Description:
Someone somewhere managed to harness pure light and contain it inside an ornate staff. It basically shoots light, which is made up of all colors. It can isolate said light into whatever individual colors it or the user wants.

Description: The user casts all the colors of light contained within the staff and forms illusions. The illusions seem real and can look like anything, even the user themselves. Each illusion does 75% advanced user rank damage to those they hit, and upon either hitting their target or being hit the colors explode into wavelengths and deal advanced usr rank multi target damage to anyone in user rank advanced burst range at user rank advanced burst speed. The explosion also blinds foes affected by this spell for a single post. Immobilization guidelines apply.
