He had been traveling for a while through the mountains bundled in thick furs to keep the winds and coldness of the area from sinking into his skin. While he managed to stay warm, his feet and legs were beginning to feel the strain of fatigue as he moved through the area searching for a guild that was supposedly located in these mountains. He walked and walked with no structure in sight, but what he did run into was a massive storm of snow and winds that seemingly came out of no where.
Trying his best to keep the wind from ripping off his jacket, he would hold onto it with one hand as he used the other hand to try to block some of the ice that was slamming into his face as he pressed forward having no clue which way he was going, but hoping that his direction would lead him out of this mess.
He would continue on alone for a while, but find his feet coming to a stop as his third eye caught movement to his left. Glancing over to it he’d squint all three eyes trying to make out what was there. There was a shadow…something low to the ground. An animal…but what type? A howl in that storm would answer that question for him.
He had been spotted by a wolf and not just one a whole pack of them. Before he knew it he was surrounded by the snarling beasts that had made a tight circle around him. Highly uncomfortable to be caught in blizzard by wolves, the lone wanderer would forget about his fatigue as he instead focused on not getting eaten as he tried to keep an eye on all the members of this group that choose to stand around versus attack. It was strange behavior for sure, even more so when the leader of the pack a large black wolf with golden eyes stepped forward to stare him down.
Taking a small step back to brace himself for an attack, he would stare back at the wolf for a long stretch of time, the large animal seemingly studying him before it let out at a rough bark that caused the circle of wolves to disband leaving only the black wolf before him. The wolf would study him for a while, before making a jerking motion with its head as if to signal him to follow before it turned and began to walk away.
Blinking a bit confused, Deshi would hesitate for a second and then deciding this was probably his only chance to get out of here, he would shift and cautiously begin to follow the wolf through the blizzard.
It would take a while, but eventually the blizzard would thin out and eventually cease as the wolf lead him to a building that seemed to sit in the midst of it all. Looking the building up and down, the place certainly did seem to fit the description of the guild building he was looking for, so now he was where he needed to be. Great!
Huh. Guess he should be thanking that wol- eh? The wanderer would look around the now calm area searching for the wolf, but just like a ghost it had vanished. Strange. It made him wonder if those wolves existed only to guide and judge rather than attack like a normal wolf would have. Hmmm…Strange, but something he wouldn’t focus on too long as he turned back to the building and decided to enter it.
