Tattoos - Kael has numerous tattoos around his body, each of them symbolizing personal things. The one in his shoulder has the word ASCE inscribed on it which might look like a tattoo mistake, but the truth is it has a meaning behind it. The crossed out S stands for the name of his best friend who died when he was still a child. He has another tattoo on his back, one that symbolizes a cross with a man's face in the middle. This tattoo symbolizes his father who also died with his friend, the face in the middle reminiscent of his. His third tattoo is his guild mark, something all mages who are members in guilds have.

Personality:
Kael isn't like any ordinary dark mage. Whilst some people see dark mages as people who long for destruction and the demise of many, Kael is completely different. He's not evil or sadistic like most of his guild members which makes other people wonder why he joined a dark guild like Savage Skull. He's simply a rogue, an unprincipled person who just does things the way he wants them to be done. He's pretty much a troublemaker, always doing things like destroying buildings and crashing Magic Council vehicles. The only reason he joined Savage Skull is to get revenge on the Magic Council just to get revenge for something that happened in his life, an event that happened when he was still young.

Kael is a tenacious and adamant person, always wanting things to go his way. If he says yes, there's no way that can turn into a no due to his stubbornness. Once he makes his decision, it's hard to make him change it unless he wants to, something most people find irritating about him. However, this isn't always a bad thing since this trait makes Kael a man of his word, always doing what he says he will do even if he must take risks. If he promises to get you something or do something for you, you can rely on that because he will do it no matter what happens. When Abel decides to do something, there's no stopping him. He never listens to people who try to make him think otherwise and rarely changes his mind. He will never give up if he starts doing something and will never be moved by what other people say.

Kael is a person who isn't easily interested by things. If you show him something that tends to make other people surprised, Kael will simply stare blankly as if he's not seeing anything, saying the word 'okay' in a plain and uninterested tone. This attitude of his makes it hard for other people to talk to him since he always acts bored and uninterested, something that obviously makes a conversation boring. He even falls asleep while conversing with someone even while he is in mid-speech. Sometimes, he acts rude to others, bluntly replying to the things they tell him which is the reason why many people are often irritated and annoyed by him. He is also pretty lazy, using most of his time to relax and slack off instead of going out and doing jobs like most mages do. However, if he wants to do something, this laziness of his tends to disappear, turning into conviction and determination.

Kael is a courageous man. Any challenge put against him doesn’t make him feel nervous. He’s the kind of person who isn’t affected by pressure unlike others who tremble due to the intensity of the situation. If fighting against a mage far powerful than he is, Kael doesn’t feel afraid. He’s going to treat that guy just like how he treats other mages whatever his reputation is. Even if that person might be a Guild Master or anyone of that power, Kael will still step up his game. He’s also not afraid of losing and isn’t burdened by this, often shrugging his losses off and stating that he’ll simply get back up and do something else. And to top things off, he isn’t even afraid of death. If you dare him to do something that might cost him his life, he’s definitely going to do it. He does want to achieve his goals before he can embrace death, but if he has to, he will still be fine with it. So if you try to scare him with death threats, you’re just playing around with yourself. There’s no way he’ll be afraid of that.

If the situation deems it appropriate, Kael can be quite humorous. He often jokes and messes around with his friends which can be really annoying especially to the person the joke is aimed at. If he hears a person say something that doesn't sound right, he likes to point this out and make a joke out of it which can be funny especially if everyone gets it. He can also be a prankster if he feels like it, making fun of others by making them fall into his silly traps. However, this attitude of his is only seen by the people he views as friends since he often acts rude to those he doesn't know.

When in battle, Kael often does things with a mix of recklessness and thinking. He always charges into his opponents head on in a reckless manner, but while doing this, he’s actually thinking of what to do. This often leaves his opponents dumbfounded since they expect him to do something reckless like punching them directly when he did a move they never taught he will do instead. This makes him pretty unpredictable in combat which might give his opponents trouble since not everyone can decipher the unpredictable moves Kael uses.

Kael isn't much of a leader when put in a group due to his rowdy and stubborn nature, but at some cases, he can fulfill the role of one. He doesn't put himself first before anyone and wouldn't mind if he has to jump into a trap as long as his team is going to advance well. This is mostly due to his courageous and reckless traits, not fearing things that will often make people shudder. However, he doesn't really have any other traits that makes him a good leader so in a group, he often acts like any other member, just waiting for the leader's orders as he slacks off and messes around with his buddies. However, this trait of his doesn't appear usually since he prefers doing things by himself just because he doesn't want others to be involved in his business.

Kael acts pretty different when around women, especially those who fit his standards. Curvy bodies, pretty faces, and a wild personality. His normally uninterested and rude personality becomes different, turning from that to a nice person. If they ask him for help, he responds immediately just so he can get them to like him. At some times, Kael could be a pervert like constantly staring at 'certain' body parts especially if they're partially revealed. He also peeks at them when there is an opportunity which often gets him into trouble especially if he's caught doing so (like being comically whacked in the face, something that often happens to him). If he's teamed up with a girl while in a battle, he acts pretty protective. If he sees an attack aimed at them, he will rush to their aid by stopping it or taking the hit with his body.

