    Well, I appear to have enough experience to rank up, so it's time for my exam! Second time around, and I'd like to do an exam, even if though it isn't required. It just makes things more fun!

    Aight! Here we go~

    Your exam is 500 words. There have been reports of spider webs of unnatural size... and neon rainbow colors in Rose Garden. Your job is to investigate these. The source of the webs are neon colored spiders of a rather large size, however, these giant spiders are harmless overall. It is up to you how they are dealt with, if at all. You must make a ruling on what to do about them IC.
