He could freeze a lake solid if need be. He could cause it to snow while the sun is out if he wanted to. The user could even mix the two elements together to form an even stronger combo. From his instance freeze to burning his targets he could do it all. From riding his ice or flying with his fire. Sinn really is an all-star at the end of the day with his heaven flames or have Frost.
