iLac is a lacrima that functions like our real world cell phones. It can access lacrima-net, but CANNOT grant the user access to OOC information on other players. It can grant the user the ability to contact any other player who also owns an iLac providing that other player gave the caller their Lacrima Identification Code (phone number). The iLac also has a calendar, calculator, HP and MP tracker, stopwatch, alarm, and any other fun applications (that do not permit your character to know OOC information on another character) you can think of. It also has a Sorcerer's Weekly app installed.
Thursday morning. The sun’s rays danced brilliantly through the air as clouds rolled in and out from in front of the sun. Passerbys followed suit as they went to and from the wide variety of shops on the main street. In the midst of the crowd, a young girl followed along at least a head below most. By merely gazing at her for a moment you could immediately tell she was at home beneath the parasol she grasped. Her full face of makeup and black lolita style attire gave away as much. The clouds overhead soon thickened as they blotted out the sun for longer and longer intervals until there was no light left. Grim smiled as she approached her target. The shadows had now made the city her home.
The girl remained hidden in the shade as she pulled out the mask from her tote bag. It was beneath her to make use of a dirty rag to conceal herself, but the neutral grounds nullified all forms of magic, so it couldn’t be helped. Besides, she knew that that was the exact reason this heist was going to be a breeze; No insufferable mages could get in her way. Some individuals inside the store eyed her curiously as she entered the shop, while others knew what was about to happen and began quickly shuffling to the exit. Grim closed her sunshade and pointed it around the store towards all customers, maintaining her proximity to the door so that the stragglers couldn’t escape.
“Excuse me ladies and gentlemen, but I am robbing this establishment. If you wish to escape unharmed then I suggest you lie down and don’t annoy me.”
The patrons all did as they were told and dropped where they stood. Grim grinned to herself and proceeded to take a good portion of the ILacs on display. She knew that the people outside would notice the proceedings and go get help soon, but it didn’t matter. She knew this wouldn’t take much longer. As she finished up collecting the phones and storing them in her bag, the thief pointed the umbrella at the shopkeeper.
“You, empty the register and give me its contents. Immediately.”
Oi, little lady. How fuckin stupid do’ya think I am? You think I’m gonna be afraid o some parasol?”
Beneath the mask, the girl’s face morphed from a smile to a vexed scowl. Aiming the tip of the weapon slightly lower, she found the trigger and promptly released it. After a loud ignition, the shopkeep found himself leaving the mortal realm. Blood spurted onto the floor from a gaping head wound.
“You were warned. It’s hard for me to have any sympathy for you anymore.”
After that gunshot rang out, the crowds in front of the building went from some slight confusion as they tried to ignore the robbery nearby to full on panic, sprinting away from the store. The patrons in the store were too paralyzed with fear to risk their lives in a desperate escape attempt. Grim knew that the authorities would arrive soon, so she had no reason to remain. Though, she thought to herself what a shame it would be if she left any physical evidence. Without her magic it was much harder to cover her tracks. With that in mind, she unsheathed one of the pipe bombs from beneath her skirt, armed it and promptly rolled it to the far end of the store. She then grabbed a wooden chair from a nearby table and daintily skipped outside of the front door before closing it and sealing it shut with the chair against the knob. After a short few seconds, the bomb went off and ignited the entire back end of the store. The explosion presumably knocked out, if not killed, most of the people inside. She turned and bounded away quickly while beginning to hum her favorite tune to herself, sure to melt into the shadows once she left the city limits.
