The truth was that Sarisha would have probably done this task anyway, given her hatred for the rich and famous but the fact that she would be paid in full made the offer almost impossible to turn down. She was still in a foul mood after the incident in Hargeon Town and had been looking for an outlet. So, it was with that that thought in mind that she found herself standing outside a tall industrial building, a look of distaste crossing her features as she looked up at the place. It was an ugly piece of trash to be sure but that matched both of the candidates that she had been sent to kill so she supposed it was was fitting. Both Drump and Hlinton were completely useless at both debating and running their campaigns and although she had not bothered to pay much attention to their squabbles, she knew enough at least to realise that neither of them would make decent leaders, not that she truly gave a damn anyway. Did it make any difference who led the people anyway? The face may change but the laws never did. It was the rick who always benefited and the poor who suffered.
This was probably a mission where subtlety would have been the way to go but Sarisha was in such a foul mood that she simply charged at the front doors, barging past the two guards at the front door and storming in to the building. Most of the those inside simply just ran and even the members of security did not seem all that bothered about defending their charges. They simply got out of the way or ran like the others. It was typical of mortals though and the goddess was not surprised. Those stupid enough to fight her were dispatched so easily that it was not even enough to set off her blood lust and most fell to a single blow or two from her regular attacks. It was quite pathetic in truth but she assumed that the two candidates were so stingy that they had probably not even bothered recruiting proper security and simply gone for the cheap option. They would regret that option, sooner rather than later.
It did not actually take all that long for her to reach the top of the building and there was only one muscled bound idiot, waiting for her at the top of the stairs. He flexed and taunted her but a few simple strikes from the slayer were enough to fell him, falling past her and tumbling down the stairs, to land in a heap on the floor. A complete waste of space. The funniest moment though was when she entered the candidates room, to find that neither of them had even realised that they were being attacked, such was their ignorance to the world around them. Sarisha did not mess around and quickly ended them, cutting off Drump's drivel about building a wall or something like that. Hlinton went down without a word, paralysed by fear and unable to speak a word, a first probably.
Her job done, she then swiftly made her exit, leaving behind a surprisingly calm mass of corpses by her standards. All that remained was for her to vote later that day, which she just about managed to force her to do although she added a few choice words on to the voting card, before submitting it. In the end, the Panda clearly won the vote and everything had gone perfectly. Another mission completed.
