    Spoiler:

Another day and yet another job to do. This time Ghost was being teleported to Phoenix Mountain to investigate. The same young boy he met so long ago cane into his guild recently. He has asked for help in saving his father. Ghost was indebted to him for what he did so he took up the job. He truly was sorry for what he did. He was just trying to help out in a crazy way one would guess. But this time he would get it right and he would start by saving the poor boy father. Ghost looked on as he boomed right to the mountains of Phoenix. He arrived at the very bottom of the mountain.

With his mission in place, he would start to make his way up the large rock of the earth. Scanning for any and all that came his way. Ghost had a one-track mind. Obtain the hunter rather he be alive or not. His mission depended on him doing just that. Ghost would soon make it up to about twenty percent of the mountain. He would notice a den of large wolf's. He knew that was wolves because well he could see them. He would soon scan them quickly realizing that these bad boys were human killing metal-eating creatures. Ghost would look on as he walked into their den it had human remains and other beast skulls everywhere. How very interesting that such a beast could live in such a place like this.

This truly peaks his interest because of how big the heart grew. Most other places they stop growing but here they grow so large. Just one could scare off a prove of a lion. Ghost looked on as he was walking he would notice how far the cave went. Slowly but surely he would walk in deeper and deeper. Soon he would have made it into the back of the den. There the beast was chowing down on what appears to be a large bird of some sort. His scanners would indicate that this is one of their prey to be feed upon. How very interesting was it to learn of such a thing. Ghost would give a smile as he stood back on the study the poor beast at work. However, as he was moving over he would step onto an old broke fragment. This caused it to break as that small noise echoed through the cave. This caught the attention of the large wolves. Ghost looked down to see this only to look up and view then viewing him.

His scanners would indicate that they were a medium threat to him. But to get rid of them all at once. He would need to summon his back hole. But where would the fun be in that. Unfortunately, he was in a rush and could not waste time trying to fight all of them. This was to be expected but at least he would have new test subjects. His eyes would turn blood red as his kill drive activated. Ghost would give a smile as the mad scientist was about to go to work yet again.

Looking on at the wolves it was about thirty of them altogether. But this number could have been worse because it looks like. A small battle was fought here not too long ago. Ghost was even more so curious as to what is going on in this mountain. Looking on he would prepare himself to fight off the pack. Trying they best to surround him Ghost not going to let them. His scanners picked up everything around him. Nothing else and nothing more. Ghost more or so set on trying to see how the group would form an attack. Because giving their size attacking as normal wolves would be almost out of the question. However, one could not rule it out if the question.

Soon the first wolf would charge at him. Quickly jumping to get on top of him. Unfortunately, Ghost was a lot stronger then one would think and I do mean a lot. Grabbing the ten-foot-tall wolf Ghost would soon throw him back to the pack. This clearly made the beast anger as they beach charged at with all of their might. Ghost would smile as he cast his spell. Quickly the wolf lack was being pounded down by gravity itself. The pain in which he released upon the beast was something else as the blunders in the caves we're being crush all on its own. Ghost knew this would be a piece of cake but then something would happen to the pack.  As their eyes grew more yellow it would turn blue. The eyes were even high lighted. "Now that is odd you all could be a new breed of wolves or even some Heywood magic spell. But I will get to the bottom of this one way or another."

As he looked on he would give a simple grin than smile at them. Soon they would charge at him as he easily dodges them. Soon the wolves would grow fangs and claws made If pure Ice. Ghost scanners would pick up on this making him smile even more. "This day couldn't have gotten any better than this. I see now I must do a very good scan of this entire place. I must know it's secrets. I must know what in the world does this place holds that the other places do not." Ghost looked on as he broke one of the wolves necks. With a twist of fate, it would turn back down to a regular size wolf after it's ice shell was broken. This little event made Ghost realize something. These were, in fact, a new breed of animals. This was all so crazy to him. Beast who could use take over magic. This world was so new all on its own. Now that he knows of this he will report such an amazing discovery. Soon he would look on as he summoned his black hole. It would start to suck the pack in. All wolves left one by one as Ghost started to walk past them all.

Looking for small pieces of the hunter. He would leave the den of the takeover wolves. He looks on as he made it to the other side of the mountain. Clearly, this side was controlled by the takeover wolves. Such an epic way to lay things out. However, as he was walking he would notice the hunter gear. By the looks of it, he was headed this way. Goong further up the mountains was a thing now. Most would have turned away by now. From the looks of it, the wolves usually scare most off. Ghost looked on as he started to follow the trail that could lead him to the hunter. Slowly but surely he would make his way up the mountain.

