This is the prologue that happened before... to share what happened. The events ended and this one began.

Indra had entered a deep sleep, no sooner after he was congratulated by Kohryu. He had been exhausted from exercising so much power, fighting off the dragon, and earning its respect and right to train him. Even the little dragon that had pestered him added to it.

He sort of didn't remember how, but Indra now was at rest, asleep in someplace warm, comfortable and pleasant. Only thing better was if he had a warm, beautiful woman asleep next to him...

... but the company that was near was no such luck.

Floating nearby, was the same mouthy red dragon-ling that had led him to Kohryu to begin with. He had been asked to keep an eye on him and make sure he was okay while he slept. To take on such a drastic change-- to become a dragon slayer-- was a taxing process. Even now, the magic was slowly changing his physical constitution to adapt to the new magic he had.

Several hours had passed, and Tailong had been looking after him for a while-- till he tried to rouse the sleeping man. The little dragon hovered closer, floating just over his head. "Ello? Wakey, wakey, sparky!" Tailong sang in an annoying tone to try and wake him up. He hovered around, puffing warm air at his face, but it only made him turn in his sleep. "Come on..." he groaned.

Then a mischevious look crossed his whiskers as he fluttered off somewhere. He soon returned hovering overhead-- with a small gong and mallet in his claws. "RISE AND SHINE!!" BONG!!

The bong echoed through the chamber where Indra slept-- though at best he opened his eyes in alarm, but didn't move. He slowly drew his gaze to the little dragon. The peeved look made the dragon stopped mid slam as glared at him.

"Eh... It's a wake up call..." Tailong murmured softly.

Indra wished he could strangle the reptile, but he flew a bit out of his reach.

His eyes shut again as he let the ringing in his head die down. Tailong really had a habit to make trouble when he wanted to. Indra rose a hand to his head and ran it through his hair. "Damnit, gecko... Ever hear of letting sleeping dogs lie," he growled.

"YOu been asleep for over 12 hours. Though Lord Kohryu did say you would be out for some time... " Tailong mused.

A sigh escaped Indra as he slowly sat up in bed, the covers slipping past his naked chest. He slowly adjusted and looked around. He was in a rather decorated oriental style chamber. The same style as Kohryu's royal throne-- gold and elegant stone crafted the walls and architecture. He now sat in a finely made bed with crystals that emitted natural light, since they were inside a mountain. It almost was worthy of an emperor.

    "When did I...?" Indra asked.

"YOu kind of passed out shortly after you returned. But Lord Kohryu said it was natural since your body is adjusting." Tailong explained.

    "Adjusting to what?"

Tailong looked up to the ceiling in thought. "Something about your magic. I don't know. It's best you ask him," the little dragon hummed, then somersault through the air and tossed the gong away with a clatter. "Which is what i wanted to tell you. Lord Kohryu told me to tell you when you woke up, he will be waiting for you in the main hall. Wanted to have you there when you woke up-- after you get dressed of course."

With that the dragon flew off, slipping through a crack in the doorway, and took off no doubt to wander the halls. Indra huffed at the absence of the little dragon, and slowly got himself out of bed.
