Radiant Dawn || The Sun's Chosen
Magic Type: Caster. (25% Cost Reduction)
Description: A magic unique to her clans people, as Sunlight Giants they naturally gather and store the power of the sun within themselves, like an advanced form of photosynthesis. Taking advantage of this Mellascyla uses a unique for of the magic one more variably advanced yet simultaneously basic as her people tend to focus on one aspect of the suns make-up be it the plasma core, the light it emits or the blazing heat that we know it for. Mellascyla is unique in trying to master all three aspects at once, and while she is still immature in the usage she has enough basic mastery over the three to use them adeptly enough. As such Mellascyla has a ways to go but her adaptable magic has three unique aspects that make her hard to work against, as you can be pelted by the pure plasma of the sun, ripped apart by its rays or scorched by the pure heat of its power. There are still secrets to this magic unknown to Mellascyla but much like her fascination with human culture she wishes to see the completed form her magic might take. As her magic is based on the power of the sunlight she is much weaker during the coming night and an eclipse is always bad news for her, but thanks to who she is a portion of the suns power is always coursing through her at all times. This fragment is not nearly strong enough to do what the magic normally does but for now is more than enough in a pinch.
- Monkey King's Descent:
Name: Monkey King's Descent
Description: The Monkey King, Sun Wukong, was a stone monkey given life. He learned supernatural abilities such as transformations and magic from taoist (Daoist in modern) practices. He was immeasurably strong and fast, able to lift his 17,991lb staff with ease and somersault 33,554 miles. He knew 72 different transformations, his fur had magical properties that could make a clone of himself or various weapons, animals, and other objects, he knew spells that can command wind, part water, and freeze humans, demons, and gods alike. Despite his given life, he rebelled against the gods, and was banished into imprisonment under a mountain by the Buddha. During his rebellion, he was injured and his blood was spilled. A human collected the fresh blood and preserved it. Many years later, in order to cure himself from a vicious disease, he drank the blood. Saving his life, he continued to live with superhuman strength and speed. Yet the true aspects of the blood remained dormant, and would awaken in future generations who carried his blood.- Ability: The user is able to transform into animals or objects. The user's strength and speed are increased by 25%. When in an animal form they gain a 50% boost instead.
The user is able to use One D rank wind spell of any type, and One C rank Ice spell for freezing enemies. (Created in the magic app as a normal spell would) - Usage: The strength and speed bonus are a passive. While in animal form the user may still use magic but it only lasts 5 posts and has a 6 post cooldown.
- Ability: The user is able to transform into animals or objects. The user's strength and speed are increased by 25%. When in an animal form they gain a 50% boost instead.
Unique Abilities:
- (D) Giant's Form: While Mellascyla is not shrank by the ring she uses to become the size of a normal human her physical strikes become massively boosted by 50%, however while she is shrunk down due to the magic itself contained in the ring she loses 50% physical damage while shrunk down. (This loss in physical strength when small, is a downside allowing for the extra 10% passive increase in the physical strength when she is at normal size.)
- (B) Font of Light: As a Sunlight Giant and also now enhanced by her magic while standing in the light of the sun she regains 5% MP every post rather than the normal regeneration, however; at night time and only at proper night Mellascyla only regains 5% MP every 5 Posts. Locked Till B-Rank.
- (S) Radiance: When using her magic if in the same post Mellascyla uses a Plasma, Light and Heat based spell she gains an effect called Radiance. While Radiance is active Mellascyla's own body acts as a sun, giving off a comfortable warmth to those around her and making any of her own spells or effects that would require the sun to be treated as if it were daylight. This effect lasts for 3 Posts (+1 every two ranks) and cannot be triggered again until 3 Posts have passed after the duration. Locked Till S-Rank.

Name: Radiant Sun.

Type: Single Target, Offensive, Light, Fire.

Description: Focusing all the different aspects into the palm of her hand, Mellascyla finally begins to utilize the mastery that she had aimed for with her learning all three aspects. As all three quickly merge, the plasma giving form, the light and heat giving energy, she holds a miniature sun in her hand. The sun is no larger than a basketball at first though as she gains strength it may grow larger, and she can then throw this sun at a target, it will implode upon contact with the first thing it hits burning them greatly if not outright melting them. During the night this spell naturally deals 30 damage instead of 60 and is much smaller, going only at 60m, at 60m/s.

