Jaxton White. Born in the 2nd circle of hell, where the sinners of lust lie. An incubus of nobility, his birth was known all across the realm. Every demon knew his name. There were very high expectations of him, not only from his family, but from all of the demons who resided within the second circle. It was his duty to make them look good, and also to carry on the family name. Jaxton was never interested in those things, though. His main fascination was always with humans, who lived in the overworld. Sneaking up to the overworld often, he would spy on them, trying his best to learn as much as he could before anyone noticed that he was gone. On his 18th birthday, the day he was to begin his reign over the second circle, the young incubus received a gift from one of the demons in the circle. Most often being the one who had to retrieve the prince from the overworld, this man knew first hand how much Jaxton loved humans. The gift was an escape route, and the ability to take human form. Gratefully accepting it, Jaxton fled, never to return to hell again.
Because he is still learning how to act like a human, Jax can be extremely awkward. He has picked up some mannerisms, and knows the language, but sometimes he doesn’t really have a filter. He’s a great conversation starter, but also a great conversation killer. Most of the time he is very kind, and somewhat childlike. Though, he is a bit twisted, most likely because of his demonic nature. Pain loving, blood-lusting, and perverted, he has his dark sides as well as his lighter ones. He resents these dark sides though, which often times causes him to have a strange inner struggle with himself. He genuinely wants to be good, but because of the way he was born, it is kind of hard to be.
One of his greatest pursuits in life is to learn. The human world is extremely fascinating to him. Everything about them makes him happy and excited. The world itself is okay, but humans are what he truly lusts for. (Pun totally not intended). More than anything, he wants to be like them. He loves every single one of them deeply, which can often be confusing for people to understand. He’s the king of mixed signals. A lot of times, Jaxton will befriend humans, gain their trust, and then use them for his... experiments. Most of the time these experiments of his are quite twisted, though he sees it strictly as research. How is he supposed to become human if he doesn’t know how they tick?
Being an incubus is another huge part of his life. He strongly dislikes this part of his life, but he needs it in order to survive. Naturally a flirtatious person, he uses it to his advantage, luring people in with his sweet words and dapper looks. He uses these people’s lust and desire to feed himself, keeping him alive and energized. He can survive a week without this sort of contact, but will become extremely week by the 6th and 7th day. If he goes any longer than this, he will shrivel and die. He will usually go about 5 days without it, because he honestly thinks it’s wrong, unlike other greedy incubi who indulge several times a day. He’s a gentleman (ish)!
In battle, Jaxton can be quite fierce. Most of the time he is quite nonchalant, and sometimes amused by battle. Other times he can act insane and bloodthirsty. It honestly depends on the day and the situation. He likes to use weapons more than he likes to use his magic, preferring to be up close and personal to his opponent. He also prefers to fight in his incubus form, which gives him a bit of an advantage because of his ability to fly. When it comes to leadership, Jax doesn’t really follow direction well. He is pretty erratic and random, which makes it hard to keep him under control. This being said, he believes that he would be better suited as a leader, so he could tell others what to do, and then go off and do his own thing. Which, honestly, might not be a great thing for a leader to do.

✂ Humans: Though he often takes on the form of a human, Jax is not truly human. Being an incubus means that he is a demon, which he doesn't always enjoy. Wanting to become more human, Jax enjoys being around them, and learning from them.
