Defensive Magic
Magic Name: Paladin Discipline
Magic Type: Caster
Description: A common defensive/supportive magic used by sentries and shield troops around the world. Easy to learn, but hard to master, Paladin Discipline focuses on a user's ability to fortify themselves and their allies.
Each active use of this magic is centered around a physical gesture and a Latin phrase of action. Usually these phrases are small and to-the-point. However, more advanced spells require more precise phrases depending on the desired effect. Amateur mages that practice Paladin Discipline will always use a physical gesture and a phrase of action, experienced mages may only need a physical gesture without having to utter any words, but only the most dedicated masters of Paladin Discipline may cast a spell without any action behind it.
Unique Abilities:
Sigil of the Protector: The user bears a powerful symbol on their body. For Bulwark, it is in the center of his back between his shoulder blades. This symbol passively increases the user's damage resistance by 40%.

Description: With a guttural roar of "Ego Adsum", the user outstretches their arms and coats themselves in a protective shield. Until the shield is destroyed, three effects remain active:
1. The user's attack power drops to 0%. They may still attack for knockback, but it will deal no damage. Knockback against players or player-based NPCs requires OOC permission from the receiving party.
2. War Cry inspires the user's teammates. Allies within 45 meters gain a 25% attack buff.
3. War Cry taunts nearby opponents. Non player-based NPC enemies within 45 meters ignore all other allies and attack the War Cry shield. Players and player-based NPCs will only fall under this effect with OOC permission from the receiving party.

Description: Heals the user or heals a designated target (NPC, Mage, Animal, etc.). To heal a target, the user points at the target and launches a bolt of energy by shouting the word "Percuro". To heal themselves, the user simply says the word without pointing. This bolt of energy instantly regenerates 40HP to the target.

Description: By pushing their arms outward and shouting "Tegimen", the user casts a solid dome-like shield around themselves in a 15 meter radius that protects all inside of it until durability reaches 0.

Description: By shouting "Impetus" and stomping a foot on the ground, the caster launches bolts of energy from the ground to nearby allies, temporarily boosting their magic efficiency and potency. Allies affected by Warlock's Clarity will have 15% reduced MP cost and 15% increased spell damage for the remaining duration of the spell. When the spell ends, affected allies' MP cost and spell damage lose the Warlock's Clarity buff.

Description: A non-elemental and inedible blast of raw energy, casted either from the end of a weapon or from the user's hand. Light and dark magic swirl together and launch from its source and inflict immediate magic damage upon the target.
