- Gimmick:
Name:
Galactigram
Rank:
Weak Item
Type:
Star Vial
Description:
Since the beginning of time, the twinkling balls of gas hanging above in the mysterious, inky blue have been a symbol of hope to the humans down below. Constellations told stories and predicted disasters and miracles alike. Stars presented invitations to voyage out into space, no matter how long it took to do so. They’d be there patiently waiting. Humans made their careers around the study of the cosmos, some civilizations calling them gods while the others dreamed of worlds filled with life without the troubles of Earthland getting in the way. They were revered. They told time. They were the great beyond to be respected and feared!
Time passed and humans will be humans. In modern days, people have taken to purchasing the far off celestial bodies, as if anyone could possibly own them without ever stepping foot on them. They even boasted so far as to name them after loved ones without ever taking the time to travel and find out the real name of the world so frivolously bartered for easy jewel. If that wasn’t bad enough, one mage went so far as to scoop up their essences and trap them in a jar like victimized fireflies. These shrunken stars were enchanted by the mage to do one task ... deliver messages. They would not go gently into this good night.
Abilities:
Name: Howler Shower
Description: The stars contained can find any person it’s being sent to, no matter where they are, and falls down on them. It screams whatever the message is out loud and is quite scary, like a mini meteor shower though it causes no damage. Perfect for proposals when you want to scare your fiance to death or to just be a troll to friends and enemies alike. Refills every night.

- Lacrima - Claimed by Aura:
Name:
Cosmic Chaos
Type:
Demon Slayer Lacrima
Item/Energy needed to reach Force:
Fire, Ice, Air
Slayer Can Control:
Fire, Ice, Air
Description & Appearance:
This lacrima seems to be made out of a cluster of crystal quartz upon taking a first glance, however, on second glance you can see the cascading flames dancing along the inside of the lacrima that, when they hit the tornado's inside, bring them to becoming enveloped in the flames that seem to want to destroy everything in their way. When first picked up it seems like picking up a handful of ice that quickly warms up before becoming ice cold once more.
History:
It is said that the last family that held this lacrima handed it down from parent to eldest child when they came of age, it was stolen, however, when the family line met an untimely demise at the hands of a rival family. The whereabouts of this lacrima were lost for several centuries afterward... or so it was believed, as no one wanted to own up to possessing it, having to take responsibility for the murders of the previous owners. How it was created is still up for speculation. Once it had been discovered again it changed hands several times, until it ended up in a research lab. Many researchers have come up with differing theories as to what this unique lacrima is made of, how its temperature seems to ebb and flow almost at the whim of the one who is holding it. In the end, all theories have fallen flat, leaving ones who once studied it stumped before it was yet again either stolen or lost.

- Lacrima:
Name:
Extraplanetar Force
Type:
God Slayer Lacrima
Item/Energy needed to reach Force:
Poison, Earth, Metal
Slayer Can Control:
Poison, Rock, Metal, Gems
Description & Appearance:
This peculiar lacrima doesn't seem quite normal, even from the first look at it a person would feel somewhat strange towards and unsettled by it. The lacrima appears as a polished piece of rock in the shape of a sphere, things seem to flicker on the surface if held in the light. This is thought to be metal, but others say it is some kind of mineral-like gems. It is now that cracks can be seen and some unknown sickly blackish-blue mist seems to fall from within.
History:
The origins of this lacrima is a mystery in itself, no one knows where it came from originally, as it was found by a geologist at a meteor site in the heart of an undisclosed island. Many scientists, scholars, and researchers have tried to theorize about its origins, but, as everyone knows, without evidence to back up a theory ... nothing can be confirmed for certain. The name of the geologist and those that were in his team don't show up anywhere, in fact, it is said that the reports and research they did on the site has been destroyed by unnamed parties. Whether this is the truth or not ... well, no one really knows. Those who knew of the geologist and his team soon found out that each of them met a very untimely demise, as did anyone else that ever touched it. Some looked like accidents ... others didn't, and for some ... it almost looked like they had been assassinated to keep some sort of secret from getting out. It is due to all of the covering up that this lacrima isn't known to exist, including the misfortune that it brings to the one that holds it.

