The Oleander, or Nerium, is a unique tree that blossoms five-petaled flowers of white and pink. The entire plant is poisonous, known to kill anyone who ingests even a fragment of it. The sickness that threatens any unstable body of dark matter or energy is known as Oleander due to its uncanny effects on the host. Oftentimes, symptoms will include blossoming effects in addition to generic illness traits. Nerium is primarily a malady of life force, be it spirit or blood. It is caused by anomalous beings in close consistent contact with the life force of their host. The blood or aether of a being becomes poisoned and begins to affect the host. Sometimes, the ailment may be taken advantage of to use supernatural aspects of it against others. Ultimately, it is an incurable disease and cannot be traced by standard medical or magical healing means. Typical symptoms include blood loss, abnormal appetite, blindness, shaking, severe aching, psychosis, periodic loss of consciousness, poor sleeping patterns, among many other mysterious and random cases. In Izayuki’s case, the Nerium Anomaly, or more informally, the Oleander Illness, was caused by the entrance of three parasitic hell demon beings into her body and bloodstream. The ayakashi’s body of dark matter and energy was unable to expel the trio of demonic entities and as a result, her physicality was left to suffer for it. Presently it can be partially controlled and even user as a defense mechanism against others when combined with magic. When backed into a corner or severely threatened, the parasitic demons will release signals to the mind of the host to choose fight over flight. Izayuki has unwillingly learned to co-exist with the trio of hell demons for the present moment, but continues to search for ways to purge them from her yokai body.

Petal Pith ✽ When threatened, Izayuki may transform her body into a dryad of pink or white oleander petals. This gives her body a durability and strength of unique ability melee damage. Additionally, the magic of the Oleander permits Izayuki to generate and control them as needed within a user rank burst range at a user rank burst speed. Along with this, the afflicted user maintains a 65% boost to melee damage.Corrisive Contamination ✽ In a user rank burst range and speed around the user, the Oleander illness remains thick in the air. Anyone within range can become infected temporarily until they leave the radius. They will receive symptoms of blurry visions, bloodlust, madness, coughing, blood loss, etc (OOC permission only for these/Aesthetic). This ability drains those caught within its reach every post by 5% mana, while granting the user a 65% boost to mana . Additionally, the user may teleport to the edge of the field of sickness once per post.
Slippery Shadows ✽ With the hell demons in her being, the user may create and manipulate shadows within user Rank burst radius. The shadows travel at user rank burst speed and have a durability and strength of Izayuki’s rank. Additionally, she may turn herself into one of the shadows to gain the same benefits as the shadows she creates. She may teleport from one shadow to another within the burst range.

Description: The user shrouds the area in thick and heavy darkness from the oleander’s magic at 30 m/s for 60 meters, keeping it consistently dark and sending out a shockwave once per post that deals 30 HP damage. The poisonous darkness is heavy, weighing down those caught within its reach to the point where they can no longer move every other post. Opponents are unable to see, hear, smell, or sense anything physically for the duration unless mana is paid by higher ranks to negate all the effects.

Description: Through the twists of madness lurks an insanity from the very ground and earth. Out of any ground, the user may summon variations of thick or thin black vines that are covered in large thorns and sparsely-placed white oleanders within a radius of one hundred meters. The vines and thorns only deal melee damage. If a thorn of one of the vines manages to draw blood, the alabaster-colored flowers will turn to a blood-shade of crimson. These flowers release a rosy fragrance with a high load of poisonous gas. Those who are in range of these flowers will begin to have the moderate side-effects of poisoning, becoming lightheaded with vertigo and dazing, nauseous, and having blurry vision (aesthetic only). This gas will make those in range ‘sleep’ every other post, becoming immobilized, while additionally draining 5% MP per post.

Weaknesses:
❀ The thorns must draw blood before their secondary effects may be activated.

Description: Microscopic black pollen from the trio of hell demons reaches to a full 150 meter radius at 75 meters per second once per post. The infection causes opponents to bleed out from their skin, dealing 50 HP damage to anyone hit and additionally shutting down one A rank or lower spell at the user’s will. The blood often is dyed black from the caustic oleander pollen. From there, victims are drained of 5% mana every post unless higher ranks pay mana per post to negate it.
Strengths:
❀ Enemies are struck with a painful illness as they bleed out.
Weaknesses:
❀ Allies who have not received an antitoxin from Izayuki will be affected by the oleander pollen.

Description: From her body and the poisonous ‘pollen’ contaminates that she generates, Izayuki can create an army of black centipedes with neon blue veins and patterns covering their exoskeleton within 300 meters. Each one of the pinching little creatures deals 90 HP damage and moves at 225 meters per second. If one comes into physical contact with someone, the victim will lose 5% mana.
Strengths:
❀ The creepy crawlies are lovely in color and appearance and quite loyal to the host of their progenitors.
Weaknesses:
❀ The centipedes do not know friend from foe and attack at random, potentially putting allies in danger.

Description: Within a 300 meter radius, the Oleander’s black but microscopic pollen is spread to the furthest reaches at 150 m/s, per post. The primary symptom of this pollen making contact with a person is poisonous white oleander flowers blossoming out from the skin of the afflicted, causing 90 HP damage. The toxic pain of the flowers spreading root and growing throughout a person’s body causes them to be immobilized every other post. The blossoms require energy to grow and thus drain 5% mana from the afflicted. The ill effects may be negated by higher ranks if they pay mana cost for each effect per turn.
Strengths:
❀ The spell is harsh towards those who fall victim to it, which makes it useful in tough battles.
Weaknesses:
❀ Unless someone, such as an ally, has received an antitoxin from Izayuki, they are subject to this spell if they are in range.
