if suspicion rose between them, and a moment after, he would circle around the lad to see if he got any ‘Midian’ vibes from this person. Recently, a couple of his national brethren and sisters came by to join the guild, and it was a great way to keep his contacts with his home country.