- Lineage - Claimed by Nessa Cordelia Lux:
Lineage Name:
Vassal of the Cosmos
Wielder:
N/a
Purchase Proof:
N/a
Description:
It is said that magic is the extension of one's will, the physical manifestation of the power of one's soul, though in the end a tool created to achieve one's own goal, designed to overpower the will of others, carrying with it inherent selfishness. Still, magic is not a fundamental law of nature, but yet another weapon of war, another device created. The author of this lineage scroll, however, claims that magic is not the pinnacle of power, but quite the opposite. It is written that there are things that easily surpass the limitations set by magical abilities. Magic, like many things among men, is but an artificial concept, and, as the author of this strange, almost cryptic lineage scroll claims, something objectively inferior to the abilities granted by the depths of the cosmos ... and what elder horrors reside within those depths, of course.
Abilities:
Sovereign of Nothingness:
The user of this lineage is granted insight into the inner workings of the cosmos, the very fundament of reality itself, by trading something of theirs to higher powers, in one way or another, in exchange for power that is unreachable for those relying on magic to reach their goals. The user gains access to a new magic type called "Cosmic" and is able to use this magic type to create magics. Cosmic Magic in itself is not magic per se, but rather the manipulation of cosmic energies by the user, similar in effect to casting "Caster" type spells. The benefit levels for Cosmic Magic are specified below (These benefits apply only to the "Cosmic" type magic in question, not the character itself, excluding the MP increase):- Solitary: +3 posts to max spell durations, +50% MP cost reduction, +25% to MP
- Primary: +2 posts to max spell durations, +50% MP cost reduction, +15% to MP
- Auxiliary: +1 posts to max spell durations, +50% MP cost reduction, +10% to MP
Imperator of Dust:
The user of this lineage, while granted the knowledge to manipulate and utilize cosmic energies, is also indirectly granted superior knowledge over the nature and flow of Magic and Ethernano. The wielder can apply this knowledge to directly influence the magic of another, though it is not unlimited. This allows the user to, once per thread, negate a spell within their user-rank burst range for free, provided the spell is of H rank or lower. This negation is not affected by counter-effects and cannot be negated itself. The spell being negated seems to lose color, turning grey before fading away into dust, scattering into nothing. After the spell is negated, the user absorbs its magical power for their own use, gaining the MP it took to produce the spell that was negated through this lineage effect originally.
Regent of the Void:
The user of this lineage, after studying the scroll containing details of the horrors from beyond, has gained an innate understanding of the fabric that makes up reality itself, and, in a small way, is granted the ability to manipulate this very fabric, altering the manifestation of their will to give them an advantage. The user gains a base increase to their MP depending on their rank (Increases follow the chart below). The base increase is factored in before all buffs apply. Further, the user also gains access to a 5% MP regen per post which is independent from their regular MP regen maximum, meaning the combined total MP regen, including this ability, can reach 10% per post max.- D rank: +25 base MP
- C rank: +50 base MP
- B rank: +75 base MP
- A rank: +100 base MP
- S rank: +125 base MP
- H rank and above: +150 base MP
Monarch of Emptiness:
Cosmic energy, in effect, interacts with its environment similarly to magic, though is, at its core, vastly more powerful, flexible, and possesses a higher potential for manipulation than magic itself. Still, Cosmic Magic requires great intellect, intuition, and skill to wield effectively, though, through the insight granted by this scroll, that shouldn't be a problem for the user. The user, as a consequence, gains 2 additional Signature Spell slots to be used on a single one of their "Cosmic" type magics, one additional Advanced Spell slot that ranks up with the user (Up to S+) to be used on a single one of their "Cosmic" type magics, and an additional H+ rank Advanced Spell slot (Unlocked at H rank) to be used on a single one their "Cosmic" type magics. Further, the user has the option to give up their H rank spell slot within one of their "Cosmic" magics to gain an additional H+ rank Advanced Spell slot (Unlocked at H rank) within the same magic, though this spell is limited to a single user per thread and costs double the regular base MP to cast.
Ruler of All:
While the user's understanding of reality extends to the control of magic and magical power, it is not exclusively limited to it. The user, through the secrets revealed to them by this scroll, has obtained the ability to shape reality itself. This grants them a 200% buff to spell damage while also granting the following effect: Within their user-rank advanced Multi Target range, the user can freely shape the world around themselves according to their liking. This includes changing the physical state of materials, their shape, density, temperature, and all other attributes they possess. This further enables the user to manipulate all aspects of their selves, including voice, appearance, blood type et cetera. If players, player-owned NPCs, Event NPCs or player-owned equipment are manipulated in any way using this ability the user must seek OOC permission before. Attacks with a manipulated element always possess user-rank advanced Multi Target range and move at user-rank advanced Multi Target speed, dealing user-rank advanced Multi Target damage (capped at H+ rank). This ability can also be used to generate a single shield per post, which is always set at 2x rank advanced durability, though only the attack or the defense can be used in a single post, not both.

