Description:
The heart of ice can be seen as both beautiful and cruel, as the cold paints a lovely scene that can still freeze any life in an instant. Just as good aesthetics cannot thrive in the real world without a touch of ugliness, so works the magic of ice. It can be use to create ice, to rain snow, to freeze the vicinity, or to generate the cold.
Glacier God Slayer, cold, ice, snow, freezing- many aspects go into this magic. One granted this darkness-infused grace of magic has the ability to manipulate ice and snow at will, and can lower temperatures. However, Izayuki focuses a lot on the feature of freezing. With this slayer magic, she can freeze anything- attacks, people, surroundings, and so on. The divine darkness of the god slayer goes much deeper than just this, though. Demonic ice is absolute, irreversible, as if it was trapped or frozen in time; it is unable to be be changed or sealed or controlled by outside forces. Glacier God Ice is able to leave its effect and hit straight to the spirit, not only focusing on the physical body. Anything is able to be frozen, in the end, be it something in reality, the shadows, or even the idea of concept itself.

Description:
At first glance, the Eastern Raccoon Dog, or Tanuki, is just a simple animal. Neither raccoon, dog, or badger, it is a unique being in itself. Yet, the spirit of this creature goes deeper. Despite some only being average animals, there lurks a number of Bakedanuki, a type of Yōkai that is not to be underestimated by any means. They are cunning, clever, and powerful beings that are playful and jovial in nature, often delighting in making mischief or playing tricks on others. The Tanuki is a master of using magical deceptions, disguise, illusions, and transformations, topping even the abilities of the Kitsune, Neko, and other Yōkai. By nature, they are incredibly strong and fast, with a good amount of stamina and durability compared to humans or other mortal beings.
Enter Rika, a Tanuki known with quite an infamous reputation in the Yōkai world. She was one of the keenest shapeshifters that her kind had ever known, and skilled in magic of many types. Even her presence itself could drain the awareness, power, and life of those around her were they proven to be a threat. She was by far the best example of a true Tanuki stereotype, being innocent, gullible, and absentminded, but still heeding to the inner wisdom that is open to all of her kind. Yet despite her status, one day, she simply disappeared, vanished, gone, as if her very existence had been spirited away in the matter of a heartbeat. Nobody knew where this Yōkai prodigy had retreated. Yet somehow, years after that, someone with the same blood flowing through her veins had survived, and ventured out into the world in the same manner as her mother. Rika's daughter, Izayuki, would inherit the same essence, being by nature, a Tanuki Yōkai.
Abilities:
With Rika's blood flowing through her veins, and the spirit of her mother never too far away, Izayuki has access to a number of unique abilities of a Bakedanuki, or Tanuki Yōkai. Most of these are simply for show, or for use in plots with OOC permission of other roleplayers, it all being a 'matter of style'.- Matter of Style:
• Like any Youkai, Izayuki can transform into any shape she chooses.
• Perception Manipulation is common among Youkai, and Izayuki can use it to create illusions. These illusions can easily be broken with enough focus, and are incorporeal- they cannot hurt anybody or be used well in battle. Most Tanuki only rely on illusions for practical pranks.
• As a Bakedanuki, Izayuki can actively hide or disguise her magical presence and power completely at will.
• When exposed to excessive amounts of blood or when in atmospheres of heavy oppression and darkness, Izayuki's madness is pushed to the point of sending her into a Youkai 'berserk mode'. Her eyes become red and emotion, logic, morals, and reason are blocked out. She is then only controlled by raw instinct, and often is driven by bloodlust. She gains a 10% boost in all stats, but this only applies in PvE or when using this element in a plot. It cannot be used in PvP and it is rare for her to even enter this state.
• Izayuki is able to communicate with and understand other life forms, such as animals.
• With OOC permission for PCs or with Weak(not Normal, Strong, or Boss) NPCs, Izayuki is able to temporarily possess them, gaining access to their mind and body. This is a tactic seldom used, however.
• Like most Bakedanuki, Izayuki can fly at will. However, she is no faster than she is on the ground, and is still subject to ranged magic, area of effects, strong winds, etc.

