'Kakachooooooom'
A noise like a million explosions steadily filled the air; as volcanic eruptions filled the air for miles and miles around. If you looked to your left; perhaps you'd see a valley of lava; to your right? Perhaps a mountainous range of volcanoes, straight ahead; a huge waterfall of lava.
We're talking as big as a Skyscraper, sized waterfall of lava. Behind it; a gigantic mountain range, teeming, bristling with lava filled caves. Rivers ran down underneath the gigantic mountain caves, one could tell this from the outside.

Three Slayers. One with white hair, one with blue, one'es was a considerably brighter blue, the color of the sky. Had recieved a mission from an elderly old man; one who was quite mysterious in fact. Heero wondered where and how he'd found a Dragon Egg in the first place. Besides the point now; he supposed.
The young Dragon he'd been raising as his own; had been taken. Abducted by...Dragons. Apparently; you could not keep a Dragon a secret from other of it's Dragonkiin. They likely weren't too happy with the old man. Who did he think he was right? Raising one of their own. Heero however, disagreed with the Dragons; who likely were just as, if not more intelligent than any of them here now. They had probably after all, lived several generations.
He wondered if any of the Grand Dragons knew any of these Dragons here in this Volcanic Mountain range. Maybe Reiki's Dragon, or Blanc's Dragon Grandeene! MAYBE even one of them knew Zeuslogia! If that were the case; they might be able to resolve this without any conflict. Dragons had been gone for so long, and if the old man could raise one as his own; maybe humans could finally have one around that wasn't bringing some type of world ending apocalypse as they so often did. Maybe, if the old man raised it right; the other Dragons would learn to trust humans again and return to the skies on a full time basis, such as birds. Although...these were high hopes. As the Elder Dragons that took the Baby Hatchling in the first place likely would not be keen on returning it. Even in the face of Dragon Slayers.

"Whewwwwwwwwwwww! It's hotter than a Grizzly Bear in a hoodie out here!" Heero said as he shielded his eyes. Heat waves swam everywhere, as rivers of lava were on either side of he and his comadre of Slayers. The ground itself was composed of thick black molten rock; that glowed here and there at it's hot spots. It was safe to walk on, but not safe to bend down and touch with your fingers. Rivers of lava; and small places where one had to hop on stepping stones and jutting boulders out of the lava were everywhere.
Even off in the distance; Heero could see no end to the rivers of lava; nor the volcanoes. All active. However, they already had found the entrance to their destination. The gigantic waterfall of lava; it blocked the way into a series of caverns.
"So, this is Dante's Drop." Heero stated plainly, taking his hand from in front of his head like a visor, squinting his eyes as he leaned his head upward; trying to see the top of the legendary waterfall. Such a name. It was so fitting, because Heero realized that there was no way he could possibly see the top of this thing. Even from fifty feet back, he could see that it had a gigantic lake of lava at it's base; bubbling and boiling.
They had to get behind it; the old man stated.
'Once you find Dante's Drop, the entrance into the Den of Dragons is BEHIND it. I have no idea how to get in; but my sources tell me they've seen more than ONE dragon fly directly out of Dante's Drop; so there's probably a huge cave entrance behind it. How to stop a gigantic waterfall of lava the size of a Skyscraper? Well.....that's your job Slayers!'
A huge anime sweatdrop appeared over Heero's head as he looked back to his fellow Dragon Slayers. There was Blanc; the "Little Dragon" as he'd coined her. Heero had trained with her several times, and even gotten his butt kicked by her once unexpectedly during one of her exams. She wasn't the strongest slayer here; but he knew not to take her lightly. She could in this environment create a lava tornado within the blink of an eye.
Then; there was Reiki. Who Heero also had, had his behind kicked by. Matter of fact, everytime he met a new Slayer he seemed to get his ass kicked. He smiled at the memories for a brief instant when he looked to Reiki; a determined smile; the noise of lava bubbling all around them. Reiki was probably the only person he knew crazier than him. No, seriously. He had a flashback of Reiki chucking trees at him in Magnolia's Forest. Such a vivid day that was. He turned away from Reiki and sighed; again inspecting 'Dante's Drop', wondering how in the hell they were going to stop it from...dropping.
"Does anyone have even the VAGUEST clue as to how we're going to get inside of this thing?" Heero sighed and let out an anime puff in frustration, scratching his blue hair. He'd left his Exceed, Garfield behind for this one. Wondering now if that were such a good idea; he ultimately decided that he didn't want to put him in the middle of this; he'd been on some dangerous missions with Garfield, faced down many a mythical beast. Even several Chimera's. But this...this was on another level. These were Dragons they'd come to bargain with.
"Reiki---can't you freeze it?!" Heero crossed his arms and barked at Reiki comically turning his head slightly to look at him. As the anime symbol for 'Foolish!' popped up above his head and flashed a few times.
From nowhere, the ground begins to rumble.
The camera flashes over all three Slayers briefly at a close up; as the rumbling intensifies. It was coming from Dante's Drop.
'Kakachoooooooooooooooooooom!' from Within the Gigantic Lava Waterfall a HUGE Dragon composed of glittering green scales flew straight out of it, dripping with lava. It's roar shook the air.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" the camera shifted back to Heero who let out a blood curtling scream; leaping into Blanc's arms like Scooby Do does to Shaggy within an insant. He held onto her neck, as she probably struggled to support the weight of a grown guy when she was a fifteen year old girl. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaah!" Heero continued to scream as the Dragon's shadow passed overhead.
It didn't see them, as it dripped lava off of it's green scales and banked a U-Turn high above the Mountain of Dante's Drop. It flew off into the beautiful backdrop of volcano's stretching for miles and miles. Disappearing off somewhere in the distant volcanic mountains; it's roar a mere echo in the skies.
"Whew, that was a close one." Heero said, still in Blanc's arms. He slowly, but surely realized this; and turned towards the little Dragon. A sweatdrop appearing above his head as he moved out of her arms at anime speed; rubbing the back of his head. "Hahaha...ha...ha..." he looked towards Reiki, embarassed but, true to who he was, Heero had already forgotten. He scratched his head again, exhaling another anime puff. "Well...this is DEFINITELY the right place. Now how do we get in?!" Heero bent his knees, barking at the lake of lava leading up to Dante's Drop.
"Hmmmmmm....." he knew this was only the beginning, as even if they got in; the lava caves would probably not be easy to navigate. One, due to the fact that they were lava caves; and two; due to the fact that Dragons called these caves, home.
