Name:Opal Cyclone
Description:Tomo uses multicolored flames and rotates it's wings to make a cyclone that takes out multiple enemies at once, duration is 2 posts,cool-down 4 posts.
Strengths:Burns opponent and can penetrate armor up to B-rank.
Weaknesses:Can be countered from above.

Please add a cooldown and a duration to the abilities. Also express the power of the Opal Cyclone in terms of Rank.
