Description:
Nepo is a mythical creature known as a Hippocamp, though he is still very young for his kind and only a few hundred years old. He's a sweet creature who will consider his owner the equivalent of a parent. Generally, he is much more nimble and effective in water but can move on land, although, due to his water-based magic, he tends to leave a trail of water wherever he walks. He can create an infinite amount of water to keep his skin wet, meaning he will never dry out.

Description: Nepo can either control the natural sources of water around him or create his own to manipulate. This water can be shifted into various shapes like orbs, spears, swords, et cetera. Either way, it will be sent forth, controlled by Nepo to strike his targets and deal user ranked multi target damage. Anyone hit by this spell with be shaken by it's impressive strength and immobilized for one post and if struck again within the ability's duration, can be immobilized once every other post max until the ability has reached it's end. If this ability hits a shield, armor, or barrier, it can pierce through, albeit sacrificing 50% of it's base damage in doing so.

Description: Droplets of water magic begin to spread forth once this ability is activated, and like suspended raindrops they fill the air around Nepo, hovering there as though frozen in time. Nepo can fly into a raindrop and will vanish into it. He will be teleported to another random droplet within the ability's range, though this can only occur once per post. When he reappears the droplets closest to him can explode outwards to deal advanced burst damage to anything within the ability's range. Once activated, this ability will buff both Nepo and his owner's speed by user rank advanced active buff for the remainder of the ability's duration. Additionally, the floating droplets can be used to wash away a single spell or effect of equivalent rank or less once per post granted the mana cost of the spell being negated is paid by the user when doing so.

Description: The creature's power increases both its own and his owner's spell speed, giving both a user rank advanced passive buff. Additionally, his ancient magic adds a layer of protection, meaning that all debuffs used against him and his owner will be 50% less effective (for example, a 40% debuff will be reduced to 20%). The effects of drains will also be reduced by 50%.