Canine Aspect
Being a canine of ancient myths, Izayuki is stronger than any average canine or human. Dealing melee damage comes naturally to the yokai, as her base is increased by twenty. In exchange for this, however, she is unable to hold any extra resistance against magic.
Youkai Aspect
Being a Bakedanuki, Izayuki has 25% more health and magic power than the average human, making her last a little bit longer in battle than a mere mortal. The downside to this is that when her HP reaches 0, she does not simply go unconscious. She dies and is left only as a soul, trapping her spirit and power, and left vulnerable. In soul state, as mentioned as a Matter of Style, she can be permanently destroyed, possibly possess a weaker being, or regenerate or reincarnate in a different thread.
妖の終わり • Ayakashi’s End
As an Ayakashi, Izayuki’s body is made completely of incorporeal ‘aura’ that takes on a shadowy physicality. Upon being completely destroyed the shade that makes up her space scatters for a few seconds, shrouding her soul, before it travels away to reform and regenerate into a physical state once again. The once incorporeal matter shrouds the soul which acts as a vessel of consciousness for the Bakedanuki. The soul can be implanted into anything, and uses the shadowy aura as its main physical vessel, which reconstructs itself as needed before being destroyed again, either by time or a defeat, when the ‘health’ reaches ‘nothing’. When this occurs, it appears as though she has perished.
黒血 • Black Blood • Kurochi
From the dark, shadow-like aura that makes up her physical matter, Izayuki is left without a true and natural state of life force. Her blood is obsidian-hued black in color to reflect this, and has unique properties all on its own, such as constantly regenerating so she never dies from blood loss. The blood is pitch onyx in color, but is no thicker or thinner than any other type of blood. Should one come into contact with the blood/aura, however, they are dealt user rank damage. Should she meet an untimely she has the choice of either using Ayakashi’s End, or taking her true form- a beast made completely of the dark aura. In this state, she loses much of her reason and logic, and reacts based on instinct only. In this state, she gains 30% more strength and speed, at the cost of her spells requiring 75% more mana to cast.
百鬼夜行 • Night Parade of 100 Demons • Hyakki Yagyou
With her mother once as a noble leader among Youkai, the same power that can attract and persuade other Ayakashi has been passed down to Izayuki. Using the power of the Night Parade of 100 Demons, Izayuki may summon up to 100 Mononoke of all different kinds once per post within a 100 meter radius. She may never have more than 100 Youkai ‘out’ at a time, however. This is a temporary contract, and once an Ayakashi has taken 3HP damage, they disappear. Each Ayakashi can deal melee damage that is equal to the Night Parade leader’s melee damage, as her power is channeled through them. Each individual, however, has a will of its own, and may choose to act for Izayuki, or against her, or follow its own instincts. They cannot benefit from her defenses.
Unique Abilities:
Fell Frost ♦ Whenever this ability is toggled on, the surrounding three hundred meter radius is coated in frosty black ice. This makes the environment easy to lose traction on. The air drops below freezing, and within magical seconds those caught within may find themselves with frozen skin and flesh while within the radius. The third to fourth degree frostbite causes no damage but is excruciatingly painful due to the unholy and darkness-laced nature of the freezing. The slayer may teleport to the edge of this radius and thus move the middle of the frosty field once per post. Additionally, the user gains 50% magic damage resistance. If other ice slayers attempt to eat the second generation glacier god ice, they will take unique ability melee damage. The aesthetics and effects of this ability may be separated and toggled as necessary. Additionally, with permission of the other players for plot purposes, opponents and allies that ideally should reach 0 HP are "Frozen" at 1 HP, but unable to continue fighting and/or placed into a frosty state of sleep. NPCs and PCs with permission may fall asleep if exposed to the Fell Frost for too long.
Freezing Aspect ♦ Damage taken by the Glacier God Slayer is frozen in place, almost for good. The injuries or reduced health sustained cannot be reversed or healed by use of any type of spell or ability, nor regenerated, for three full turns. In turn for this, she may have no HP buffs. Initiating this part of Freezing Aspect costs her equal mana for every heal or regeneration the opponent uses that gets shut down. The one bestowed with the Ice God Slayer powers can debuff nearby enemies by 65% melee damage resistance within a three hundred meter radius. If they are outside this radius, the debuff ceases to work. These effects can be toggled at will.
Snowflake Dryad ♦ This ability allows Izayuki to transform into something of cold substance, a flurry of ice and snow and cold winds that is roughly the same size as her human body with a strength and durability of her unique ability melee damage. If she chooses, she may still look completely normal. She can bend her snowy, ice, and windy body to any shape to avoid spells or have them go through her, but can revert back at will with no damage to her human body. Additionally, Izayuki has a 50% boost to melee damage.
Winter Warmth ♦ Within three hundred meters or with direct contact with her or her magic, an opponent's movement/speed/dash/teleportation/etc is halted if the user pays mana equal to what they paid to use the teleportation. This may be toggled on and off. Winter Warmth also offers the slayer to stop enemy debuffs, effects, and seals/lockdowns by paying mana equal to what her opponent paid. Additionally, Izayuki has a 50% boost to melee damage.
Glacial Omnipotence ♦ Being the God Slayer of the coldest element, Izayuki is able to create, generate, and manipulate ice, snow, chilled air, and freezing water at will in up to a three hundred meter radius around her. The ice has a strength and durability of unique ability melee damage. When in a cold environment that is below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit, Izayuki regenerates 5% mana every turn and deals 50% more melee damage.
Sovereign Slayer ♦ The Glacier God Slayer maintains a melee damage base increase of 20 damage. As a result, she may not use any health regeneration or be healed by allies, nor does she have any access to speed buffs. Additionally, whenever Izayuki must pay mana for anything, the cost is reduced by 50%.
Unholy Infliction ♦ The darkness that is infused within the Glacier God Slayer magic also flows through the veins and spirit of the user. As a result, any type of attack from Izayuki directly wounds the spirit, as well as the body, which penetrates soul formed or energy/magic or spiritual armor/shields/barriers, and even affects incorporeal, ghostly, or elemental bodies of all sorts for the MP cost it took to generate/change them. Since the user's melee hits inflict damage on both spirit reality and the physical world, she generally deals 50% more melee damage overall.

