Personality:

Claire is a pretty girl. And she takes pride in that. She acts cold to those she doesn't know, but when she gets to know someone, she stops acting so distant. She doesn't rely much on people, but not that she doesn't trust them, she is just too proud to do so. She has a kind heart, but a rough exterior. She is easily provoked and very jittery. She is constantly on edge. An example could be that she is always sitting at the edge of chairs, tables, ledges, anything, as if at any second she will need to flee. Although, in battle, she is very calm and can keep a level head. When asked, she describes her behavior in battle like she is in a dream. She loses herself when fighting, actually having fun when she does so. Overall, she could be described as slightly unhinged, but to her, that's just part of the excitement of a pirate life.

Claire struts the streets with pride in her step. She enjoys when men glance towards her when she passes by, knowing that she can attract them by just walking past. Whenever she's nervous, she usually twirls her hair with her index finger of either hand. She sometimes even tugs on it when stressed to the brink. She tends to let her opponent throw the first few punches to get a feel of their fighting style. She's quite strategic and never really rushes into things, but actually backs up and plans ahead, making sure she won't end up getting cornered and looking like an idiot. When having to lead a team, she doesn't really boss anyone around, allowing her team to go about in complete anarchy. However when having to answer to someone of higher power, she follows through with the order even if she does not approve of what she has to do.

Claire was born into a rich family with many privileges. She was given everything she could have ever wanted. The only downside was that her parents were to busy for her. She spent her childhood taken care of by nannies and loved by them. She eventually ran away from home when she became a teenager and worked to keep herself alive. Claire's been fighting all her life. For love, for life and that's shaped her into the woman she is today. Some would become broken after the things like what has happened to Claire happened to them, but it only made Claire stronger and willful. Once she turned into an adult she became a pirate. Somewhere deep down she did this as an act to defy the perfection of a life her parents wanted and she knows that, but she continues to carry on in this line of work. Over the years, even when she was still at home, Claire was trained in swordsmanship. She has become a refined woman with the skills of a deadly warrior. She uses her looks and charms to her advantage which help her lower her opponent's guard, acting vulnerable and such, but that just ends in their demise.

Likes:

• Swords - Swords are Claire's signature weapons. She has been using them since she was a small child.
  
• Pastries - As a child, Claire's parents never allowed her to have any sweets, especially pastries. Once she became an adult, she immediately began devouring all types of pastries she could afford.
  
• Learning - Claire enjoys finding out new things and studying them, making them part of her arsenal of expertise.
  

Dislikes:

• Cowardice - Claire refuses to ever give up, she believes that it is the coward's way out.
  
• Socialites - Claire despises the rich men and women that stroll around looking down on the less fortunate.
  
• Unnecessary Bloodshed - Claire does not fight nor accept a fight unless she is absolutely forced to, as in, if it threatens the life of her or her allies.
  

Motivations:

• Her strive for greatness. She wants to prove to people that she can be an amazing mage!
  
• Claire wants to help those who are not as privileged as she was. She lived in a family where everything was given to her on a silver platter by unloving parents who condescended those who were not as privileged as they were.
  
• She promised herself she would never give up, therefore always pushing herself to the limits.
  

Fears:

• Death - Claire is afraid of what lies beyond this life. She is terrified of dying and grieves terribly when someone close to her dies.
  
• Failure - Claire hates failing in whatever she does, whether when it is during a harmless spar or an actual fight.
  
• Change - Claire does not like change. She is just incapable of adapting to a new situation.
