Primary Magic: Wish Maker Magic
Secondary Magic: N/A
Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: Wish Maker Magic is a Lost Magic that requires a soul to be raised without personal desire clouding their heart. Once this empty vessel has been forged they can take in the desires of others and forge them into tools and effects. The magic is best known for its Three Wishes. And while the story of the Genie who grants three wishes has been exaggerated over the century, it holds true. Fortuna is able to conjure any weapon, any element, or any effect using only the desires of the one she is connected to. The power of thier desires begets the power of thier tools.
Her magic is less potent in her own hands, as she can only pull from her own desires. Some that see her magic may mistake it for Requip Magic, but she can conjure a truely infinite amount of weapons and has no limitation on style. If one breaks, she takes the desire connected to her and reshapes another one.

Unique Abilities:
- Celestial Demi Spirit: Fortuna’s body is very unique. She is Half Celestial Spirit and Half Human, born from Aquarius and a desert hermit that was one of the first off spring of the sand demon. This means she gets the best and worst of both worlds. She can not stay in either world for an extended period of time. She sometimes equates this to being a fish of Brackish water instead of Salt or Freshwater fish. Her endurace in each realm is only good for one hour per level. (1 Hour at D-rank, 2 hours at C-rank, 3 Hours at B-rank and so on). Her personal space is a 13 inch tall amethyst bottle with gold fillegre along the outside. The bottle has a long neck that widens out into a thirteen sided area that could hold half a gallon on water. The stopper is a solid piece of amethyst with 13 sides that tapers to fit the top and seal it off. As a thought, Fortuna can change her body into colored smoke and return to or exit her bottle. Her time limit does not instantly reset when she re-enters. It is cumulative of all of her time for the day, which resets at sunrise. When someone is given the bottle, the same scenario flashes through their mind which sets Fortuna’s Hair and eye color, clothing style, the weapon and element she grants the bottle’s holder, and the relationship between the two. The bottle must be handed over willingly, or the holder incapacitated enough where they do not have the choice. If the bottle is handed over on a temporary basis, any other transfer afterwards can completely and harshly be rejected, even to the point Fortuna can break the First Rule of Celestial Spirits.
- Insight into Desire - Fortuna’s eyes can see deep into the desire of humans. She can observe what in the world they want most of all as if it was a painting in a museum. This often becomes the goal she strives for when she is contracted to the person, but can be used to determine if someone had motivation to commit a crime, such as cookie theft.
- Mermaid’s Wrath: Stemming from her mother Aquarius, Fortuna has the ability to control and manipulate water at will with her will. Doing so within a 25 meter area, she can direct water to attack or take various shapes in order to deal the user's rank in melee damage and it increases based on spell power / magic damage buffs rather than strength buffs. The water can form barriers to help block attacks in which case it is considered a barrier/shield spell of her rank (D-min). She can also swim through water, controlling the flow to give her increased grace and speed when swimming (50% speed boost). She can also stand atop calm water.