Strengths:

Description: Izayuki can create many ice mirrors out of moisture that reflect her appearance, the vicinity, and the enemy all around the opponent, making a very disorienting scene in a 30 meter radius around her. Usually, a NPC enemy attacks the mirrors instead of her, as she is hiding among them. It is also very difficult to navigate around altogether. The mirrors are easily shattered with any weak blow- offering no resistance. Anyone hit by the shockwave of magic delivered once per post will take AoE damage and lose 5% MP.
Strengths:

♦ The ice mirrors can provide hiding.
Weaknesses:
♦ It is hard to generate as many ice mirrors in desert terrain.

In a 60 meter radius around her, Izayuki can generate a blinding, wind-noisy blizzard of snow and icy wind. The main purpose of this spell is to blind any opponent caught in it. The snowblind causes frostbite as well, which deals 50% C rank damage, a shockwave being issued once per post starting from the user and ending at the edge of the range.
Strengths:
• Izayuki can still see through her own flurry of snow and wind.
• The user is able to hide in the blizzard for successful evading or sneak attacks.
Weaknesses:
• Allies can be easily caught in the blizzard and affected.
• Wind mages can potentially blow through the flurry for a temporary longer field of vision.
• Having keen hearing, the loud noise of the wind can potentially disorient the user.

Using surrounding moisture in the air or water or ice given to her, Izayuki can create a seemingly alive being out of ice that normally takes the form of some sort of basic medium-large sized animal such as a wolf, tiger, tanuki, dragon, phoenix, etc. This frozen friend can fight for her, let her ride it, etc. It can deal melee damage when attacking and takes 2 C rank hits to take down.
Strengths:
• The being created behaves like a normal animal in most cases, with similar strengths.
• Water and ice attacks do not affect it.
Weaknesses:
• Long exposure to fire attacks can melt them.
• They are weaker and do not last as long in moisture-less environments like deserts.
• Izayuki cannot make anything larger than the realistic animal itself.
• The animals will get tired and dissipate or melt after a while.

Description:
With a blast of this spell, Izayuki truly makes the battlefield her own. Every inanimate object in the surrounding vicinity radius of 100 meters, as well up and down, is glazed with a heavy frost, roughly an inch or more thick. The air itself reaches temperatures of thirty-two degrees Fahrenheit (0 degrees celsius) or lower, and freezes those trapped within the blast for one post. The friction on all surfaces decreases drastically, and forward on certain biomes can be forged from the ice, namely jungle and forests- trees, plants, and vines made of her black ice that seem alive in their own way. Anyone caught in this radius is frozen in place every other post. Izayuki has complete control of the motion and physics of her ice-made objects in this temporary winter wonderland. They deal melee damage when used to attack someone caught within.
Strengths:
• Izayuki feels at home from the vicinity being below freezing, not losing friction.
• The surfaces are incredibly slick- balancing, jumping, and holding position is nearly impossible.
Weaknesses:
• Allies in the area can be injured by the Hyoumitsurin, as well as lose friction.
• Izayuki often has a harder time controlling the winter wonderland.

Description:
Truly a frightening spell, Kiyoku reigns as a supreme binder and icy torture chamber of sorts, depending on the discretion of its user. With this power, Izayuki can trap a single target inside of a "snowglobe" made of ice. The size can be relatively small- just large enough to keep them inside, or it can be made up to fifty meters tall and wide. It takes 2 B rank hits to bust out. While trapped in the snowglobe, the temperature is below freezing. The opponent can suffer from moderate to severe frostbite and hypothermia side-effects. On top of this, Izayuki can turn the snowglobe "on". From here, she can make a thick, blinding blizzard of miniature ice shards swirl around to shred at and injure the victim, dealing B rank spell damage within the circumference once per post.
Strengths:
• The target is trapped safely inside, with no way out but through powerful force.
• Izayuki can both bind and injure an opponent in her snowglobe.
Weaknesses:
• If not aimed accurately, the snowglobe could potentially trap an ally.
• In hot desert climates with less moisture in the air, the duration is only 5 posts.

