Blockade? *snaps fingers* What Blockade?(Naraku)

Naraku sat atop a train in meditation. Her attire was once again that of a tai chi practioner enhanced by her straw hat and crimson haori. Why was she atop a train? Well, that was simple. Why pay when you could ride for free? Of course, she didn't even need to ride the train. She could get to her destination swifter without it, but it gave her time to think of things. Yes, time to think about her future.

However, just as she was about to acheive some sort of epiphany or so she felt the train came to a grinding halt. She growled and rolled off the side of the train and then walked around and entered the train station from the other side. She headed up to the person who appeared to be in charge, people seemed to melt out of the way as they felt her rather powerful magic aura.

"Why is this train not moving?" she demanded and was offered a quick explanation. A vulcan and a goblin were asking for a ridiculous sum in order to warrant the removal of a tree. She sighed deeply and then looked around. "I will go remove this blockade and the ones responsible...for a price." The man nodded and told her what price he would be willing to pay. She nodded in agreement and then rose into the air and flew off down the track to find the blockage. What was it with dirty monkeys causing problems recently? First the kidnappers and now this?

Naraku flew along the tracks quietly and slowly. She was in no rush still. The train wasn't going anywhere after all. That was the problem. The blockade was further down the tracks than she had anticipated and it was certainly larger than she had thought either. It was still no trouble for her, but still it was an extra irritation. There was no sign nor smell of those responsible, but they might be hiding somewhere unexpected like in a pile of dirt. That was likely it. They were hiding somewhere that would hide them from scent and smell, which was rather irritating to say the least.

She walked up to the blockade and experimentally gave it a push with one hand. No, it wasn't going to move that easily. Not even two hands would push it. Yet how had the vulcan and goblin managed it? She was far stronger than most of them, even together. It was then that it hit her. She glanced about looking at the other large trees nearby and shook her head. What sort of fool left their train track next to trees which could so easily be felled to block it? That wasn't just stupidity. No it was far worse. It was beyond idiocy. "These men are clearly mad." Naraku said to herself. Not that it mattered to her of course. It was just another irritation in a day full of irritation, but guess what? There were two or possibly more creatues she could take it out on. It seemed fortune smiled on her. Now all she had to do was find them and bring their heads back to the station

Naraku was, as said before, in no rush at all so rather than blasting this tree into atoms, which she was highly capable of she pulled out her axe known as Biter. "What better tool for cutting down a tree than an axe?" she mused to herself. "Oh yes, a demonic energy infused one." she added with a giggle and ran her finger along the edge of the axe causing it to glow black with dark energy.

"Feel the Hell Demon's Bite." she shouted as she swung the axe with great force. Unfortunately, even with her demonic strength and the boost provided by that the axe was not strong enough to cleave the tree in two. She glared at the tree. "You dare defy a Hell Queen Mr. Tree?" she asked with annoyance as if expecting the tree to respond. She growled at its silence and swung the axe again. It no longer had the aura, but it was still sharp enough with her strength to cut through it a bit more. "Stubborn tree. I'll make you PAY!" Naraku was not used to having her will disobeyed, particularly with her new improved strength and fearsome reputation. She refused to let this mere tree defy her. It would not win.

Yes, she in no rush at all, but the fact a tree wasn't falling to her was irritating her. Sure, she could of used stronger abilities, but in her eyes a mere tree did not deserve it. Even if it was a tree this big. "HOW DARE YOU DEFY ME!" she said swinging the axe once more, this time succeeding in cleaving the tree in two. Of course, now she had to move the two halves, but that made things easier. "Ha...told you that you wouldn't win. Silly tree." she said with a triumphant pose and then giggled childishly.

Naraku was in fact a tactical genius. Her magic had got to the stage where it sort of demanded it and on top of that her goals required it. However, she wasn't using her brain now. She was just doing what felt like natural movements to her. Plus she was in a funny mood. It was probably all the power surging she had gone through recently and the major body changes. It had effected her mind by becoming a child again so probably jumping through ages effected it too. So yes she was in a strange mood. Heck, she'd pretended she was on a date with a vulcan before killing it when she went to save some women from them. Now she was talking to a tree. It was painfully obvious that she was not all there. She scratched her head thoughtfully and crouched down looking at the two tree halves.