Likes:

• Fighting - Kael enjoys fighting others, something pretty common to dark mages. If you try to pick a fight with him, there's no way he would turn it down. He doesn't really care if he wins or loses - all he cares about is feeling the thrill of battle and enjoying himself.
  
• Eating - Kael enjoys eating food mostly due to the fact that he can eat more than anyone could. He can eat up to nine servings of any kind of dish due to his incredible appetite. He never gets fat no matter how much he eats so he can eat as much as he wants knowing it wouldn't cost him much.
  
• Drinking - Kael drinks as much as he loves to eat. He enjoys slacking off and drinking booze just like how a pirate does. He has a high tolerance level to alcohol so he can go on long drinking streaks. If you're finding Kael, the first place you should go to is the pub because he's almost always there.
• Women - Kael, just like any other man, likes women to a certain degree. Whenever he sees one of his standards, he often loses his mind. He always tries to get them interested in him by doing things like fighting against a group of bandits in front of them and things like that.

Dislikes:

• Magic Council - Kael doesn't dislike the Magic Council. He despises them. His hate for them is driven by an event in his path where the Magic Council fired a powerful beam of magic in his town, killing everyone including his parents and loved ones. He started doing evil things just to avenge the deaths of his loved ones, a reason why he joined a dark guild.
  
• People dong things for him - Kael is a person who prefers doing everything by himself. He thinks that other people shouldn't be involved with other's business. He hates it when others try to do things for him and will always try to stop them from doing so just because he doesn't want them to be part of his beliefs.
  
• Fighting against Women - Kael is a type of guy who doesn't like hurting women so it's definitely hard for him if he has to fight one. When he is put in a battle against a girl, he often holds back and tries not to hurt them too much which can be costly against him.

Motivations:

• Become the strongest - Whether it might be the strongest person in the guild, the strongest person in his group, or even the strongest person in the world, Kael wants to become stronger. This is the reason why he always trains and accepts all challenges given to him, with an exception to those that require him to fight against people he doesn't want to fight. He's pretty competitive so he'll definitely try his best in order to reach the top.
  
• Get his revenge on the Magic Council - Kael never forgot about the event in his past. He still wants to get his revenge against the council even if he has to do bad things like destroying objects important to the faction. This is the reason why he joined a dark guild.
  
• Having things go his way - if someone asks Kael to do something, he often acts reluctant and does them without much spirit. However, if doing so will get things to go his way, he becomes more motivated and determined to finish the task. He's the kind of person who likes it when things go as he planned so he often becomes spirited when this happens.

Fears:

• Losing a person he loves - Kael has already lost a lot of people in the past and he doesn't want that to happen again. He will protect his loved ones with all his might even if he has to sacrifice a lot. This is Kael's only serious fear since he doesn't feel much pressure when faced in situations in which a lot of people often tremble like when his life is threatened or when he's doing something he shouldn't fail.
  
• Flying insects - Kael has some kind of fear when it comes to insects. If they're crawling on the ground, he often messes around with them by poking them with sticks and things like that. But once that insect flies, he breaks down completely. He will run away from the insect as fast as he can just because he doesn't want it to come near him.
  
• Crowded areas - Kael isn't really afraid of crowds but he feels very uneasy when he is inside one. Due to this, he often avoids going to crowded places just like how he avoids facing his fears. If someone asks him to go into a crowd, he often declines, standing his ground. The only way to get him to come into one is by dragging him which can be very difficult.

Appearance:
Kael is a pretty tall man with a muscular build much like that of an athlete's. His muscles are well-toned, something he got from training hard. He has childish freckles on his cheek which can be easily seen even from afar, something many people say he got from his mother. Usually, he often wears a bored and dull expression on his face which is due to him being pretty lazy and hardly interested by most things. When he's joking around with others or listening to a ridiculous story, he often raises his left eyebrow with a mischievous grin. Many people know him for that expression of his since he often wears it just like how he wears his dull one.

Kael rarely wears anything on his upper body, exposing his muscular build and the tattoos he has. He always wears an orange elbow wrap paired with two bracelets, one having a red and white design while the other having a jewel stone stuck on it. He always wears a red beaded necklace and a brownish orange hat. His hat has two pins, the one on the left symbolizing a smiling face while the other one symbolizing a frowning one. His hat is kept on his head by a badge with a skull symbol attached to the hat's side by an orange string. His hat also has red beads around it similar to that of his necklace, the only difference is that it is smaller. He often wears black shorts with a utility bag attached to it. His shorts is kept on his waist by a brown leather belt with a silver buckle that has a letter 'A' inscribed on it. His choice of footwear are a black pair of combat boots. Alternately, he wears a black pair of comfortable shoes especially if he's just walking casually.