- Mythical - Claimed by Ike Fukunaga:
Name:
Oculus Nebula
Rank:
Mythical (+) Item
Type:
Amulet
Description:
As we influence the world around us, the world around us does the same to us. Of course, the same principle applies not just to the scale of a single planet, but the grand constellation of the Cosmos itself, everything in existence exerting a sometimes weak, sometimes strong, sometimes subtle, sometimes direct influence over each other, and even if most people do not realize, the forces beyond Earthland have begun influencing the world of mages a long, long time before the mages could do the same to the Cosmos ...
One such influence is the presence of cosmic energy, a force that, in some cases, can behave like magic, and, by rare few, even be utilized in a similar way. It is unknown whether this is more than a rumor, though this item, the Eye of the Nebula, or Oculus Nebula, at least seems to be an indicator that someone, somewhere has succeeded in controlling this cosmic energy and, with considerable effort, bind it to a lacrima crystal. The lacrima appears to contain within it an entire galaxy in constant flux and glows in marvelous colors. Who did this or why they did such a thing remains and probably will forever remain unknown, though it is undeniable that the item they left behind carries an eerie aura and a mysterious attraction. Upon closer inspection ... doesn't the crystal almost appear like a gazing eye?
Abilities:
Name: Gaze of the Universe
Type: Passive
Description: Looked upon favorably by powers that are beyond the comprehension of mortals, the user can consider themselves blessed ... though everything has a price, does it not? Still, the wielder of this item, while their future may or may not hold unpleasant changes, receives a 50% buff to their spell range and spell speed passively as their insight into magic and its uses increases.
Name: Abyssal Stares
Type: Passive
Description: They say that if you stare into the abyss for long, the abyss will stare back at you, a truth universal to those that long for the infinity of the cosmos ... and those that dwell within. Regardless of what lurks within those depths unknown, if the user seeks to utilize the power of the abyss for themselves this item will assist in that endeavor. The user's base MP is increased by 50 and they gain a 50% buff to spell cost reduction. The base increase is added before any buffs apply.
Name: Whispers from Beyond
Type: Passive
Description: Sometimes, when the user closes their eyes and silence overtakes them, they might be able to hear whispers ... whispers of what was, what is, and what will come, whispers that tell stories that may or may not be reality, and elucidate facts that may or may not be complete fiction. The whispers will never give an answer, and vanish as quickly as they come, leaving the question open whether the whispering voice itself is reality or, in fact, imagination. Regardless of the nature of this phenomenon, the user may take advantage of this, and while their mental health could take a toll, the secrets exposed to them more than make up for it. The user's base HP is decreased by 100, though in turn, they are able to manipulate their magic with an incredible, almost inhuman degree of control, precision, and skill, increasing their base spell damage by 50. Both of these increases are subtracted/added before any buffs apply.
Name: Burning Core
Rank: A+ (Unlocks at A rank)
Type: Single Target, Healing, Buff
Healing: 225 HP
Range: Self
Speed: Self
Duration: 9 posts
Downside: 50% more base healing for sacrificing both range and speed. Ability costs rank MP to cast
Description: Like a dying star, the user has gained the ability to burn brighter and with more intensity than ever before ... should the need arise. Upon activation of this ability, the user is surrounded by a faint, luminescent aura, their irises beginning to radiate with golden light as they concentrate cosmic energy within them. Wounds they have sustained, no matter the source, will be healed, the user restoring 225 HP per post for the duration of the ability back to their health. Further, this concentration of cosmic power not just serves to heal the user, but also increases their attack power, buffing spell damage by 100% for the duration of the ability as their magic gains the strength of a mighty celestial body.
Name: Lance of an Elder One
Rank: S+ (Unlocks at S rank)
Type: Multi Target, Debuff, Drain
Damage: 135 per hit
Range: 300 m
Speed: 450 m/s
Duration: 12 posts
Downside: 33% less base range in exchange for 33% more base speed. Ability costs rank MP to cast
Description: The user has the ability to, seemingly from nothing, summon an otherworldly weapon to their side, a lance materializing within their grasp at their command. The lance is of a deeply black color and metallic texture, appearing like a window into the glowing depths of the Cosmos itself. Bright colors of a nebula can be seen within alongside stars that radiate with soft glow. The lance is heavier than one would anticipate for its length of about two meters, though this fact is negligible, considering the weapon can be controled with a mere thought from the user, following every telepathic, unspoken command. Strikes with the lance always deal 135HP in damage per hit. Wounds caused by this spell will burn with searing pain, the matter forming the lance corrupting those struck with it, inflicting a 100% spell cost increase and a 5% MP drain onto the affected for the duration of the ability.
Name: Veil of Erasure
Rank: H+ (Unlocks at H rank)
Type: Burst, DoT, Blinding, Debuff
Damage: 210 HP on the initial hit / 105 HP every post thereafter
Range: 500 m
Speed: 400 m/s
Duration: 4 posts
Downside: "Lance of an Elder One" must be active to use this ability. The "Lance of an Elder One" ability is automatically sacrificed upon activation of this ability and must be recast to be used again. Ability costs rank MP to cast
Description: On command, the user may activate the hidden ability of the lance created through the power gained from this item, causing the lance to explode in a roaring storm of light, heat and pressure. This explosion expands out at the 400m/s and has a range of 500m around the lance, dealing 210HP to all caught within it. After the initial flash, which blinds opponents in the spell's range for their next post, a nebula of beautiful, intricate colors will be left in its wake, though the cosmic display will slowly but surely vanish. Still, the lingering effects of this massive burst of cosmic energy will persist. All affected by the spell will feel a dark force creep into them, affecting their mind and body alike. Affected opponents take 105HP in damage for the next 3 turns the spell is active, additionally suffering from disorientation and burning pain, their spell speed, spell range and spell damage resistance all debuffed by 50% until the duration of the ability runs out.

