Here goes nothing with another exam -- though this time I can't skip it.

Proof I've the necessary exp, if needed I'll provide the three jobs that let me hit C.

Exam Post

Dragging herself out of yet another reverie, the dragon slayer pushed herself out of her groggy state and arose, stretching her arms over her head. Shutting her eyes in response to the bright sunlight beaming through the window, Angelica stood up and was quick to wash her face off and what not. Following that, the woman got dressed, putting on her usual outfit of preference before heading out of the room. "Another drab day... time to get a move on." The blonde murmured, reflecting upon the conversation she had with Kumi, a fellow Mage and now teammate of a group. Truth be told, she was straight in the moment when they conversed on having a team, but now that there was a sense of clarity to her thoughts she was starting to consider just what she got herself into.

And with that clarity and reflection she was starting to have second thoughts about it all. Her main goal was to find out where Sol was, so to say in the least her motives and the effort backing them had been... pretty stagnant for the past few years she spent in search. Of course, she never really considered just what she would do if she ever did find Sol. Maybe just hug her and stick by her side or something? Go on doing.. whatever it is Sol intended to do for the rest of her life? Truth be told she'd relied on Sol far too much when she was around... and that left her kind of detached from normal... magehood, if she could call it that. Maybe Sol left because she needed to rely on herself.

While she was an entirely independent person, stubbornly so, it all came down to the basis of not trusting others, or not seeing them as trustworthy enough like she did Sol. As Angelica walked down the road within Oaktown, Angelica continuously shifted her head. She constantly picked up on how there were always small groups walking together and chatting away. Some of them had the same symbol, indicating they might've been of the same guild. And others were more diversified, some even possessing pets or different kinds of crafts, but the same interests that brought them together. It was good to see how people could get along and collaborate in spite of different senses of morality, culture and even just general affiliation, but also a good reminder of how alone she'd been.

Some could even call her lonely. She never had those broad, social experiences that others had dealt with. And while it strengthened her to make an effort to be a lot more independent as a Mage in general, it still left her underdeveloped. She felt envious in a way... and now that she was getting an opportunity to get it, she just wanted to ditch it? Angelica furrowed her brows and eventually started gazing at her feet as she continued along the walkway. She stopped looking at the other people moving along, occasionally shifting just in case she was about to run into anyone. It'd just be a waste of time to sit there and dwell on what she had in comparison to others.

But still... it'd be nice right? The opportunity was right upon her -- she just had to take hold of it and capitalize upon it. No need to run away from something that could be easy to face. Letting out a heavy sigh, Angelica turned on her heel and made a dash back for her hotel room. Once she got back there, the female packed some of her things up, primarily the stuff she'd need for longterm travel. She didn't have a date for when they'd be meeting up, or any idea what the other two people were like, but that didn't matter, at least right now. Whenever Angelica was in the moment with her decisions, she made them at breakneck speeds and didn't look back for the consequences. Sure, she'd probably have doubts for later -- like she did when she accepted being part of the team and even potentially being its leader, but that was the glory of her mindset. It was a pro and a con.

Angelica owed it to Kumi to at least give them a try, especially since she received a helping hand in a situation where she probably wouldn't have made it out of. And as she thought before, if they ended up being trustworthy, then it would be worth sticking around. She'd have the same sense of comradery as others, and have the chance to experience that kind of thing by applying herself. And lastly, she'd have someone -- or well, some people to devote herself to. There was nothing more respectable in her eyes than having people to loyally stick by, and possessing the power and capabilities to defend those people in any circumstances they may get caught up in.

Having gathered her stuff up, Angelica returns the key to the hotel room. From there, the traveling blonde Mage sets on out, leaving the establishment and treading the roads once more. Again she looked at the guildmates and teammates alike occasionally walking on by, though instead of doing so with some semblance of jealousy it was a good reminder of what she might be able to share soon. The same sense of thrill of companionship that they demonstrated even as they trailed along. Angelica exited Oaktown at last and continued with her stride. The blonde progressed through the outskirts, starting to trek her way toward Lavanitar Port City, the place that she was told they'd be meeting up at.

Some unease and uncertainty remained in her mind but that was only natural when approaching the unknown. She had high hopes in her newfound teammates being people she could get acquainted with but.. the doubt was still there. Only time could tell at this point, and the best she could do then is certify that it'll be worth arriving.

"See you soon, Kumi." Angelica muttered to herself faintly, moving onward.
