Save the Puppies (Job Thread)

Stefan thought it would be nice to take things a bit slow. The only way to do that is by taking a new job. It seemed like a straightforward job of rescuing puppies. He didn't get Scorpio's take on it, but he didn't think Scorpio would mind if he took the job in the first place. SO he headed off to Magonila to meet his client for this job. Stefan was a bit at easy since he knew he had to work with someone. It wasn't that he didn't mind, but he wasn't sure how to act around them or about the situation as a whole. He sighed and thought 'Fuck, let's make the most out of it.'

After arriving at Magnolia again, he met up with his Cilnet, Billy Bob. Billy invited them in to sit down and discuss the job at hand. He told us that he owned a bunch puppies and was going to sell them, but they escaped, so it was time to play, find the puppies...Stefan glanced at this partner for this all and tried to give a light smile, so he didn't look too unhappy or mean about anything but instead you got a more strange look from him. He sighed, "The name is Stefan." He said still sitting the chair of Billy Bob. He ha this casual get-up of clothing. Open button-up shirt and this time ripped jeans. This was already going off to a great start.

Oh what a job indeed, a slight shiver had spent down the cloaked individuals back as he slid into a seat opposite and next to strangers. Whilst the youth had been in town there was a job advertised which would pair you with a random other individual. A simple idea, quite pleasant in fact as catching young animals would be simple enough and the uncertainty of a new individual to work with spiced up his week as if it was a fresh bluster of spring wind. So it was as he listened to a tale of missing canines that the male flickered a soft smile across his face, so this Billy fellow had been keeping puppies yet he had managed not only to allow them to roam free but he had also been unable to recapture the small sacks of fluff. An indicator of his understanding soft white hair swung as he nodded in comprehension. Work with this guy to recapture a load of adorable wee meatsacks! Oh it really would be wonderful.

Stefan, a simplistic way of introducing ones self, no extra clutter or useless words. Not a lot of information yet the clothing seemed to provide all that. Very relaxed, a shirt that could be nice if it were ironed and buttoned simple rippled open, exposing the others chest. Not to mention those jeans, who in their right mind would wear clothing with holes. Well nevermind as long as he didn't have to wear it Lester was happy with what Stefan wore. "It's a pleasure! I'm lester" Motioning towards the door in indication of his wishes to make progress on the job the simply clothed individual stretched slightly, he himself dressed plainly in clean pressed clothing of a white button up, navy pants and the elaborate white cloak draped around him which was trimmed with red. "Do you have any idea where we should look first?" His own experience with dogs had been limited, an early childhood pet or elderly working dogs. Never these excitable youthful dogs with boundless energy who would get sold off to rich citizens.

Stefan was a bit taken by surprise when the man with him asked did he have anywhere in mind. He either wasn’t sure how dogs work or just was honestly asking a simple question. It confused Stefan for a slight second if he was going to be completely honest. He stood in his steps for a minute not sure where to look at first. It wasn’t like he knew the dogs and where they would go if they ever went out.  

I have an idea.

Stefan quickly reached down toward his pants as his keys made a very soft-loud chime noise. As Stefan grabbed the key, he was looking for a flash of golden speckles appeared. Stefan was completely confused at first since he hadn’t called out the key or even did anything besides holding it. Then the unthinkable of many thinkable things happen. Scorpio appeared,

Hey buddy, you missed me?

Stefan sighed in frustration.
His golden key decided to pay a visit like he always did. See both Stefan and Scorpio are, Scorpios but Stefan is more of the weird side of it and doesn’t act much on as for Scorpio is the fun outgoing side of Scorpios

I didn’t summon you... Go back... now!

Stefan held is pointer finger upward to the sky looking for his best friend. Scorpio chuckled a bit.  

I came down here to tell you that we have switched guilds.

Scorpio smiles and Stefan just looked at Scorpio. Mildly confused, I might add.

WE HAVE WHAT?

Scorpio walked around Stefan in a circle before speaking again.

I asked for a guild transfer... we are now members of Crystal Swan. Oh btw if you want to catch the dogs maybe call Arcantales.

And like that he vanished into the air... Stefan was confused and just stood there.... only Scorpio could pull reactions out of Stefan like that. He sighed before holding out the key he had in his hands.  

I still have a job to do, regardless. I call upon the high spirits and Open the gates of the FireFox Dog, Arcantales.

A door appeared and opened as Stefan turned the key and a blast of heat came through as embers came off the open door. A giant white Fox Dog creature thing came walking out and then tackled Stefan, licking his face.  

I missed you too buddy, But we have a guest with us, and we are on the job.

Stefan said pointing to Lester. The spirt got up and sat on his butt.  

Lester I liked you to meet, Arcantales. He should be able to help us sniff out the dogs.

Stefan then jumped in the air as his spirt got off its butt and into a walking position and stretched his hand out if Lester joined them Arcantales would begin sniffing them out but if not Arcantales would stroll and beside Lester.

As the celestial spirit appeared Lester took a half step back, allowing the two to have a rather interesting exchange, perhaps it would be best not to question it now. For he lacked knowledge about this Stefan man. So this man was some sort of summoner, he himself had been trying to learn summoning magic with the aid of his mentor and others but progress was slow. It was not fit for use outside of the training ground unlike this well practiced mage. A dog stepped into the world, looking oddly feral in appearance the personality it held was obviously very different. A smile spread across his face as the canine was obviously happy to be summoned, the moment reminded him of how the summons had personalities of their own. With Stefan scolding the pup and reminding him to be polite the youth waved slightly to the dog whose fur was as white as his own. "Well its nice to meet you Arcantales I'm Lester." The offer of a hand extended surprised him, well the surprise sunk deep as it reminded him of a previous encounter. Pretending to ignore it Lester let his hand rest on Arcantales head. Pointing in a vague direction with a slight whistle and a "Go see what you can find us" he trailed slightly behind the summon as pranced down the streets nose flickering until he ran circled in an area. There was something there. Looking around his brows pinched together "Stefan there are a few in the area. Knowing dog's they'll probably in pairs or trios." That being said a lone wanderer wouldn't be odd. From his bag lester pulled a leash and collar, offering one to Stefan in case the other male located a pupper.