Description:
Oh, you got your hands on this weapon, eh? I certainly hope you’ve but the hutzpah to handle it, young ’un. And before you get your panties in a wad, literally anyone is a young ’un to me. I’m as old as the first atom, and I’ve seen some messed up crap.
That there’s the World Breaker. My kind made it. Who’s my kind? Dontcha worry your little head about that, alright? Anyway, you see, we hail from a planet deep in the galactic boonies that’s much older than yours. We kinda made it our job to be the sheriffs of space, try to keep all these heathen aliens in line. If ya reckon the circle of life is brutal on this tiny rock, you should see it out there, kid. I’ve seen whole planets pop up and become a downright paradise or some brainiac techy haven, only to shrivel like a gonad in winter and die. I’ve also seen a ton that needed to let go and accept their fates but decided the cycle needed a kick in the pants. The whole balance of things was thrown helter-skelter! It started to happen so often that my kind became less like police and more like reapers. We crafted sticks bigger and badder than what everyone else had and descended like gods on worlds, on solar systems, on entire galaxies! Yeah, it sounds mean, but man, was it fun as heck.
See where the biggest world-lookin’ globe is? There at the top? Well, there used to be another part, up above it. An even bigger globe with a mini-black hole in it sat on top. Shew! That was fun. Oh, what happened to it? I, uh, kinda broke it off on the last world that got full of itself ... Alurin Prime-3, I think it was. I was having some trouble at home and got a little too into it, blowing off steam and all. Now that you have it, it’s probably for the best that it ain’t whole. Can’t have a runt like you running around with a black hole on a stick!
Hey, watch where you’re wavin’ that thing! I said it’s broken, not busted! It might not be destroying any planets, but it’s still ace-high and you’d do well to be just as afeard of it as any opponent you come across.
Abilities:

