Personality:
Most of the time, Kazuki is an incredibly laid-back and easygoing person. He always remains calm and collected even if facing tough situations where many things are at stake. Whether they might be life-risking or not, Kazuki always treats them the same way: Relaxed and easy. This often leads him to finish most of his tasks smoothly and without any sign of flaw, a trait that often leads him to become the leader or strategists of groups he is part with. Though he is relaxed and all, he thinks quickly and makes decisions as soon as possible which sometimes makes him look impatient since it always looks like he is rushing things. You can't really blame him because his mind just thinks of things quickly than others can, an ability he developed since he was just a little child being taught how to walk. This isn't even an exaggeration. His quick thinking and relaxed, stress-free way of life is a reason why he's known as a very formidable and dangerous mage, being very perceptive and able to do split second decisions smoothly even when under extreme pressure.

Kazuki is a very confident person. Even if he’s just walking down the street, you can see all the confidence he has inside. He always has a quirky smile on his face and keeps his head up all the time with a lot of pride, as if he just defeated a powerful opponent with ease. This expression of his is always kept on his face even if he is in a situation where it seems inappropriate because he always thinks that things will go his way even if the scenario says otherwise. He believes that his decisions are the right ones and always trusts himself when he is making these, never doubting them unless he sees the effect and conclusion of his actions. Many people find him quite irritating since he can easily laugh off his wrong decisions even if his decisions cause a lot of bad things to happen.

Kazuki is highly intelligent and has a complex way of thinking. This fact is mostly based on his views like the fact that he believes that there's no point fighting if no one gains any benefit or that it's not worth doing things that only bite you back in the end. Whenever he is put in a group, he always acts as a leader and a strategist (as mentioned in the first paragraph of his personality) because of his confidence and his way of thinking which leads him to do great decisions quickly which benefits his group to a high degree.

Kazuki has a high sense of honor and believes that treating others the way they are supposed to be treated is the right thing to do. He hates attacking people in their backs, something that sets him apart from other mercenaries. He doesn't like fighting dirty and always attacks an opponent head on knowing that it's better to give the opponent a proper fight instead of finishing them off quickly by attacking from behind.

Though he might sound like a nice smarty-pants kind of guy, he's not one who would hesitate to fight or even kill someone. He's a very idealistic person, someone who would do only what he wishes to do. If you try to hold him down, you'll be in the receiving end of his sharp blades. His mercenary mindset also gives this trait of his a higher degree since this mindset of his pushes him to do nearly horrible things as long as they have something to do with his ideals or will greatly benefit him. Though he might look like a man who can't hold his killer instinct, he only slays those who he views as guilty. He always spares people who are innocent or still have chances of redemption knowing that it's not too late for them to come back to their senses. However, if they try to cross the line between him and his ideals, his blade will be the last thing they will see.

Though Kazuki is incredibly calm, he does become serious especially if faced in situations where he has no choice but to do things with his instinct. This hidden trait of his mostly appears in-battle especially if he's fighting against a powerful opponent who continually mocks him or threatens the lives of the people he holds dear. Many know this state of his as his 'bloodthirsty mode', a state where he uses only his instincts to guide him, throwing away all thoughts in his mind. In short, he becomes an animal, or what some people call 'beast-mode'. Because he only relies on his body's reactions and reflex, he becomes incredibly merciless since his mind isn't there to keep him at bay. If you manage to turn his usually calm personality into the animal hiding inside him, there's no way you'll get away unscathed. All you can do is hope for a miracle that will somehow cool this guy down.

Likes:
• A Challenge - If you want to interest Kazuki, all you need to do is put up a challenge against him. He's the kind of guy who loves going through those trials, knowing that they're not going to hold him back in any way. If he has to choose between an easy job to a life-risking task, he'll choose the latter just to have a better experience.

• Drinking – Kazuki is someone you can call a heavy drinker. He is always hanging by the bar, drinking sake and joking around with other people. If you’re looking for Kazuki, the first place you should check is the bar, since there is a high chance that he’s just drinking around and slacking off.

• Swords - Being a swordsman himself, Kazuki shows quite an interest when it comes to blades, especially katana. He can easily see the quality of one sword with just a look due to the fact that he grew up using them. He's also pretty obsessive when it comes to his blades, always taking care of them and rarely letting others hold them.