To his surprise, he saw a bear but not no regular size bear. But one that is well over one story tall. Its mouth looks like that of a car tire. Because it was roaring so loudly. Ghost looked on as he saw its claws. By the universe light them things was to be feared. But the bear looked more sad than mad. As Ghost looks around he would notice that a small group of bears around it's the same size. They too were frozen to the core. Ghost looked on as the bear saw him and then it became filled with pure rage. Ghost looked on as his scans picked up its threat level. It was at least a forty percent chance this thing could take him down and that was a small problem for him.

Soon the Bear would rush him and it had speed for it's size. Ghost looked on as he started to dodge it fast as he could as he had the better speed of it. Ghost would smile as he knew the bear was at a lost. But then just as he got a few meters away. The bear started to gather magic energy in its mouth. Soon it would let it out in a full race blast. Ghost would quickly dodge it as the beam turned out to be an ice beam. This peaked Ghost interest as he saw this. "So you too process magic to use huh. This is crazy as one could see. I plan on opening you up just to see how you will tick you, poor unfortunate soul. " Ghost looked on as the bear came rushing at him.

Putting his hand in a prayer like stance he would active his spell. Soon small stars of lights would be sent flying at the bear. This looks to work at first however the bear would tank it. Ghost was not surprised by this at all. Giving the fact the size of the bear. So it's defense must be strong. However, Ghost was not one to let up as he looked on at the bear. He started to opt to go with his very own first magic. Ghost gave a smile as he sent his time bombs at the bear.

The bear would rock back and forth, as Ghost cast his spell repeatedly. Looking on the bear was starting to crack. This fight was all but over as the bear itself would fall over. Looking on Ghost would give a simple smile. This fight was indeed one for the books as the beast could no longer even stand. Ghost would walk to it and touch it. Casting a new spell causing the bear mind to go on a time trip. Paralysis would come to the bear. This was what to be expected to happen. Ghost was indeed done with the overgrown bear. Continue his search he would arrive to see a small fire way off in the distance. His cancer would pick up life within the cave.

He would walk inside the cave to see the hunter still alive but barely holding to life. Ghost would then cast his healing spell to restore the man back to health. Within moments he was breathing good again. Ghost looked up as the man would sit up. Looking on at him he would give a smile to the man. "Your son is worried sick about you. Best we get you back to him." The man looked on at him as a small frown came about him. "I know you are a member of Fairy Tail and hit my boy a while back. Can I ask you why? Ghost looked on at him and clearly was not in a sorry setting to apologize. "Your son he is a vessel for a Devil. Not yet but in time he will become one. I simply was trying to get rid of such a being from within him. On top of that, he was bleeding out I did you a favor. Now let's go we have to get out of here I grow hungry." The hunter looked at him and with a disapproval face.

The hunter would then stand up as he picked up his gun. "This place is crawling with all sort of wildlife. Some most folk have not even seen. Besides, there is something out there. I believe it stood well over ten feet tall and it was throwing ice magic at me. Every time it appeared a snowstorm would follow it. It was so deadly it eats the other beast here. So if you are who you say you are. I leave it up to you. He is up ahead eating on a lion good luck wizard." Ghost would smile as he was getting all pumped up. He would take his leave as he walked towards the mysterious beast in question.

Ghost would make it to the top spot of the mountain and there it was. As big as a house he looked on it was so crazy. The beast was not to be messed with it. His scanner indicated that this best threat level was very high and this made him very happy.

Ghost would see the giant beast for what it was. Its magical power was letting off a freezing temperature. Ghost would look on as the beast looked at him. It was that snow creature he was warned about earlier. As the snowman started to walk towards him. The very ground he stood on would stumble under him. The ice was starting to move as well as the snowstorm. Ghost was truly in a safe haven as he put his hands together. Soon Ghost would summon his Twilight Realm. Soon the very Mountain itself was in his realm. Ghost would smile as only a true threat to his life would cause him to do such a thing. His eyes scanning the beast it was no mercy for it. Ghost would smile as he began to pound it hit by hit.

The snowman was getting mad and madder as he was on the losing end. Ghost had no pity for this thing in no way what so ever. Looking on at it he would smile. Ghost would start to fire his twilight beam at the snowman as it was taking hits. It was tanking them, to say the least. This shocked Ghost as he smiled at it. Soon the snowman would rush him as he held up his defense. Pounding n Ghost the beast would take hold of him. Looking on he would start to freeze Ghost. But quickly Ghost would break free of the beast. Looking on he was clearly mad but he kept his cool. As Ghost ran off the beast would soon follow him. Now he was running away just to see how well the beast fair. This was all apart of his plan as it was the only thing that matter at this point.