Description: The world breaker is doing all it can to reclaim its former planet murdering glory, and that can’t be done if it can’t even cast a spell on the whole stupid rock! The user gains a 200% buff to spell range.

Description: When used to break the countless worlds it is responsible for destroying, all of the heat, energy, and force released by a dying star had to go somewhere. The World Breaker absorbed such consequences, partially to protect innocent worlds nearby and partially to fuel tremendous power. As the user raises the staff and points toward the very heavens it had once struck fear into, it releases a condensed, dead star’s core. The core immediately unleashes a terrifying expulsion of galactic force stored within. Searing heat, cosmic dust, and various gasses explode out, blasting anyone within range with a mini supernova. Breathing in the dead star’s gasses and dust will mess up a body’s systems and especially mana use, robbing 100% spell damage resistance and adding 15% to spell costs.
Name: Extraterrestrial Terrestrial Catastrophe

Description: True to its name, the World Breaker does one thing particularly well, and that’s breaking world. Now it might not have as much power as it once had, but it can still tear the surface of the planet a new one. If the user jabs the end of the staff into the ground, a great rumbling will begin. The earth underfoot will begin to violently quake and then begin to fracture and split open! Fissures and deep canyons upheave and tear deeply into the earth, damaging and swallowing any who fall victim. Channeling endless amounts of energy gathered from the deaths of planets and stars alike, it buffs spell strength 115% for the duration of the spell to make sure everything it can reach gets wrecked. Be mindful of surroundings, because this could realistically change the terrain of an area permanently.

Description:
Not all planets are friendly.
The debate about whether life out there in the cosmos is friendly or not has raged since science turned its gaze to the mysterious heavens. In truth, it’s a bit of both.
Deep in the galaxy lies a solar system of dark planets. In every single one of them, the clouds above are black as coal, blocking the rays from the bright star named Os’ir that captured their orbits. They are cold and foggy, hostile and unforgiving. On the fifth planet from Os’ir is called Bhahroth, and it is home to a species of creatures named Khigmax.
Khigmax are a type of animal on Bhahroth and travel in cells of three. They communicate in shrill, ghastly noises or with telepathy. They are a predator species, but are highly intelligent and can communicate with all other lifeforms on the planet. Highly adaptable and loyal, even other species are capable of bonding with them as long as they don’t present a threat. They are not easily won over and can be rather hostile until they bond, though. Should they come across a threat, however, they will not hesitate to brutally destroy and eat whatever it is. Rough as they may be on the outside, once they have bonded, they might as well be puppies. Really ugly puppies.
So while not all planets are friendly, Khigmax are ... most of the time.
Strangely, Bhahroth has storms that cause portals to appear instead of lightning. Occasionally Khigmax and other species are swallowed up by them at random and tossed into other worlds, which mostly goes badly as you can imagine. Perhaps if time is spent earning its trust instead of attacking it because it’s scary looking and threatened, it could become a good pet?