• Eating – Kazuki loves to eat. He eats just about anything edible and for some reason, he finds even the most disgusting foods good. His love for eating is very similar to his love for drinking sake, though he prioritizes eating more since, well, a man needs to eat in order to survive.


Dislikes:
• People who hold him back from his ideals and dreams - being a person who's pretty idealistic and ambitious, Kazuki doesn't like those who try to widen the line between him and the things he wants. He's been known to be merciless against those people, not giving up until the opponent's body is shredded with damage.

• People who lack any code of honor - He hates people who won't hesitate to attack from behind and fight with dirty antics mostly due to the fact that he is a man who has a high sense of honor. Whenever he meets someone who fights against his 'code of honor', Kazuki will always teach them a lesson - even if it means taking their life.

• Savage Skull - He used to be one of the most powerful members in that mysterious dark guild, but when they tried to go against his ideals (something he greatly dislikes) and choose to do their own bidding, Kazuki had to do something about it. With his blades and animal instinct, he left a path of blood behind him as he was excommunicated, becoming a criminal in the dark guild's eyes.

• Magic Council – Kazuki doesn’t really like the council. Due to the fact that he is a mercenary, he's done things that greatly bothered the Magic Council such as destroying structures and assassinating important people. This branded him as a criminal until now, even if he already settled in a legal guild.


Motivations:
• Fulfilling his promise – When Kazuki was young, he had a friend who he held dearly. Sadly, his friend passed away one day which greatly scarred the young Kazuki. In her dying moments, Kazuki promised to become one of the most powerful mages. This promise became the main reason for him to keep living because he's still far from fulfilling it and wants to get as close as he can to do so.

• Become a master swordsman - Being a person who uses magic that has something to do with swords, Kazuki yearns for perfection. He wants to become a master swordsman not for the reputation of being one, but for his own benefit. He believes that mastering his blades will bring him closer to fulfilling his promise. Due to this, he always practices and continually shapes his body in order to become a better swordsman.

• Hard Challenges - Some people give up when they are faced with incredibly difficult challenges, but Kazuki isn't one of those people. Instead of losing his will to keep going, he becomes a lot more motivated, knowing that succeeding in difficult challenges will make him stronger.

Fears:
• Breaking his promise – Kazuki's promise to his most beloved person who passed away, a promise to become one of the greatest mages in history, is very important to him. He won't hesitate to go against his beliefs just to fulfill it. He doesn't want to break it in any way even if it means sacrificing a lot of things just to keep this promise alive and going.

• Failure - Failure is not an option, especially to Kazuki. He fears failing important tasks and will do anything to avoid screwing up. Whenever he fails a very important job, it takes a long time for him to get over it which is why he doesn't want to fail them in the first place.

• Be caught by the Magic Council – Kazuki is a man who loves to be free. Becoming imprisoned will greatly limit his freedom since he can’t do anything other than live inside a cell without anyone to talk to. If he’s imprisoned, he won’t be able to fulfill his promise to the person he loves, a promise so important to him that he won't accept death until it is fulfilled. He doesn’t want to die before he can achieve his motivations, so he will avoid being imprisoned even if he has to let others suffer.

Appearance:
Kazuki is an average sized man with a very muscular build and light, sun-tanned skin tone. His neck is a lot thicker than normal since Kazuki also uses his neck when using his swords, using it as if it is his third arm. He has a lot of manly features which gives him a rather dominating presence when around people especially if they don't know anything about him personally. He has a lot of scar marks on his battle caused by his previous battles, the most noticeable one being the long scar running from his left shoulder to his abdomen which he got from a battle against a swordsman more powerful than he is. His long-running scar is always exposed since he usually wears clothes that reveal his chest. Another noticeable scar he has is a medium-sized scar across the spot his left eye used to be.

Usually, Kazuki always wears a long, open dark-green coat which is sleeved until his wrist which is closed on his waist by a red sash, exposing most of his upper body since he wears no shirt underneath. The red sash that keeps his coat closed from his waist down also carries his three swords he uses for combat. He has a large green comforter surrounding his abdomen which he wears in order to comfort his abdomen when he is using his core strength. Usually, he wears black, loose and comfortable pants reaching down to his black boots.

If you guys are wondering why I have S in rank, it's because I was accepted before as one, and this is a revamp. I also sent an RP sample to a mod and I can post it here or pm it directly if some of you want to see it as well just to see if I can still retain my rank.
