Rina looked at the window to see the rain as it hit it. She pondered what she was going to do with all the time she had. She didn't really want to do a job that day, but it was as though boredom had slipped right into her body. It seemed as though the rain was making her more negative than usual, which was extremely bad for her considering what happened the last time she was feeling depressed. She was hoping that this rain wouldn't cause that tiny bit of taint needed to spread across her soul. She was always in danger of it, which scared her. She felt a pang of fear in her heart, which made her stand up and go to the job board. As she walked towards it, she saw something catch her eye. It had a tiny animal on it that was begging for help. Aura felt Chiki as he rested on the shoulder of Rina. As she looked at her tiny friend, she knew that that was a job that she would have to do. She had to do it for Chiki, if not for him then all the other animals out there that needed help. It was odd though, she hadn't even read the job but yet she was going to take it.

She took the sheet from the paper and read it's description. What was written on the sheet of paper was, "Save the animals! All of them are in danger of being killed, so please save them before its too late. After the portals to Tesukaze was opened to everyone, poachers had come into the land and terrorized the animals. They are now beginning to kill the animals, so please do whatever you can to save them all!" As Aura read down further, she frowned as she read that it was an A rank job. She gritted her teeth at the pain of not being able to do the job, but then again she realized she could actually get another mage to help her. With the help of her Ilac, she took a netwide message and sent it to all legal/neutral guild members across all of Fiore.

She sat in a seat next to her chair and waited. She twiddled with the flyer as she tried to listen for a notification that someone actually accepted her request. She looked down depressingly at the little sheet of paper and read it over and over again, just to pass the time by. She wondered why it was taking so long for someone to actually pick up the request, then she heard it. With a loud ding, she rushed to her Ilac to see that the request was finally picked up. She was so ready for this job, even if she didn't know who the person was. With a few taps, she typed out the message to the person and said, "Hey, meet up with me at the portal by 5:00 AM tomorrow if you can. I hope we can work well together and get those animals saved." With a smile, she looked off into the distance and smiled happily.

The morning had gone by smoothly, with everything according to plan yet it was still late afternoon when he had begun to finish up in the flower filled greenhouse, with the ship to be docking to Crocus in a few days the man knew how soon their streets will be filled with students, tourists and citizens exploring every nook and cranny of the ship, festives would fill the streets as craftsmen would set up stalls to sell their goods and children would be sent out into the crowds with baskets of treats. The greenhouse now cleaned and pristine would awe every visitor as they opened the doors only to be surrounded with the rich scents that the air held. He stretched back, letting the warmth of the sun relax his muscles as it charged through the windows, feeding its light and energy to his precious children the sun was welcomed by the male who’s face soon wore a casual smile. With everything running reasonably smoothly at the moment he felt a little useless, all of the teams had been sent on missions, members partnered together and training had been set dates. Yet for the past while he had been working within the guild, just in his own little group with the exception of sharp, but she didn’t really count much. Yes, perhaps it would do him well to write another name into his contact book. Perching on the edge of a small wall surrounding a little fishpond Lester rummaged around in a small bag at his feet. iLac and drink bottle in hand he set to resting, perhaps there was a job he could take on, maybe just something small to meet some other guild mages, whilst he adored the members that had gathered under his wings there was a slight need inside of him for a fresh perspective on life. Fingernail slightly tapping every so often as he scrolled down the list eyes glazed over, killing a big evil demon, protecting important people, he wasn’t really in the mood for something which would give him no return on emotional investment.

Saving animals from poachers? A slight smile flickered across his face as an image of Val came to mind, she had lived in a forest once. There were lots of places in need of help, yet with animals there was a certain connection you formed after saving them. It would be a nice job, A rank, not easy by any means however the great profit and knowledge that poachers were stopped would be nice. After a few moments of scanning once more over the information he sent a brief message outlining his interest in the partnership, yet he hardly had a moment to finish his drink and put the technology down before a reply lit up the screen. Meeting by the portals at five, they weren’t too far away, he could leave in the morning with plenty of time to spare.

