Personality: Mayhem! Carnage! Destruction! Chaos! Victor’s life and overall view of everything revolves around these occurrences. Since birth Mr. Cortez has been exposed to the many darker sides of Earth Land, such as drug use, violence, and death. This is due to his father being a part a locally notorious gang, the Soaring Fanged Beasts. Naturally the green haired rebel would follow in on the unlawful deeds he has witnessed since birth, and join the gang alongside his father. In doing so, his love and want to create mayhem and destruction was born. He was not only furtherly accepted for his psychotic nature but was encouraged to grow it. Eventually he grew quite the reputation, being known solely for causing destruction to everything in his wake.

Years of gang work allowed Victor act on his psychotic ways, however he didn’t truly feel free as he still had to follow orders as just a grunt. Through years of this he grew to learn that following orders suck. They really, really suck. He would much rather be a leader or someone of higher standing in order to completely follow his mayhem driven wants. He is capable of following orders but wouldn't really commit completely to them if they didn’t allow him to cause any mayhem or destruction. Being the giver of orders he would choose what causes the biggest BOOM or BAM.

Victor is pretty knowledgeable in fighting, despite not having a dedicated fighting style he has picked up a couple things in the many gang raids he was a part of. When the green rebel is in combat he prefers to be the loudest and center of all attention. He wants to be the one that has the most action in a fight, he wants to be hit the most and be hitting the most. Just like in combat, out of combat Victor wants to be the loudest and center of all attention. To the green rebel being the center of all attention means his job of destruction and chaos is partly done.
