Magic Name: Lucky Flash

Description: Kameyama came across the Lucky Flash magic as a result of a bet that was won… and lost. Accused of cheating in a dangerous game of dice, his less than pleased adversary grabbed Kameyama’s hands and released an electric burned that traveled up and deeply scarred his arms. That night, as he slept, his hands erupted with electric energy as the power within him met the power infused into his form. Thereupon, the vice that had cursed him became a focus for his magic.
Kameyama uses a small pouch of gambling trinkets as the focus for the Lucky Flash magic. Evoking different baubles (dice, a playing card, a roulette ball, etc.) allows him to activate several gambling based spells. Since they are dependent on things coming up his way, there is seemingly the chance that things could backfire on him easily. However, as the knowledgable gambler knows, the House always wins..

- Ability: Loaded Dice Kameyama has a unique ability to bend luck to his side, little by little. When connecting with Melee Attacks, he has a 10% chance to deal an extra 45%(at rank C) lightning damage (melee, scales with Rank to S) as a burst of electricity sparks from his body. With each failure the chance increases to 20%, 25%, 50% then 75% until it connects, at which point it resets down to 10%.

Description: Evoking the card from his gambling set, Kameyama summons three human sized cards, backs facing his opponent, brimming with electric energy as they whirl around him. Among the cards is a Queen of Hearts. When he is attacked with a Melee Attack within the next three rounds, the opponent triggers one of his cards. It seems to always be the Lady, which explodes in a burst of lightning. - Name: Kismet

Description: Evoking the die from his gambling set, Kameyama throws a manifestation of the dice before him. The dice will land somewhere between 2-12 which determines the amount of lightning arcs that explode from the illusionary dice themselves. They will, as evenly as possible, arc outwards towards as many opponents as they can. For example, if two enemies are on the field and a four is rolled, two will always attack each opponent.

Description: Producing a full deck of cards, made entirely of electricity, Kameyama flicks the deck card by card at his opponents. Rather than explode or crackle, they pop into firework-like blasts that are aimed more towards distracting and blinding the opponent. If successful, they will completely distract the opponent for a few vital moments, mechanically speaking one round.
