This is soul magic one of the first four magic to come into existence.
The power of Resurrection.
By using the magic the user is always gaining more Hp and Mp. This is because(plot reason he is dying by the second). He could use the souls to gain strength in combat or even boost his own allies combat abilities. The user could even copy other people magic and very looks. Taking in their memories as well. By using souls the user could even recreate damaged body parts by pure will power. When it comes to bringing all so sneaky tactics to the battle look no further then soul magic. The user could even remake his body from nothing by using his disembodied soul. (All of these abilities you are ascribing to yourself are site mechanics and should be contained within abilities, not the description of your magic. A description is a place to simply describe the use of your magic while mechanics such as copying magic etc. should be exclusively limited to spells and abilities. As such, I will have to ask you to rework this description to include absolutely no abilities whatsoever and move the abilities you are giving yourself to spell slots or other ability slots)
Unique Abilities:
- Ability: The user will start any thread with 15% stacking ability.-D Rank (There is no such thing as stacking ability. Please clearly define what exactly you are referring to or I will have to ask you to rework this ability)
- Ability: The user starts any thread with 15% more Mp and Hp. B Rank (In abilities where HP is buffed nothing else may be buffed along with it so I must ask you to remove the MP increase from this ability)
- Ability:The user will gain a 40% buff in speed attack and defense as well as 50% hp buff upon entering the Twilight Realm.-S Rank (This ability far exceeds the maximum percentage for S rank abilities, which is 60% total, while you have 130% in this ability total, and as such I must ask you to lower this to fit within the percentage maximum. Further, there is no stat called either attack speed or defense, and as such I must ask you what these buffs are referring to. If these are synonyms for spell speed and damage reduction I need you to specify which damage reduction it is you are increasing, magical or physical, and by how much as well as changing the buffs to these exact things. Lastly, this ability contains an active increase to HP that is tied to a condition, which is not allowed. I must ask you to remove the HP buff entirely or make it passive, in which case you would have to remove all other buffs from this ability since nothing may be buffed alongside HP in abilities where HP is buffed)

Further, the spell contains what I presume is a DoT effect, which would mean the total damage you can deal with this spell would be 2.5x the original damage for a spell of this rank and type, meaning 75 HP total. This spell, however, deals 4x 30 HP, so 120 HP total, which is too much for a C rank AoE DoT spell. This spell, however, deals 6x 80 HP, so 480 HP total, which is too much for a B rank Multi Target DoT spell. Description: The user will cause slumber on his target souls causing them to. Try as they might. But by the time the spell reaches its 3rd post all his rank and below will fall victim to this effect. The slumber effect will take place instance as well as reversing any healing done to them by effects. So if they take 15% hp regen then instead they take a 15% hp damage instead etc. (You cannot reverse the healing/regeneration someone has benefited from into damage/drain under any and all circumstances. This part of the spell is, in its entirety, not legal, and I subsequently must ask you to remove it)
