Personality: (Does what he believes is right no matter how crazy or stupid the task is. Has a strange tendency to sing and dance a lot when certain songs are played in the heat of battle or just hanging out. To a lot of people he may seem abit arrogant (or weird) but Howe considers it to be confidence. He may not act like it most of the time but Howe is a well-rounded warrior and an amazing strategist. And because of those attributes, he is a well renown commander of the Grand Pangian Military, the united army of the UN. In fact, he is the THE Commander-in-Chief of the Pangian Military, with over 45 million soldiers standing behind him.Though he is seen as this great military figure back home, in Fiore he does not recognized by that title. And he is OK with that.Why you ask? Why, it could be the fact that as such a with such a major responsibility, he would like a new change of pace. Or maybe at home he felt that maybe they all only appreciated his achievements as a military figure and nothing else. What every the reason, he has come to Fiore to become a wizard and maybe a good one. Howe hope to find a new purpose in this journey. Maybe make some new friends, take a couple of jobs, and have some bento along the way. But some may wonder, is this really what Howe is going to do from now on? Or is there another agenda? Could this be a hoax created by the Pangian government to gain knowledge about Fiore? Or is this really just a break from the long hard work of the Commander? Who knows? Perhaps this will be journey of unexpected twist and turns that could lead to either the truth or catalytic proportions.)