"Hmmm now I have two half-trees. I'll call you Jerry...and you Betty." she said with a maniacal giggle. "Now I know you two obviously love eachother, heck you were on tree for a long time, but I'm afraid its time for you to separate." She returned her axe to its place within the pocket dimension of her robe and sat there for a while. She was curious as to why the vulcan and goblin hadn't shown up yet. Ah well, they were probably busy today. She'd have to go see what was keeping them so occupied they didn't want to meet a queen and king, for technically she was both king and queen. King of Mutilation for the Kugeki and Hell Queen(self-proclaimed, but it was a title that many knew her by now). In truth, most of her thought was now dedicated on how to remove Jerry and Betty without resorting to using any more of her magic. It was a tricky situation. "You're not going to go voluntarily are you?" she asked the trees expecting a response as she stood up. She sighed deeply and put her hands between the gap she had cut and tried to push one tree from the other. It moved slightly, but this way was going to take far to long. The tree that had been felled was a true giant. "Come on Jerry work with me here. There's some nice lady trees over there who want to meet you." The tree refused to budge more than a few inches. In frustration she kicked it.

"Fine then. I'll have to force you two apart."


Demon bite: 1 post cooldown.

Naraku sat down again staring at the two half trees she had named Jerry and Betty. Even with her strength these halves of a giant tree refused to move. Well, that wasn't entirely true. They would move VERY slowly. Kind of more irritating. "Sloth would have a field day with you two." she mumbled to herself referencing one of the elder demons of sin whom she would fight in the near future. "Your laziness would make him near invincible." It was she was saying this that a shadow was cast over her. She didn't even need to look up because she'd smelt him approach. Without even making a gesture she rose up into the air, still sitting, and came level with a vulcan's face. "I was wondering when you'd turn up. Where's your goblin buddy?" The vulcan swung out at her, but she moved back just enough to avoid it and then changed into a standing position, still in the air.

"I don't know what it is with you monkeys, but you always seem to want to touch me." she said with a sigh and shook her head. "I mean its just plain rude. I've only just met you and you're already trying for hanky panky." She caught the vulcan's fist as it swung at her again and pushed him back slightly. A wicked grin came to her face as she thought of something. "I mean...do you even know my name?" The vulcan tilted its head and scratched it in thought. "Didn't think so. The name's Makura. Naraku Makura." In response...the vulcan tilted its head the other way and continued to scratch causing Naraku to let out a 'huh' of irritation. She'd expected the vulcans to know her by now. How irksome.

'Monster Dice' :

Quite irritating that this vulcan did not know her name. She sighed deeply and then looked at the vulcan with a grin of sadistic pleasure on her face. "Well Mr.Monkey, I would of thought your friends would of told you who I am, but I guess..." she said and then flew backwards laughing in a slightly cruel manner. "...I can have some fun teaching you." The vulcan tilted its head and then leapt at her launching a flurry of punches, which quite impressed her. Rather than fighting back she just used her speed and skill to block his strikes and caught his final blow. To his surprise he was held easily by her, despite her much smaller frame, and the vulcan flailed about causing her to glare at him in disgust. She swung him down once aiming to throw him, but he managed to hold onto her quite tightly.

"Did I say you could hold my hand?" she asked with a sickly sweet tone of voice. The vulcan stared at her in fear then shook its head. A smart vulcan, who knew. "I didn't think so. Goodbye Mr.Monkey." she said throwing him into the air. As he came down she pulled out her axe once more and backflipped gracefully. The blade hit him face first and split him straight down the middle. "I would say we should split up, but it seems you already did."

A scent was picked up by her as she tried once more to force 'Jerry' and 'Betty' apart. She sniffed the air again and then leapt backwards narrowly dodging the two vulcans and it was fortunate she jumped back quite far as a rock hit the gap inbetween her and the vulcans. She glanced at the rock thrower, it was the goblin who looked remarkbly intelligent unlike the vulcans. Clearly he was the master mind behind this. What made him look intelligent? He was riding on some sort of robotic contraption with a big clawed hand on one hand and a buzz saw on the other. An interesting opponent.

"Now boys...no need to fight over little old me. There is plenty of me to go around." she said with a slight grin on her face her gaze moving over each of them as she rose gently into the air holding the rock that had been tossed at her. This time she pulled out her weapon known as Beater. "As Mr.Goblin was the only one who brought a gift..." she said indicating the rock with the large warhammer and giving each of the vulcans a shake of the head in dissapointment. "...he gets to go first." With that she chucked the rock into the air and prepared to give a mighty swing of her hammer.

