‘Are you sure you’re going the right way?’
‘For the last time, yes, I’m positive…. I think…’ Emma responded to the voice nagging her in her mind. The young teen mage was quite certain she was on the right path, and there was no way she was about to stop and ask for directions. The bustling port town of Hargeon was more than she could handle, so many people everywhere, it was an absolute nightmare, the faster this was all over the better. Then she just had to find a way to get to the guild her parents had ordered her to join. Something about it being a good chance for them to make connections within it, she had only really been paying half attention at the time when her father was explaining it all.
Regardless, before she could step foot in the place she had to have a passport in order to leave Fiore, in case she needed to undergo missions and the like in other countries. With her life basically planned out for her, Emma was somewhat glad that she was finally going to get a break from her parents. Still, she would no doubt miss them from time to time, however, this was no time for getting homesick, she had a job to do.
After what felt like hours, but was mere minutes of searching around, Emma would finally find herself outside the building she had been looking for. A small, but distinguished brick building with a large sign hanging above the doorway ‘International Affairs Office’. Stepping inside she would find there to be a small line she would have to wait in before she could see someone and request her passport. Not wanting to waste time she would quickly take her place, neatening up her pink dress slightly as she waited patiently.