Traveler’s Manual to the Universe Vol. 42
Rank:

Type:
Book
Description:
This manual once belonged to someone named Carther Fent, apparently, a traveler out in the universe, or at least that’s the name scribed on the inside cover. It is enchanted to somehow never run out of pages, yet isn’t too heavy to carry. It also seems to sense what you are looking up and put the pages right at your thumbs, complete with moving pictures and snarky commentary on the details of an area and its dwellers. No fact is too small to be mentioned, for it may very well be the difference between becoming the mayor and facing a Grathuvak phaser squad. In fact, it’s so useful, it’s hard to imagine why Carther Fent would ever part with it. Hopefully, nothing tragic happened to him. Perhaps he lost his scarf?
It comes with its own scarf (that curiously has a tiny bit of blood on the hem), just in case whoever finds the book might have been stupid enough to lose theirs. The manual insists you should never adventure without one, and that they are immeasurably useful. In additions to all its practical uses, more importantly, what the alien folk will think is that anyone who can travel the length and width of the universe, rough it, slum it, struggle against terrible odds, win through, and still knows where his scarf is, is clearly someone to be reckoned with.

The user may add discoveries they find should they somehow stumble across something not covered in the book. A common side effect is the user becomes overwhelmingly curious about everything, including space, the final frontier. Their very mana seems to become more plentiful and sensitive, giving them a user rank passive buff (up to 55% at A rank) to their mana supply. Minu is the youngest daughter of the king of the celestial northern star court, and though she is a capable young lady at negotiations in her own right, she prefers to be left to her own devices. Her heart isn't in the world of politics and treaties but in nurturing new stars, planets, and universes within the borders of their territory. Being as young as she is she feels a small part of her being torn away every time she comes across a dying star, suffering planet or black hole. This serves as a constant reminder of the unspoken truth even to those that love as long as her kind do, everything has to come to an end one day.
Even though she hasn't lived all that long by the standards of what she is, it is still long enough to believe that those within the court have lost connection with the territory that they control. So she decided that she would link herself to a beautiful key that seemed both elegant and delicate, and upon closer look it is said that one can see new stars being born and older ones twinkling their blessings to the holder of Minu, in the hopes she might be able to help the one that would become an ally and in turn help her understand the world she has never been part of.

Rank: User Rank (Caps at S)
Type: Single Target, Redirection, Reflection
Damage: Depends on the spell being redirected
Range: User Rank Single Target Range
Speed: User Rank Single Target Speed
Duration: User Rank Max
Description: Once again Minu creates a miniature universe around herself, but this time there is an addition: a wormhole seems to appear beside her and, for the moment, seeming idle. That is, of course, until a spell attacks Minu or her allies. The holder of her key can then once per turn pay original mana cost to pull a spell of equal or lower rank to this ability into the wormhole redirecting to exit at a random point within range, though if the owner of her key pays the mana a second time they can exert more control over where the spell that has been swallowed can reemerge within range of the universe that has been created, potentially firing it back at an opponent. Though seemingly unstable this wormhole can allow Minu to guide her keys holder and two of their allies to another destination within distance this universe, however, if this is used then a spell cannot be redirected in the same round.
Name: Constellation's Blessing
Rank: User Rank (Caps at S)
Type: Burst, Healing, Buff
Healing: User Rank Burst Healing
Range: User Rank Burst Range
Speed: User Rank Burst Speed
Duration: User Rank Max
Description: With a gentle smile and a wave of her hand, Minu changes the setting once again, from her actual surroundingings to look something like a wide-open field in the middle of the night up to burst rank range. The night sky would be crystal clear as the moon and stars seemingly shine down their blessing on Minu, the one who holds her key and their allies. The first constellation that would easily be seen is Ophiuchus the healer, while this constellation glows Minu can, once per post for the duration of the ability, heal herself, the one who holds her key and their allies so longs they are within range. Two other constellations can also be seen easily within the night sky, the first of these is Corona Borealis with this constellation in the sky allies within range gain a 35% buff to all their spell durability for the duration of the ability. The last constellation seen in the sky is Fornax which grants her allies 35% additional spell damage while it is seen in the sky above.