'Monster Dice' :

The rock she had launched flew through the air with great speed just as the vulcans leapt up trying to hit her. She merely moved slightly and they missed entirely colliding in the air and falling to the ground in a bundle. "Wait your turn." she said and watched with interest as the goblin sheared the rock in two and then hurled the two shards back at her. The first she shattered with her bare fist and the second missed entirely, but she caught it and threw it like a discus straight at the goblin sending him flying from the machine and onto the track where he lay killed by the blow to the head. However, this did not have the effect she expected and the machine began to go haywire slicing the tree below, Betty, into pieces causing Naraku to frown and point an accusatory finger.

"Just because she refused to seperate from Jerry gave you no right to cut her up you meanie." she shouted and flew at the robot. It seemed that despite the jocular nature for which the name's Jerry and Betty had been created had somehow become reality in her mind and for some reason the destruction of one of them pissed her off quite a bit. "I'll avenge her Jerry!"

As Naraku flew at the machine the two vulcans ones again leapt and got the timing and height right. However, they didn't factor in Naraku's agility in the air and she quickly spun and kicked the first one and then the second. They managed to block it, but were still sent flying and there attacks were thus blocked. She grinned and flew at the robot. The robot swung its saw at her, but she was able to knock it away with the hammer and with a quick spin dodged the clawed hand as it swung round to try and grab her. The saw came back again, but once more she diverted it with the hammer. However, this time the claw got her.

"Target neutralized." the machine stated causing Naraku to laugh. "Illogical. Illogical. Why is target laughing? Rob-ot is confused." Naraku swung her legs up and kicked with force off of the robot. However, it erected an energy shield just in time preventing her from doing any real damage. "Resistance is futile." it said, and if anything it sounded smug. Naraku looked at the robot for a moment. How dare it be smug with her. She kicked it again, but the barrier did not shift. Whoever had designed this machine knew what they were doing and she suspected it was not the goblin. However, what this machine did not know was that its fate was already sealed because after the second kick she'd dropped a needle of shadow into her own shadow. It was time for her to use some real magic.

"There is one thing I can't stand about men and machines." she said as the robot began to move its saw blade towards her. "They are soooo touchy. Well...guess what? I can be touchy too" With that four tendrils of shadow rose up and one of them neatly sliced the arm off. One attempted to strike, but the barrier stopped it. The robot in its anger swung out at the tendrils trying to destroy them, but the tendrils, due to the amount she had summoned, were B rank and unable to be destroyed by its saw. Damaged they were, but not destroyed. It would take more then a single blow each to end them. The two vulcans once more leapt up and two tendrils went towards them, but they raised their arms to block and were merely batted away. She didn't mean to kill them yet.

"Wait your turn. It'll be my first time with twins and I want to make sure i'm ready." she said grumpily and then looked at the robot. "Besides...Mr.Robot had first dibs." she said and grinned wickedly as the four tendrils began to move about her in a strange patten. Soon the robot would fall. Its barrier, which protected the main body, was weakening.

The four tendrils all lunged at the robot, but its barrier was still too much. However, what Naraku noticed now was that the barrier was close to breaking. It seemed a few more blows would be enough and then it would have no defense. Once more the machine tried to break the tendrils, but to no avail. Its attacks just weren't strong enough and that suited Naraku just fine. It was then that the vulcans leapt at her and without even looking at them the tendrils rose up in defense. One vulcan missed entirely and went flying into the robot, who hadn't expected it so didn't erect the barrier in time. Some damage had been done to the main body it seemed. The other vulcan was deflected by the tendrils.

"Mr. Monkey and Mr. Monkey I told you to wait your turn. Now you're trying to take out Mr. Robot before his turn is over?" she said grumpily pointing at the one who leapt off the robot. "Is that civilised behaviour? Or are you just that impatient for your date?" She sighed deeply and shook her head. "This is what I get for being beautiful. Hold on a moment Mr. Robot...i'll deal with the Monkey twins and then I'm all yours." She tossed the large warhammer with ease from hand to hand and then flew at the one she'd deflected earlier. The tendrils followed, they were in her shadow after all. So what the vulcan saw was a flying Naraku lead by four twenty foot tendrils of cutting dark energy for her shadow had been behind her when she first activated them. Quite fearsome to say the least.