Ghost had to see how the beast does with chasing down his prey. Ghost would look on as he was running down the mountain the snowman was quick to follow him. He looked at this but was not fazed in the slightest. Ghost would smile as he started to fire light beams at the snowman. This time they were causing more damage than before. How crazy this turn of events was for him. The beast was starting to get tired. It seems like it needs the snow climate to live in. The snowman would look on as it started to shake. Soon it would cause snow to fall down onto the ground. Ghost notice this and thought it was odd.

But with magic now of days, nothing should be odd. This was crazy, to say the least, but it was to be expected. Soon the snow beast would start to charge magic in its mouth. It aimed at Ghost and released a beam of ice at him. Ghost would quickly cast his clone spell. As four of the clones took the hit freezing over instantly. Ghost would watch the snowman started to get bigger once the show hit. To make matters worse it's magical powers were growing as well.

The ice forked on his body was something else. By the looks of it, it was ever-growing ice. This was most likely a bad thing. If it was anything like fire you can't put out. This was most interesting to him as he only heard of such magic but to fight against it as well. Was very more surreal for him than anything else. But he did grow tired of these games. As he sent a shot after a shot at the snow beat the ice would consider itself, not leaving and would just grow back. Ghost was indeed mad at this. But it was breathing heavily and that was a sign of his magic working. He looked on at the yeti as it kneeled over.

Taking his chance he would run-up to it and kick it in the chest. This would send the beast flying back. As he looked on he would smile. This creature was something else, to say the least. However, the yet refuse to stay down and rushed him. Ghost remaining clones would fight it off best they can. But the yeti prove too much as it quickly took care of them. But to no means end, they did what it was they needed to do. Ghost would walk to the yeti as it struck him. A frown came across his face as he stops the hit. Using only his hands he would embody it with his own magic. Slowly but surely the Twilight Realm would go away. As Ghost gave a big smile he would open his black hole.

The yeti looked at this as it was confused. Still mad at Ghost it would try to attack him only for it to be raised off the ground. This gave Ghost a small laughing moment. As he saw the beast go high into the sky soon it was sucked into his black hole. The Earth of the yeti has come to an end as Ghost has defeated it. Returning to the hunter who was shocked to see him still alive. Nothing was said between the two because what was understood did not need to be explained. Ghost gave off a loud yawn as he started to walk the hunter down the mountain.

Case closed he defeated the yeti and saved the hunter all on his iff day of the week. But to think this would not have happened had he not seen that young lad from before. Walking down the mountain the duo would start to see different people and a few cheers for Ghost good work. He looked on as the young had from before came to the duo. He came to give him the job from before. Ghost looked on as he smiled at the duo coming together again. Ghost would smile as he walked away from the group heading back home. The young had would yell to Ghost thank you and this made him smile as he just waved at him walking away.

Book 2 Chaoter 6: The Abominable Bowoman Empty Re: Book 2 Chaoter 6: The Abominable Bowoman

Post by Ghost 7th August 2019, 5:16 pm

Looking on Ghost would smile as he was relaxing in his chair. Nothing came up on the job board so this should be a relaxing day, to say the least. Ghost would just happen to look up to see that kid from before. The same kid he hit to put him to sleep for his own good. Yet this method proves too much and he was fined for it. Ghost saw this as his chance to go say sorry for it. As he looked on he would see the kid crying his heart out. The young lad had a job request in his hands. It was a request to go help his father who was still on a hunt. A hunt that should have ended five days ago. How crazy was that it would be like killing two birds with one stone.

Ghost would start to think as everything became so quickly calm in his head. He saw this as a chance to finally make up for his past. Ghost would walk up to the young lad. By now the young lad was trying to post the job but was too small to reach the board. Ghost would take notice of this. Soon he would walk up to the young lad and now to him. This confused the young lad who then remembered him. He looked at Ghost than asked him for help. Explaining to him what had happened to his father nearly a week ago. "You see my papa left a while back to go hint for us. But the thing is he never came back. I am sure he is still up there but as I tried to get help. Most people turned me down and the others said they were not interested. So please even if he is not alive which I believe he is. I need you to go check and see if you could find him for me. I beg if you please." The young lad would then bow to Ghost who would stop him by now.

Looking at him Ghost would take on the job as he knew this would be best for all parties involved in this. Ghost would start to ask the young lad about where his father went hunting at. Or how did his old man look like. This was all needed for him to go see that he would get the right person. Ghost would smile as the young boy stop crying. He would promise to go save his father. The young lad would run to him as tears came about yet again. This was odd but Ghost was just happy to see the kid and be forgiven for what he did. He learned a lot since then.

Ghost would snap out of his daydream as he made it back to the guildhall. With his mission all done he would leave yet again. It was time for a new mission to take place and that was something only time would know.