The next morning had gone as normal, a gentle wake up call from a certain sloth as well as the sounds of nighttime critters hurrying around for their last meal. He hadn’t skipped a single process in the morning ritualistic schedule he kept, each flower was replaced with fresh water sloshing into the vases left around the Guildhall. Two notes written, one left under the door of Rin for her and theo, the other had been placed under a small paperweight on the upstairs table. He would be gone for the day, possibly returning tomorrow late into the night at the latest.

White cloak swirled around his shoulders as the male wandered towards the portal door, there were a few small groups gathered nearby, clearly this was a commonly used transport portal, finger faintly brushed against the small bag and staff that sat snugly on his back under the cloak. He was a little early from the looks of it, however that accompanied with the fact that he hadn’t a clue what this other person looked like Lester resorted to sitting on a bench close to the portal, next time perhaps it would be good to ask them if they had any striking characteristic or clothing, without it all seeming like a romantic question of course. Unless this ‘Rina Everglades’ from Fairytail happened to come across him soon then perhaps he would have to go and ask everyone if they were who he was supposed to meet with. Not to mention that if she took too long the Cornish pasties in his bag for breakfast would go cold.

Rina looked around the village near the portal and wondered what kind of things they would have there. She even pondered if there were items sold by those criminals they call, "poachers". Rina shivered at the idea, because it was too terrible to even think about. She couldn't even bare to think about the fact that there could easily be some sort of mystical animal's guts hanging around in some sort of black market. So, she took a deep breath as she stiffened her body up. With the release of air, she began to loosen back up and cleared her mind of the horrible possibilities that rested in this village. She then decided that she should go up to a local and ask them about the whereabouts of some rations, and maybe even something to help with the job itself. So, as she walked up to a person wearing sunglasses and a trenchcoat, she asked, "Do you know if there are any rations around?" With a spiteful tone in his voice, he said to Rina very annoyed, "Go bother someone else. I don't want an idiotic girl messing with me right now, and I sure as hell don't need to be talking to same guild mage." As he shoved her away, Rina glared at him with hate in her eyes but decided that she couldn't deal with him right now. She needed some real help, not someone who would just push her away like that. So, she began to walk towards the other direction

She looked around to see if anyone was willing to help her, but it took her 10 minutes to actually find a kind person. With a smile, they pointed to an area that was about 3 minutes away if you walked there. With a smile, Rina thanked the helpful lady as she walked off to the ration area and bought some food and drinks. The items would be hard to carry around, so Rina sent it off into the heavenly gardens in hopes that the goddess wouldn't be mad she was using it for her own personal gain. Rina then decided that it was time for her to finally go to the portals. She couldn't wait to actually meet her job partner. Rina couldn't believe that she was actually doing an A rank job. She smiled as she remembered the first job she had ever done in Fairy Tail as she walked towards the portal. It was with her favorite little child, Sogi. Now, Sogi was pretty much separated from the guild, due to him not being respondent to it. She frowned, but she understood that doing all these things were hard to keep up with, especially if you were as young as Sogi. She didn't want to be too distracted by the fact that Sogi was pretty much gone, so she decided it was time to take another deep breath. So, she did, and when she opened her eyes, she saw a bridge leading straight to an area that was beautiful. There were so many trees and plants, that it made the area look almost similar to the Heavenly Gardens. Rina stood in awe as she looked at it. So, she began walking on that bridge, ready to enter the area.

Rina entered the area the portal was around, but the problem was...was that she had no idea what this person looked like. All she really knew about them, was that their name was "Lester Drynedi" or something like that. She looked around in hopes of actually finding this person, but there were too many people around here that could possibly be the one person she had signed up with. It was utter chaos for her to actually pick out that one person who had nothing attached to their name. Rina didn't even think about the situation till now. She hit herself on the forehead and couldn't believe that she was such an idiot for not checking in with this person. So, she decided to sit on a bench, where she looked down at her phone and messaged the person. On the little box, she wrote, "Hey, where are you? I'm sitting on a bench near the portals. I completely forgot to ask about what you looked like before I decided to go on a job with you. So, yea...try and find me." As she pressed enter, she took a photo of what was in front of her and pressed the little button with a camera on it. The inside of the photo encaptured a few groups of mages in brown cloaks, along with the bridge Rina had crossed to get to the portal from the village.

