FATE HAS MARKED ME AS A VILLIAN
EVEN THOUGH I'M JUST CURSED
Ah the spooky forest. Dark, Gloomy, and away from civilization. This was the perfect place to come and relax, letting all your worries go away as you sit back and enjoy nature. Lance looked around at the bright sun through the trees, squinting his golden eyes as he did. He sighed and sat down cross legged on the ground. Looking around him he could see that he was in a medium sized circular clearing that was rather deep in the forest. He placed his hand underneath his chin, resting his head on it before taking a deep breathe in and a deep breathe out. He collapsed onto the ground with a thud, staring back up into the sky before closing his eyes and drifting off into a slumber.
He awoke about an hour later when he felt the tiny bristles of whiskers gliding continuously across his face and the short and rapid breathes of air brushing against his nose. is eyes drifted open slowly to find that he was nose to nose with a bright orange fox. The moment he opened his eyes the fox hopped off of him and kept it's distance. He smiled softly at it an knelt up so that he was on one knee. "Hey. I'm not going to hurt you little guy." he spoke wit ha soft tone of voice, trying to comfort the creature.
As much as Lance wanted to avoid people, he didn't mind animals. In fact, he felt comfort in them and they seemed to also find comfort in him as the fox would slowly take a few steps forward cautiously before moving towards the mage willingly. Lance would gently lay a hand on the animals head. "You're safe. Nothing will hurt you when I am around." he smiled gently as he looked down at the creature before him.
