Job Title: The Elemental Tide
Rank: A
Job Location: Any area within Landforms
Solo Word Count: 7000
Group Word Count: 14000
Additional Requirements: Fight against the elemental forces which are out of place in the Landform you've chosen to go and protect. Try and save as much of the natural world and keep the elementals from altering it to their benefit (such as forests being set ablaze). Most importantly, finish off the powerful Elemental Lord that commands them.
Job Description: Every decade, a new lord challenges from the elemental plane, bent on increasing their area of dominion by trying to take from another elemental lord. Whether it be a water elemental lord trying to take from an earth elemental lord by flooding a place, or vice versa by water being buried under a rockslide, fire elementals setting forests on fire or causing a volcano to erupt, nearly anything as possible as the elements constantly wage war on another as soon as the "Elemental Tide" begins with a rare eclipse which temporarily bathes the world in a bright white light. As this is when the next elemental lord is chosen in each of the elemental planes, they will not hesitate to start waging war in any given part of the world where one of their adversaries might be weak. The Elemental Tide will continue to ravage earthland until the elemental lords are taken care of, securing peace for another ten years in the process.
Enemies: When trying to stem the elemental tide, one can find themselves facing elementals of many different shapes and sizes. Earth elementals with solid rock bodies, wind elementals that are nearly incapable of being harmed, fire elementals that exude great heat and water elementals that can swallow someone up and drown them inside of their own bodies. While all highly resistant to magical and physical damage, each has a set weakness one might be able to exploit. Appearing in sizes ranging from that of a cat to that of a house, they are not to be underestimated and may come in larger numbers.
However the goal is to take out an elemental lord, commanding larger numbers of elementals and instigating fights with other elements and mortals. Being far stronger than the average elemental, they wield magical weaponry and armor, making them that much harder to face down. With Elemental lords, there are a few given facts, namely that when they materialize in the physical plane, they do so at a maximum height of three meters while being weaker than they'd be when in their own plane, in which they are technically considered gods. As such, a sufficiently equipped mage of at least A rank might stand a chance at winning, though going in a team is advised.