Naraku thrust two of the tendrils at the vulcan on the floor, but it rolled out of the way dodging entirely and managed to knock the third one out of the way and it faded into non-existence, just as the forth one stabbed it through the head and too faded. It didn't even managed to get in an attack on her. What surprised her though was the other vulcan. It leapt at her and it had a big gaping slash down it that was clearly a saw wound from the robot. It seemed that the robot hadn't taken being hit very well. The vulcan looked angry and swung at her, but she dodged out of the way and straight into the path of the robot.

"Don't worry Mr.Robot." she said as she slid under its legs dodging one of the saw strikes. It spun round to hit her, but missed her narrowly and she grinned. "You men really need to know how to wait your turn." She leapt and spun in the air landing in a seated position on top of Jerry. "Not much longer to wait now Jerry. I'll avenge Betty, but before then...I'm gonna have some fun. That ok?" She lowered her ear to the tree as if expecting a voice and nodded. "Ok...I'll make sure they are well and truly broken."

"Sorry Mr.Monkey and Mr.Robot, but Jerry wants me to break you properly so no more playing around." she said rising to her feet as magic began to surround her body in a dark aura, her eyes fading to pure red, her hair spiking up. Her entire body became a shadow and she flew straight at the robot. "Jerry has asked for you to face the Hell Incarnate." As she flew at it the robot glowed brightly and spoke.

"Overclocking activated. Now running at 150% capacity." it said and assumed a fighting stance which looked weird for such a strangely proportion machine. "Bring it on!!!" She flew at it and with surprising speed it dodged her first strike and forced her to stop her second as it moved the saw in her way. She dodged round the saw and went to strike it on the chest, but the machine leapt backwards and then lunged forward cutting her across the stomach. She growled and without meaning too activated her Glory of the slayer ability. She now had an 80% boost in strength and speed plus an extra 50% on top of that. In essence she was a one woman killing machine. Though in reality she was already one of those, this just made it more apparent and even worse. She struck out again, but the robot dodged out of the way and with surprising speed slashed her twice more times. She was bleeding a bit now, but she ignored the pain. The final strike cut into her deeply, but she grabbed the saw blade arm preventing it from returning and swung the hammer over her head with all her might. The robot shattered under the pressure and she tore the saw out and threw it like a discus at the vulcan slicing it in two before shouting out.

"THAT WAS FOR YOU BETTY!"

Naraku walked over to Jerry, the half tree, and Betty the former half tree that was now many pieces of tree. With amazing speed and agility she battered away the pieces of Betty sending them flying quite far from the track. She then stood atop Jerry. "Time to meet those other trees." she said and then took an overhead swing hitting the end of the tree and sending it sliding along into the woods so great was her strength. All the time she giggled and laughed and when the tree came to a halt she leapt off and smiled. "Thanks for the lift Jerry." she said patting the tree and then looked around at all the other trees as she returned the hammer to the pocket dimension.

"You trees better be nice to Jerry. He just broke up from his wife and then she was killed in front of him." she said and stood there waiting for a moment and then grinned wickedly. "If I find out you weren't...." she pulled out her axe Biter and hefted it. "...then i'll Bite you all." With that both the aura of darkness that had surrounded her and the power from her lineage faded. She nodded to the trees and returned the axe. "As long as that's understood. See ya later Jerry." With that she rose into the air and began to fly back down the tracks.

Naraku flew down the tracks at a leisurely pace. She'd spent about half an hour after leaving Jerry just consuming some shadows and darkness to heal herself up a bit. She wasn't at 100%, but it was enough for now so she was returning to the station. With a look of happiness on her face she walked into the station and up to the conductor extending her hand. The man raised an eyebrow at her. "I took care of all three vulcans...wasn't expecting three...and the goblin. He had a robot too, but it seemed to well built for him." she said and then she shrugged. "Guessing someone else was behind it and all the sherbet and pie nonsense was a distraction. Ah well...shouldn't be much of an issue now." The man looked over at some of the guards at the station and sent one down the track to investigate. He returned about half an hour later to find a very irritated Naraku and a conductor looking rather scared.

"The tree's gone...three vulcan bodies, a goblin and a robot near the track. Not on it though." the guard said. The conductor nodded and handed Naraku her money. She nodded to him and walked over to the train and onto it. She hadn't paid for a ticket. No the ticket had been something she'd negotiated for whilst waiting for the guard to return. It was time to continue on her journey towards the royal castle for another mission.
