Rhyolo would have been alive for a couple of days now, or rather had been alive for the second time he can recall. The young mage had been dead for about a year, the circumstances of his death were still unclear to him but he knew someone had killed him. And after his death, he was certain his soul had been sent to hell, but now, thanks to a power unknown to him, had given him a second chance at life. But, what was weird was that he no longer had his magic from before he died. He felt some kind of power inside of him, but he didn't know what it was. For the time being he would be in the town of his old guild as he sat under a tree, wonder what to do. The young man would have felt he couldn't return to his guild as he had been gone a year and been seen as a traitor because he reappeared from the grave, and to top it all off he could not use magic as he once did. "Who did this to me, and why?"

Re: A Post-Death Renuion?
Like it or not, no rest for the wicked!
A portal opened not to far from where the resuscitated was. A spatial rend, from a place far away. A pair of tabi boots hopped on the other side, making not a single sound. From there, a figure emerged, young, blonde. Wearing something akin to oriental style armor. Within a few step, he had stopped facing the other. Black mist poured out of the rift as it closed, forming into a long obsidian blade and a boney-feathered guard.
Raviel had the tip of his weapon pointed forward. This was most curious. He had felt a shift in the World of the Living and now he had found the source. There was a Soul of the Dead in the World of the living. Something that was not supposed to be. Something that, due to his duties as a Soul Reaper, he needed to resolve.
"Why are you here, oh Lost Soul." he spoke at the other presence in front of him. "The World of the Living is for you no longer."

Re: A Post-Death Renuion?
As Rhyolo was siting there to himself he would notice a portal come out of no where as he immediately stood up and got ready for anything. But nothing would prepare him for what he was about to see, upon first glace he would see his former guild's ace and now gm, Ruvel. Although the wizard in front of him wouldn't recognize him, the Hellspawn knew all too well who this guy, or thought this guy was. He would almost completely disregard what Raviel said as he would then instantly jump up into the tree he was under and land on a branch. They found me? How? And why is Ruvel coming after me?

Re: A Post-Death Renuion?
Raviel closed his eyes and sighed. Of course it was not going to be that easy. Not all souls were happy of their arrangement in the afterlife. Some of them always tried to escape. This one did not seem to bee too smart about it though.
The Soul Reaper made his way to the tree the soul hd fleed to trying to find shelter, his steps not making the slightest of sounds even though he wore some heavy duty combat boots. From there, Raviel's stance lowered just slightly as he brandished his ling sword with both hands. From there, the obsidian blade was raised above his head and swung in a fluid dowards arc with calm and precision. A single, deliberate cut was that was needed to have the tree fall down at the Reaper's feet.
Raviel observed as the tree withered away and turned to ash, moving the tip of his dark blade over to meet the Living's nose. Despite being a Bringer of Death, there was no intention of causing any firther harm to the local flora.
"I will not repeat myself again, oh Lost Soul mine." The Voidborne Prince stated, inching his blade ever closer to the Living. "Why are you in this world when your time within the World of the Living has long since run out?

Rhyolo would look the the boyish figure over him. The teen could barely comprehend what had happened, the most he could tell was that the sword that Ruvel had look like bad news, especially since it was pointed at him. but, something struck him as odd, why does Ruvel have a sword and look so edgy? "Look, Ruvel, I don't know what happened to me to bring me back to life. I found out i died a year ago and have no idea what person or power brought me to life or why they did so. All I know is that i don't have my magic from before i died but i do have some type of it, I hope."

Re: A Post-Death Renuion?
"Ruvel...?" The reaper inquired, lowering his weapon even if for only a bit. "I think you may be mistaken. I am not Lord Mizune of the West Fiore Trading Company. My name is Raviel. Raviel Rune to be precise."
So maybe Ruvel had a hand in this? He was a powerful mage, capable of such deeds. It seemed unlikely though, as bis many acquaintances within the void would have discouraged bringing a Soul of the Dead back into the world of the living. Someone else must have done it. If Ruvel knew about his Soul though, perhaps he would be able to sort this problem.
"Very well then, oh Lost Soul mine." The reaper stated, still brandishing his weapon. "You will follow me back to Lord Mizune's manor. From there, he shall decide what to do with you. Any sudden move, any sudden attack and I will relinquish this second wind that is blowing your sails where you stand. Did you understand me?"
Raviel pushed his swort at his side, allowing the living to stand up. "You shall also walk in front of me, with both your hands visible and within arm's reach."