He had been about to wander around in search of the individual when his ilac had pinged slightly, the screen lighting up with the message from the other as he  pulled it out of his pocket showed briefly. The thought crossed his mind as well, before typing out a quick response, it was an odd thought, yet there were bound to be people who didn't know him. 'No worries, I should remember to ask that as well next time. I will be there in a moment.' With the message sent he roused himself and departed the current area, eyes casting across each bench for a lone mage. With the bag of Cornish pasties in his hand the male approached someone with a Fairy Tail guild mark on their hand. "Rina? Nice to meet you I'm Lester Drynedi." With a slight wave of the hand he introduced himself, carefully opening the bag he slid out one of the two large Cornish pasties in his hand, offering the second to the female whom he would be working with on the job. "Cornish pasty, I figured that everyone likes them and food is a good way to meet someone." They were both vegetarian, but the place had been popular so it was likely they were good at making the breakfast treat.

It would be a bit useless to sit around too long, hands clutching the pasty he wandered towards the portal, it was close to where Rina had been seated but he still managed to take a chunk out of his second breakfast. It was nice, the pastry of the outside had managed to contain all of the flavours of the vegetables. It tasted rather nice indeed, juices from broccoli and carrots, little peas and the nibs of sweet corn. Twisting around slightly before he stepped into the portal Lester glanced to check that the fellow nature minded individual was still intent on entering the area. The world was beautiful., forests, mountains, rivers cutting apart the lush green. A mountainous area in the distance which looked like it would hold glaciers and snow capped peaks. "So Rina, where do you want to start? We could free some animals first then deal with the smugglers. Or go straight into the smugglers." He had learnt in the past that his personal syle or prefence rarely mattered due to his supprotive magic.

Rina looked around to see a white haired male approach her. She wondered if that was the man, or if it was just another stranger that came to explore the world that awaited behind that portal. She didn't have her hopes up too high, but she really hoped that this was the guy she had signed up with. As she held her breath, she saw as the guy walk up to her and announce her by her name. She unleashed the air she held in, and felt so happy that she had finally found the one person she partnered up with. She looked at him and smiled, while saying, "Yes, I'm Rina. Nice to meet you Lester. It was probably a bit crazy finding me, huh." She made a small giggle as the white haired guy reached out his arm, holding in it what looked to be a pastry like item. He offered it to her, saying it was a cornish pasty. Rina happily grabbed it, and said to him, "Thank you for that." She smiled towards him and bit into the flaky outer crust. The taste filled her mouth as the flavors of all the vegetables mixed together beautifully. A short sound of pleasure came from her mouth as she chewed. She giggled as she immediately moved her hand to cover her mouth. She said with a tiny embarrassed look and said to him, "Sorry, I haven't had food like this before. Believe it or not, before I was a guild mage, I was homeless." As she continued eating the pastry, she saw Lester stand up and walk towards the portal. She stood up, and followed him as he went right through it.

As he looked back towards her, he asked about her preference on attack. She answered back to him saying, "I think we should go free some animals. It may be difficult, but I'm sure we can. I don't know if they will fight back though, because they seen people like us kidnap them. That probably means some might be hostile to us. However, that does not mean we can't save them. I just want to make sure that there are enough animals are being saved. Some smugglers might already be away from the camp they're at. So, we should probably get a few of them off course then go for then go straight for the biggest camp." Even from here, she could see the placement of the camp. The smoke coming from the fire lit there was huge, and frightening. She couldn't believe that people could be so awful in taking innocent creatures for profit. As she began walking towards it, she called her spear of the heavenly gardens to her side, in case of anything ambushing them.
