    Hot-Spring Cleaning [job~solo] Empty Hot-Spring Cleaning [job~solo]

"Hot spring cleaning? Eh... Okay then."

Desmond was standing before a hot spring, with bucket, towel, and mop in hand, lacking his usual formal suit and fedora to instead be donned with a white long sleeve dress shirt and jeans, probably the least good-looking clothes he had. He was never against cleaning, and in fact he quite enjoyed getting up dirt and grime to make the general space more pristene in terms of appearance. The problem was finding clothes to clean in, which erked him painfully.

"Well... This will have to do."

He got down onto his hands and knees, with the towel in hand and the mop bucket close nearby. The hunter put the towel into the mop bucket, wrung it out, then began scrubbing the floor. His strategy was to get the thick messes off the ground by hand, then use the mop to get the rest. It would be a fairly easy, yet time consuming task. So, he quite literally crawled around, finding every piece of trash and picking it up, but otherwise scrubbing the whole floor.

After finishing that, Desmond breathed a sigh of relief. That was the hard part done. Next, came the mopping. This would be significantly easier than the scrubbing, since all of the tough stuff was already up. All he needed to do was dump the mop into the bucket, wring out the end, place it on the ground, then move around. Easy enough. So that was what he did, and in a time frame nearly a quarter as long as his first session of scrubbing took, he was complete.

"Easy. Now I just need to get the locker room cleaned and I'll be done with this."

He went into the locker room, and checked all of the lockers that weren't fully locked, and made sure there were no items locked in them. As he expected, there weren't. So, he rinsed and repeated - no pun intended - what he did with the hot springs themselves. Although this time he included washing the walls as well. So, after the second mopping of the day, as well as the third, counting the walls, scrubbing, Desmond took a minute to think. Something felt... Off. Yes, this job took him almost 2 hours to do, especially since he did so on his hands and knees, but something felt like he wasn't done yet. Like it went by too fast. Then the thought hit him.

I HAVE TO DO EVERY ONE!

The man facepalmed so hard that the sound of it echoed throughout the locker room, then went to go change his mop water. Afterwards, Desmond treaded dreadfully to the next hot spring with a heavy groan, his laziness kicking in immediately. He was a person who did all of his jobs with great efficiency, but HATES when he has to do more work after completing his supposed goal. So, he continued.

After half of his day gone, each hot spring taking longer to clean than the last simply from sheer laziness on Desmond's part, the hunter was complete. Now he wanted a nap. A shower, then a nap.
