Ghost of a friend

Shennako looked over the job board hoping to find a decent job that he could make some jewls so that he could pay rent if he needed to, unfortunately he did not find the right one so he walked out the guild halls doors only to ram into a tall lanky person in a black robe that covered him from his head all the way to his feet. " Are you shennako silverwolf by any chance." The man said in a creepy tone, at first he was not sure if he should tell him but he decided to tell him. " Yea thats me tho why you asking." The robbed man reached into his pocket and pulled out a envelope as he handed it to him, reaching out shen grabbed it and as he did he opened it up and began to read it. 

"Dear old friend I don't know if you remember me but I need your help. A strange cursed has swept across my home land destroyed most of the population. I managed to escape, and am now in hiding, but while I was escaping from those creatures one of them bit me. Within the envelope I have placed my current location I am currently at an old cabin in the cursed lands, please come as soon as you can as I am beginning to feel rather feverous. Yours Truly Ino yatsamoto." 

In side the envelope with the letter was a job request but at least now he had a job so once he gathered his stuff for the trip he headed out.

As shennako was making his way towards the location for his job he realized that he needed to find a boat cause the place was on a island. It did not take him long and he was able to find a person which was willing to give him a ride over the lake to the cabin that his friend Ino was at. It was nice and sunny half way there but the closer he got to the island the thicker the fog was getting, he was not normally one to get spooked but it was very creepy the closer he got. 

When the boat came to shure shennako got out and when he turned around to pay the old man a little money that he had saved up the old man was not there. He looked around but he was no where to be seen which sent shivers down his spine, if he was thinking about it the old man could have just been a illusion or a ghost. 

Well he was on the island now so he had better get busy so he can get the mission over with cause the less time he was on the island the better he would be. He had walked only a few feet when he heard a weird moaning coming from behind a tree. " Hey show your self who ever is over there." As shennako said that a bear came walking out from behind the tree, there was just one problem and that was that the bear was missing a limb and half his face was missing from it's skull. It was only then that he was able to understand what his friend was tatalking about on his letter.

Shennako still was not fully sure what this bear was that was standing in front of him but he did know one thing and that was this animal was no longer of the living. The bear must have noticed Shen cause it started to growl but not in a normal way as it sounded distorted, the bear then charged at him as he attempted to take a big bite out of his flesh but luckily Shen was able to dodge in by jumping into the air above its head. Clinching his fist Shen planted his fist right into the top of the bears head but his fist suddenly went right though and out though the jaw. He knew that he did not punch him that hard so that answered his theroy which that these creatures was zombie and there was a curse on this island, with this info in mind Shen would need to be careful so to not catch the virus.

Before shen could continue on his path to find his friend he heard noise coming from behind him, turning his head Shen noticed a large claw coming at him so he rolled to his left to get away in time cause he could not afford to catch that virus and become like them a mindless beast. As he took a closer look at the animal he realized that it was the same bear that he thoought he had put down. Well he knew how to put the beast down for good, clapping his hands together a magic circle appeared around his hands as he created a earth hammer. " Earth make hammer." Once it was made he rushed in as he swung his hammer down onto the bear, when he did not get back up Shen knew that he took care of the beast for good this time around. 

It took him a few hours of roaming the woods but he had finally found a village, he was not sure if there was any one there cause from the looks of things the plplace was a ghost town. " Hello is any one home, I'm here to help im from the fairy tail guild. I was asked to come and kill some curse." He then heard a noise coming from one of the houses but instead of a human it was one of the undead, well it was not just one of them as many began to come slowly walking from the homes. " Welcome shennako I knew you would come, it's good to see you was able to join the guild of our dreams. But before I can allow you to end my suffering I need to know your strong enough so first your gonna need to fight these zombies." Shen heard a familiar voice coming from behind him so glancing behind him he saw his friend standinh on top of a buildig but she had a cloak covering her from head to toe, even cloaked he could never forget a child hood freind. He did not have ttime to be dealing with these wweaker enemy's so Shen made them chase him uuntil he lead them into a nerrow path before turning around to atattack. " Earth make: spikes." Placing his hands on the ground a bunch of stone spikes shot out of ground and made its way towards the zombies, the sspikes wwas able to pairce into the undead killing them which now just left his friend ino. 

" Congrats on beating those beasts, but now your real challage begains." Ino jumped down tto the ground from where she was, she took off her cloak and he could see that her skin was dying and had cracks all over her body. The fight was now on, the two rushed in towards one another as they began to trade blows with each other. 

Shen had now hit her four times but he was having a hard time to bring his self to keep fighting a friend so he was gonna end it with his nnext attack. In his left hand he had dark magic building and in his right was light magic so mixing them together shennako formed the choas blast a melding of light and dark magic into a large sphere as he blasted it point blank at ino. He watched as Ino vanished into nothing but he saw that she was smiling as he went, he could sesee her mouth the words thank you before she vanished. " AhhhAhhhhhhhAhhhAhhhhhhhhhh" shen fell to his kknees as he yelled a tearful goodbye to his friend, oonce he was done Shen picked him self up and began his way back to fairy tail.