Re: A Post-Death Renuion?
Rhyolo would look to the younger looking males as he felt a mixture of relief and new found panic. The relief mainly stemming from the fact that the mage in front of him was not the current guild master/ head of the guild/ company he once was a part of before he died. The new wave of panic washing over him was from several sources; the fact that he was still an underling of ruvel's, the fact that he was taking him to ruvel, also the fact he had no other options except to try and run, most likely dying in the process, or go along and go back to a probably angry group of people that will want to kill him a second time. If only he could use his magic he could over power the less experienced mage that was keeping him at sword point. Rhyolo would stand up and growl as he look to the shorter raviel. " I'm no threat. I couldn't use magic ever since i came back a couple days ago. And i don't have any weapons, if i did you could easily disarm me at any point with that sword of yours and send me back to hell. Look, if i had my magic i would have been gone by now, so no need to keep me like i could harm you."

"A wise wise Living once said, let the eye of vigilance never be closed, oh Lost Soul mine. In terms more fitting for you...hm...better safe, than sorry. Perhaps your meaning in the world of the living would not have been exhausted, were you more hawk eyed towards your situation. As for me, Deathraze shall remain by my side until I will know for sure you will not attempt harm. Now please, quicken you pace if you would and this all will be over soon. "
With that said, Raviel went mute, simply making sure the guy he had apprehended would not try any funny business or trick to get away. When it came to managing souls, the young reaper was rather thorough and diligent. He would see the matter to the end and make sure to fulfill his duties as a collector of souls. If the guy had indeed exhausted his meaning within the world of the living, then he would make sure he vould usher this soul back to the afterlife where it most probably belonged.

Rhyolo would sigh as he kept walking toward the company her used to be a part of, not under the best circumstances. He would begin to think about what the reaper said to him, what was the meaning of his life, or rather, what was the meaning of his second life? Why, was he brought back, was he just a tool for someone else's plans, or could it be someone took pity on him and gave him a second chance. He would continue to walk ahead of the soul collector, taking note of his command to quicken pace and the name of his sword. "Deathraze? Bit of an edgy name you think? And stop calling me lost soul, I'm not defined by that and it isn't my name. It is Rhyolo."

"That is the point of a bladed weapon, yes, to be edgy and sharp to cut down anything its wielder wishes." The reply was succint and flat. Raviel had little will to hold a conversation. Right now he only wanted to send this guy to Lord Mizune and then hear his judgement on the matter. Should he allot this soul to keep on lingering in the world of the living or have his blade brought down on him and relinquished back to the soul realm.
"Very well, Rhyolo it shall be. Now keep walking."

Re: A Post-Death Renuion?
Rhyolo would oblige to the reaper's request with no question or resistance as he would keep walking, being studious of his surroundings. He would begin to count the flower blossoms found on each tree, or count the birds in midflight, even counting the seconds pass by, all only to try and ease the fleeting sense of panic he felt on the inside. "Hey Reaper? You ever wonder why some exist when you are only to die in the end? Are we only our, creator's play thing's, stuck in their game, or is it something that our minds can't understand? The way i see it is that living or dead it doesn't matter, but instinct tell us to live and preserve."

Re: A Post-Death Renuion?
"You may call me Raviel, o acquaintance mine, I already told you my name. As per your question, there is no higher cause than your own. I find that most souls appeal to a higher power to fill for their lacking cause. Your will is your own, as such, you are only as strong as your will is. This is both true for casual and paracasual beings. It is not my duty to question the Order of Things, even if raptured by burning curiosity on this matter."
This guy was a weird one. Raviel could tell as much. Perhaps it was due to the circumstances of his return to the Living. Things would be way clearer once they got back to Ruvel.
