Personality:
Terashi seeks the beauty in life. Whether it be from artwork, music, scenery or even the exterior and interior beauty of a person, Terashi seeks and appreciates it, hence the creation of his human form. Such were the catalysts for his development as a violinist, vocalist and painter - all three represent the expression of inner beauty and soul, and when done properly, causes others to feel touched, which Terashi strives to evoke in others. Terashi's joys come more from natural surroundings thanks to his nature as a kitsune, and as such he does not see the need to spend lavish amounts of money on most things. What of his money is spent on finery and lavish and luxurious items that befit a creature of his station; indeed, his main indulgence with money is purchasing the finest silk clothing.

As a sound kitsune, Terashi loves the aural world. Music, speech, ambient sound - it is an essence of his life. It is said that a kitsune can feed off their elements, but with Terashi it is not so; instead, it forms a staple of his life that plays a key part of who he is, and even feels uncomfortable around bad sound or no sound at all. Terashi's music choices mostly focus on classical music, due to the fact it is the most readily played on violin and is what he has learned; he does have an appreciation for almost every genre of music from country to hip-hop to electronica, but he finds solace most in orchestral pieces. He will not criticise one's music choice, but he will analyse it in-depth in his mind, but does like to strike up discussions on music, or even start playing music for others if asked, or even on a whim.

He is, by and large, one with nature and the animal kingdom, partaking of it himself. With ease, Terashi knows the basics of surviving without technology, having done so as a fox for a century. He feels that humanity treats animals with some disdain, believing them unable to defend themselves - and of course, he can certainly vouch for how wrong they are. High technology confuses him, such as advanced computer systems, and so does some higher concepts of physics, having grown up in an age where physics was a little less known to humanity, and also mathematics is not a strong suit for him.


Likes:

• Music - this is Terashi's driving force, and a literal source of power.
  
• Nature - there is nothing better than being surrounded by the natural world.
  
• Solitude - when Terashi is able to hide his nature, he is happiest.
  

Dislikes:

• Discord - both literal and metaphorical.
  
• Technology - Terashi struggles with most technology, though he is trying to adapt.
  
• Big overgrown cities - the disrespect to nature is simply too much to ignore.
  

Motivations:

• Become a world-renowned artist - whether that is musical or in fine art, he cares not, but he will attain fame one day.
  
• Amass power - power is necessary for survival. A full mastery of his nature as a kitsune is needed in order for him to become truly powerful.
  
• See the world - Terashi would draw inspiration from every corner of the world to hone his craft.

• Discovery of his non-human nature - he will go to great lengths to hide what he is from others that he cannot trust.
  
• Frogs - frogs are weird. Really weird.
