Hot fashion for a hot season

Warmer part of the year rolled around, but Eero barely noticed it. The scholar was usually buried under dozens of books in his room, making him question his lifestyle from time to time. It was on one of those days, when the boy felt like it was high time that he stretched his sore muscles. He was barefoot, as he usually was, clothed with long sweatpants and a plain t-shirt. Eero was walking around the guildhall corridors, his quiet steps the only sound that echoed within them. At some point he found himself going down the main staircase that connected the entrance hall and its surroundings with the rest of the guildhall. The boy passed by the bulletin board, when something caught the corner of his eye. It was a poster on the bulletin board. It was talking about a summer fashion show of sorts. Apparently it was Quill, who was behind the event, as it took place inside the Paradise - the strange place between places. While Eero wasn't into fashion, but spending more time with his guildmates sounded like a great idea.

Eero quickly returned to his room and changed his clothes, to better fit the summer theme of the event. He was still barefoot, but now he was wearing simple black shorts and a tight black t-shirt with short sleeves, that had a writing on it "I'm in love with the coco-nut" with a picture of a coconut underneath it. Black colour probably wasn't the best idea for sun, but he was hoping that he would be able to sit in shade with a cold one. Just in case, he took one of his mugs with him and filled it with water. His last journey to the desert and heat was quite an excruciating experience for him. After a bit of looking around, he located the entrance to the Paradise and he stepped inside. He was immediately hit with the heat of the beach that sprawled in front of him. His bare feet stepped onto the warm sand, reminding him of that job he did with Arghast, once again. Eero walked forward a little bit and noticed that somebody was already present - his fellow guildmate, Leona. He was glad to see a familiar face. "Hello, Leona! How are you?" He would call out to the guildmate in a cheery voice.

Eero's fellow guildmate greeted him back. Shortly after his coming, however, an another person appeared. It was a girl that Eero didn't recognise, but Leona did, judging from her reaction. She was dressed in an oriental fashion, black and red colours being dominant. The boy wanted to introduce himself, but his intention was cut short by an annoucement. The fashion show was going to be underway in a little bit, so they were given some time to peruse around the area at their leasure. Leona voiced her concerns about the fashion on her person. She wasn't the only one when it came to that, if Eero had to be honest.

The mage knew that this was supposed to be a fashion show. But he also knew that he didn't have anything fashionable that would be worth a catwalk. Instead, he just settled on a t-shirt with a funny design. At least, Eero thought it was funny. "I am not exactly fashionable myself. Don't worry about it." He would point to his t-shirt, the only redeeming piece of clothing he had on his person. "Also, I don't think we've met before." Eero would turn to the girl unknown to him. "I am Eero. I'm from Silver Wolf, like Leona. Pleasure to meet you." He would say with a small bow of his head. "Got any ideas as to what are you going to do for the next bit?" Eero would ask on the side. While he had a mug of water with him, he could go for some food. He wasn't hungry in particular, but something smelled awfully delicious.

The other girl, after hearing the fashion talk recited what had been put up at her Guild and pointed out that they would probably be given clothes to show off. Fair enough, but Eero still didn't think he had a model's body. Quite the opposite. Afterwards she introduced herself as Amaryllis Sita. Eero thought that the name fit her. She also noted that she was from the Guild of Fairy Tail. The boy had heard about the Guild before. Slightly infamous, if he had to say. While he had met a few people from different Guilds before, this was his first meeting with somebody from another Guild while he is in one himself. Just after Amaryllis had introduced herself, an another annoucement rang through the area, talking about the shows that were supposed to take place and some rules, aswell. Eero hummed in acknowledgement. What piqued Eero's interest was the part where there was a midnight show mentioned, which was apparently only for ladies. Which meant that he was out of that one, only there was watching. Eero felt kind of relieved.

Leona took a sip from her canteen and ultimately decided to stay for the show. The boy thought that it was probably better if he signed up for the first show, even if he didn't consider himself a model. "I'll sign up for the first show." He would say and take a sip from his mug. "I'll leave the midnight one to you." Eero would add, ready to make for the signing up.
