Leona will be using their Nemean Lion Custom Lineage Ability Lion's Share (100%), the first passive of Wind Strike Magic's Z-Rank Ascendant Ability Gold Rush (100%), and her Golden Lacrima (25%) to boost the Jewel earnings from this job. all can be found linked in their signature here
i'm also going to be using my lineage, monk's sacrifice, to sacrifice 50% of the jewel rewards from the job to gain 25% extra exp. it's linked at the bottom of my directory because i don't have a magic up yet!