Description: Holding out her hand Mellascyla collects the light of the sun into her palm before unleashing a near instant blast of light. This searing and speedy pillar connects with the first person or obstacle it hits, though as it is light it can pass through anything clear with ease, (ex, Water, Glass, etc.). If it passes through a magic based barrier the damage is however halved down to 20.

Name: Radiant Bullet.

Type: Multiple Target, Fire.
Damage: 30.
Range: 30m.
Speed: 30m/s.

Description: Collecting the sunlight around her Mellascyla focuses on the heat aspect of the sun, creating balls of sunlight flame above her numbering five in total. These balls each target a different enemy with the range of the spell and launch towards them, if there are not enough enemies in range to each be hit by the projectiles they will strike an enemy that has already been hit by one for 10 damage (Max 1 additional hit per target) and the rest will fizzle out if there are not enough targets.

Description: Collecting the essence of the suns plasma around herself Mellascyla unleashes an electronic field of lightning. This field rapidly expands 15m out from her body and will damage anything and everything it hits electrocuting them. Enemies hit by this plasma are marked by the Sunlight Stigma and if they are hit by a fire based spell take 25% additional damage. This effect lasts for one post after the initial hit before fading away.

Name: Nova.

Type: Burst, Fire.
Damage: 60.
Range: 15m
Speed: 25m/s. (15m/s at Night)
Duration: Instant.
Description: Taking in the true sunlight from around her Mellascyla begins to collect all the heat produced by the sun and herself and condense it inside her body. In a near instant of this collection into herself she unleashes a radiant burst of pure heat which burns any and all inside the radius. Those inside are not only terribly burnt from the heat alone but if it is daytime the speed of the spell is increased to 25m and all water that is natural or magical if it is equal to or lower than her own rank evaporate if it is within that range. (Must pay the spells cost in MP if it does so for magic based water.)

Description: Combining the aspects of light and fire into her chest, Mellascyla lets out a large orb of light that flies out towards a directed point within 60 meters. Upon impact with the point it detonates in a 30m radius AoE dealing 30 damage to those caught inside. After the initial flash of light the secondary aspect begins to take effect burning the areas where the light touched for 3 posts after the first. Enemies burnt take 15 damage per post after the initial one though the burning can be stopped if they know shadow magic and apply it to the burn sites.

Type: Burst, Fire, Lightning.
Damage: 60.

Duration: 3 Posts.
Description: Focusing the power of lightning and heat into herself much like she did with the original Nova, Mellascyla creates a large burst of red lightning all around herself. Enemies caught in the red lightning Nova are shocked and burnt horribly as the plasma and heat aspect both try and rip at the flesh and everything else around her. Those burnt and shocked are inflicted with Sun Sear Stigma causing the next spell that strikes them that is of Light or Fire nature to deal 25% increased damage.

Type: Multi-Target, Light, Lightning.
Damage: 45.
Range: 90m.
Speed: 65m/s.
Duration: 1 Post.
Description: Combining the Form giving plasma with the speedy light causes a total of 10 orbs of pure light to be formed that ripple with white lightning. Flying automatically to try and hit enemies within her area, the bullets can only strike a single target twice, the second doing only 10 damage compared to the first. If there are not enough targets the remaining balls explode harmlessly dissipating to light and plasma.
- Sun's Radiance:
Name: Sun's Radiance.
Rank: C-Rank+
Type: AoE, Light, Fire, Lightning.
Damage: 45.
Range: 25m.
Speed: 25m/s.
Duration: 1 Post.
Description: Focusing the aspects over herself, Mellascyla begins to resonate a massive amount of energy building a large sun over herself rapidly. Once it grows to a 25m radius over herself, it detonates causing all three aspects of damage to those in the area, and half of that to the still very inexperienced Mella. If this spell is used during the night, because of how unstable it is, the sun will not form and Mella will take the spells full damage for trying to use it.