• The healing process is extremely painful, often making others or Iza herself unwilling to use the spell.

Description:
When liquid water freezes, unlike other elements, it does not get denser as it becomes a solid. Put simply, it expands. The molecules move farther apart from one another, which is unique only to dihydrogen monoxide. Izayuki unleashes a burst of unholy ice once per post, and should it touch anyone, the spell activates. This terrifying spell allows Izayuki to slowly freeze the water inside of people, making it expand as it becomes a solid. While she does not completely freeze the people or the water to death, the effects of the spell put the opponent through hellish agony and pain and deals full B rank spell damage, while also freezing and immobilizing them every other post. The victims of the spell may experience blurry vision, dizziness, nausea, and select other illness symptoms (for plot).
Strengths:
• The spell puts the opponents through some of the worse pain to ever be felt, and later leaves them with blurry vision, dizziness, nausea, sleepiness, etc.
Weaknesses:
• Hiatsu is slightly less effective against fire mages, resulting in less pain and fewer after-effects.

As this seemingly beautiful, but cold weather continues, the snow itself deals .5x spell damage per turn if the snow touches someone. Unfortunately, this also affects allies within range, and can be very hazardous to the surroundings; thus, not good for use when she is attempting to protect a certain group of people or a place.
Strengths:
• Deals damage over time.
Weaknesses:
• One can simply find shelter from the snow to avoid damage, such as hiding under a shield or sturdy object, or in a vehicle.
• Allies can be caught in the attack, and suffer the same effects and damage as any enemy.
• Not good for use in public areas with many innocents around.

Description:
Using her ice slayer powers, Izayuki can generate a giant dome with a radius of seventy five meters, that has walls that are at least 5 meters thick each. This takes 1x A hit to break. The purpose of this thick wall of darkness-infused ice is to keep opponents trapped inside and unable to see. Opponents are unable to sense Izayuki with physical senses. Along with this, each physical attack of Izayuki's is increased by 65%. Once the dome is destroyed, the inability to sense Izayuki stops. She still retains her buff for the duration, however.
Strengths:
• The dome is pitch black inside, completely removing the sense of sight for everyone.
• The dome makes a good defense if the user wishes to make it smaller, and enhances the caster's strength.
Weaknesses:
• Allies can be caught in the ice dome as well as enemies.
• Izayuki herself is unable to see too well in the dome, and must rely on her other senses.

Description:
By directly touching a target, or hitting them with a shard of ice that travels at 300 meters per second for 300 meters, Izayuki can begin working her magic on a single spell that freezes the nitrogen gas inside of the space in their lung chambers by focusing her ice slayer freezing abilities. This causes extreme pain in the lung area as the nitrogen drops to -321 degrees Fahrenheit and freezes from the gas phase to a liquid state, scalding, burning, drowning, and freezing the inner lung cavities all at once. This devastating attack deals .5x advanced spell damage per post for five posts, capping at 2.5x damage total. Every other post, opponents will be frozen, unable to move, every other post. This costs the spell's rank in mana to undo each time.
Strengths:
• Deals damage over time.
• At the end of the duration, weaker opponents will be frozen.
Weaknesses:
• The spell may only affect one person at a time.
• Heat-using wizards might not feel the painful effects in their lungs of the liquid nitrogen.

After sucking in a large amount of freezing air and moisture, Izayuki can release a very large blast of black frosty energy. The radius of the beam is 400 meters, and can travel for up to 400 meters. It will deal 120 HP damage. She may use this icy blast once per post. It will freeze any opponent caught in the godly magic for 1 post every other post.

• The size of the blast is smaller in desert environments thanks to lack of moisture and cold in the air.

The haze can defend Izayuki against 1 S rank hit. After that, she takes damage normally, but the buff remains until the spell wears off.

Description:
Under a dark and unholy atmosphere covering four hundred meters of a radius around the Glacier God Slayer, snow will begin to fall, slowly and gently. A beautiful winterscape will begin to take shape under the darkened skies. Despite the tranquility of it all, those who wander into the light blizzard will begin to grow tired, and are quickly lulled to sleep by the winter wonderland (Job/plot NPCs and with permission, PCs). These snowflakes are deadly, capable of dealing 70 HP damage in the initial start of the spell. Once per post, the user may initiate another shockwave of a blizzard to try to damage the opponents in range at. During and after this, the user will experience a buff of 75% to melee damage output. Additionally, opponents will be immobilized every other post. To clear one of these effects, someone of equal rank must pay H rank mana. Lower ranks can pay mana if they have an ability to do so. This only cancels it for the turn and not the entirety of the spell's duration. Each time they wish to clear the debuff they must pay the mana cost.

Anyone hit by a piece of the spell is immobilized every other post and takes a drain of 5% MP. It costs the MP paid to cast the spell to negate the effects every time.
