Description: Clearance focus's his energy and transmutes the area around him changing it making it earth.  Then earth in whatever shape he desires comes up and grabs a target.  that target is held there taking 80 hp of damage, (100 hp at A rank) and stuns them for 1 post as they are held in the earth. target must be within 200 meters (300 at A rank) to have effect.
