Job Title: Edolas: Two Sides of The Same Coin
Rank: A
Player Requirements: 5000 words maximum per player - must complete one of the two scenarios - must be an A-ranked wizard or equivalent - must be a member of Fairy Tail.
Job Requirements: Help out the messenger of the distress signal, the one who lives in no other place than Edolas.
Job Location: Wakusei Portals
Job Description: Edolas… forgotten or not, it’s a marvelous experience to be there. A world parallel to ours, but with its own, almost exotic variety of characteristics… anyway, an antenna will be found outside your guild hall, and upon inspecting it further, whoever is around it will suddenly be sent adrift in a tunnel that is very wormhole-like. You will land in the alternative world of Edolas where the messenger of that antenna, a lady scientist, will greet you and, obviously, excuse the sudden call for help:
Scenario 1: She will recognize one of you by the face but almost instantly look away again. Apparently, a villain who is setting up a mage guild themselves here in Edolas is spreading and causing havoc as lots of rebels and wizards are running amok. The city looks like something straight out of a war movie, and to think that it’s the equivalent of Fiore’s Crocus will only make the destruction more apparent and frightening to see. She will promise to reward you lots if you get to solve things in this city first, because the uproar has been going on for too long, and the scientist has knowledge of the alternative realities and their affiliations and alignments through her observations with the antenna.
People around, citizens and children alike who have survived the uproars thanks to a certain mage guild called Pentagon, will recognize the same face as the scientist had given a rather ill look at from the start. That will function to reveal a dark secret about the connection between that face and this issue…
Scenario 2: The scientist will recognize you all as Fairy Tail wizards, and thanks to her unreal gathering of information about you lots, she will assist you to a guild called Pentagon. This guild has been helping with the defense of the large city here, and minimal damage has been a priority. (Pentagon can have alternative members from your dimension, but ask for permission first)
Enemies:
Weak:
God Rebellion Rookie x5: These lively bastards with their magical affinities are acting like gorillas in these intense times. They’ll all have a similar Guild Crest on their foreheads unlike their superiors. They use ordinary Elemental Spells that deal 1x D-Rank damage per hit, and they each take 1x C-rank spell to take down.
Normal:
God Rebellion Companion x3: Black, red-eyed horses looking as if they belong only in nightmares, these rides are more offensive than you would think about horses. They can break through solid walls with their hoofs and break people’s spines with a single swing with their heads. They each take 1x B-Rank spell to take down.
Strong:
God Rebellion Cellmaster x1: Apparently, the Guildmaster of this God Rebellion is nowhere to be found. Instead, a subordinate of his has taken the responsibility of attacking Crocus, and this specific wizard challenges you to battle. The GR Cellmaster utilizes Gravity Magic to alter the very planes to his likings, but surprisingly, this person deals no damage although needing 2x A-Rank spells to take down. The main source of offense comes from another person…
Boss:
You’re You: An entity, a person much too familiar to you (depending on which Scenario that you choose; scenario 1 makes the boss ‘you’, and scenario 2 makes the boss someone close to you). This person is, apparently, an alternative reality to whoever embodies the same characteristics back home. They use the same magic, the same choice of words, but their visions and alignments are far too different. They have as much health as the one from the real world, and thus need to be taken down thoroughly.
Reward:
65000 Jewels and a Device to get in contact with the Scientist at any time in the real world.
